Coach Sowell is very thorough in his instructions throughout his workout sessions. For someone like me in my early 50s who had not actively worked out in a long time, I appreciated that every set had a low impact option to meet me where I felt comfortable. After a few weeks of consistent sessions, I could see my core strength improving. I also love the nutrition guidance he provides and understanding how to count my macros.
