Woman owned and operated gym. We offer everything from free weights from 1-115 LBS, Machines, treadmills, ellipticals and recumbent bike. We also have a yoga/stretching room as well as the HOTTEST sauna in the area!!. All accessible to members with a keycard 24/7, 365 !!

Wasn’t the biggest fan of this gym. I wanted to try it out for a month but I just couldn’t stand how overly-crowded the machines were, the lack of equipment (although they seem to have the bare minimum if that’s your thing), and the religious stuff posted all over the place. I can understand why some people would love to go here for the simple fact that there’s no contract and it’s fairly cheap and the people are nice but I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes north.

It isn't the big gyms but there is plenty of equipment to stay in top shape if that is what you are looking for. At my age now, it more than provides what I need for my maintenance workouts.

Great place yo work out they have personal trainers that work with you with checklists to make sure you get used to the equipment and at a pace that is appropriate for you. The main thing I love that sets them apart from the other gyms in the area. Plus it helps that they allow 24 hour access

Great gym with great staff and cool members. A huge variety of machines and free weights. The hot tub and sauna are amazing! But the best part is 24 hours so you can do your thing without a bunch of people waiting for you to finish
