Prior to Alloy I focused mostly on cardio workouts and it was taking a toll on my body. I joined almost a year and a half ago and am in the best shape of my life! Tim, Robert and Kayla are there to support you on whatever fitness journey you are on and push you to be the best version of yourself. Lots of laughter and sweating at every workout - I always look forward to going!

I have been a member of Alloy Personal Training Colony Place for 1 year and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Great equipment, clean and neat workout room, and intense, thoughtful and always-changing workout routines. But most of all, it is the kindness and personableness of the trainers that bring me back 3 times a week. Thank you Tim, Robert and Kayla!

Always hated going to the gym, never knew what i was doing and would feel intimidated in classes where I couldn’t keep up. Not at Alloy!! With 6 (and sometimes less) people, you get the benefit of community and not having to plan a workout while being able to modify each exercise to your specific needs. The trainers are encouraging, remember your progress and push you to meet your goals! I get to call myself a gym girl now, which i used to recoil against. Go to Alloy!!

After years of cardio workouts, I switched to strength training when I joined Alloy. I LOVE the transformation I’ve experienced! The coaches are amazing & committed to supporting my goals. A great side benefit is the terrific people I’ve met that push and inspire me!

Love the group sessions here! It’s great knowing it won’t be overcrowded, and the trainers are always helpful working on specific goals you might have or having a workout plan ready for you. You can schedule recurring sessions or be flexible and schedule when you have time.

In a time where there's a fitness studio on every block, it's hard to know which route is best. I can personally attest that Alloy is the best of the best. I've been a member for almost two years and the trainers are on top of their game every single day. It doesn't matter if you're 25 or 75...they know how to modify your training for what works best for you. There's also no turnover here...the trainers that started at the opening of this facility two years ago are still here today...that's saying something about their commitment and the Alloy organization as a whole. I promise that you'll never look back after joining and you'll be in the best shape of your life!

Alloy Colony is the best place to work out, where everyone can be themselves. I have been a member of Alloy since Sept 2022 and I will encourage everyone to give Alloy a try. The trainers (Kayla, Robert and Tim) are the best! They are able to be supportive of your goal and motivating you at the same time.

Alloy and its team of trainers rock! They always have a great workout planned and you can tell they care about each client. My wife and I are both members. Great strength training that includes core in every workout. Definitely a great way to get and stay in shape. Thanks Alloy.

I started at Alloy the week it opened! Almost 2 years ago! I have consistently been going btw 9-13 times a month. That should say it all! Not only am I strongest I have been in 5 years, but the community is even stronger. Tim and Robert are owed a lifetime of thank you for helping me transform my body and most importantly my MUSCLES! Proximity and one-on-one ficus in smaller groups was the main appeal to me 2 years ago, but I’ve gained way more!!!

5 stars for Tim, Robert and Kayla. Excellent trainers, perceptive of each individuals abilities and needs. Real positive supportive environment. At mid-40’s first gym or fitness class I have attended with consistency. At the year and a half mark of 3 days a week and the results from the hour Alloy sessions are felt every time I bike, ski, run.

I have been going to Alloy Personal Training for 16 months now and I love it. The trainers help you in every way to build strength and endurance without injury. They learn the ins and outs of your body; that is, where you need to be cautious in order to heal a joint and where you need to push in order to build muscle and/or balance...whatever you need. The music is energetic leaving you feeling healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. They call your name when you enter the doors and they wish you well when you leave. This is something everyone needs! Believe me...I am 72 years old and couldn't feel any better! Come and see for yourself.

An excellent small gym with individualized instruction. I have been going to Alloy for over a year and really appreciate the workout variety and the attention the instructors provide. The class size is never more than six people which is perfect. The age group is from 20 to 75, making anyone comfortable. If you have an injury, the instructors always provide work arounds. The exercises vary day to day, including upper and lower body, cardio and core. You can make the workout as difficult as you want but never to the extent you hurt yourself. The best gym I’ve ever been to.

Alloy Colony is a great spot to get in shape and be supported. They are very skilled at modifying for injuries, and the small class format is like getting a personal trainer! Over time many of the members go to the same time spots and become like extended support. They will welcome you and encourage you to be healthy and happy. The staff is very caring, check in on you and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. It’s pretty much the Goldilocks of working out… not too big, not too small, not too pushy, not too hands off…JUST right!

Tim is a Wonderful, professional trainer. He is Always concerned that everyone does the exercises properly to avoid injury, while building sustaining strength and endurance. He is Highly attentive to all his students, and seems to know when to push and when not to. He is always checking on old injuries, and offers alternatives exercises if any given regimen is too hard or causes
Any issues. Very personable and keeps us challenged by exercising different muscle groups every session. And he makes it fun! Having been to many gyms in my 71 years, I Highly recommended Tim as a personal trainer !

I love the small group format. You always get a great total body workout without having to think about it but the trainers are what makes the place so special. The entire team is dedicated to helping you achieve results. Always making it fun and encouraging you along the way. I really recommend it for everyone from people just testing started to people trying up their results.

I had not been exercising because going to a gym seems boring and I dont have the know how to target different areas of the body each day. Alloy is the best option because its a sweet spot between a gym and a personal trainer. Trainers here are very knowledgeable and personable. They target different areas each day to keep things interesting and challenging. Everyone knows your name and the trainers even remember your weight limit.
They are super flexible in scheduling. Whenever I take a vacation I can come back and and extra days to make up and lose the vacation fat.
Honestly, I have never felt healthier. I love the no judgement/friendly environment. If you are on the fence, i say that give this a try. You will not regret it. You can start at any age and your body will respond quickly. I take the inbody test each month and it feel good to see the progress my body is making. Overall health is improving and nothing is worth more.

I have been coming to Alloy for 2 years. Out of all of the fitness memberships I have had, Alloy has been the best for money well spent. Adding in weight training has changed my body composition far more than any cardio exercise. The coaches are great and work with you on your specific needs and limitations. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to build muscle.

I’ve been at Alloy for 9 months and it has worked its way into my weekly routine! The small group training is the perfect balance between class and a personal trainer. It’s challenging, fun, and the trainers are incredible. Tim, Robert, and Kayla clearly love that they do and get to know you on a personal level. I can’t recommend Alloy highly enough.

Alloy is such a great way to workout - small groups with a dedicated trainer - with no one but that group and the trainer in the gym. But that wouldn't get 5 stars alone. So what makes this rating 5 stars? The trainers! I'm not one that loves to work out (especially at dark o' thirty in the morning) , so I am so thankful for Tim and team for mixing their expertise with enthusiasm to create a really great environment that keeps me coming week after week.

Alloys full body workout are a wonderful way to build strength at your pace. At 50+ I have limitations and challenges to deal with. The trainers are so wonderful at knowing and remembering your personal challenges or goals and always tweak workout so they work best for you. There is always friendly banter and lots of encouragement from all.
For me, Alloy has been a wonderful addition to my week.

Alloy is by far the BEST place I’ve found to work out! (and I’ve tried too many to count over the years.) Alloy is the perfect balance of personal training while still being in a group setting to make it fun. It’s never wasted time, I always get a great workout- plus they make sure to modify exercises for previous injuries and consistently ask if you’re sore/how you’re feeling so they can challenge you best without you being re-injured. (This has been especially helpful with my back- most other places I’ve tried after pregnancies just give me more back pain.)
I HIGHLY recommend Alloy- and Tim at the Colony location is so personable and puts everyone at ease being playful but still making sure we work hard and push ourselves. Im so grateful for Tim and the other folks at Alloy!!!
