Extremely clean in comparison to other gyms I’ve belonged to. The layout is intuitive. I’ve never had any issues getting on the machines I like to use. Restrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. No problems with parking. The area is secure so no problem with leaving your vehicle in the parking lot. I have and would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to do cardio, lift weights or just exercise.

I have been nothing but impressed with how anytime fitness wants to help its members have a great experience. Awesome place. The staff wicked nice and say hi all the time. I traveled from CA and have made multiple stops in different states

I love the Lenoir Anytime Fitness. The 3 trainers are so Friendly and easy to talk to. The manager Nicole is helpful with advise on workouts and little hints to make it better.
I myself train with Erle. He is very knowledgeable on body structure and posture during the workout, and comes up with grueling workouts. He pays attention and corrects you, so you can get the most out of your workout. He is a top notch trainer. When I say that I mean you leave tired and sore but happy you had someone like him helping you meet your goals.

Not a good experience for me. Shower was pitiful. It leaked all the way out into the workout area when you used it, because the lip in the shower stall was almost non-existent. Machines were good. Don't bother asking for help. Waste of time.Staff,when they are there, don't like being bothered.

This is long overdue, but I want to thank Crystal for her hospitality. I was visitng NC from MA and left my fob at home. I wanted to work out while on vacation but wasn't sure how to make it happen. Fortunately, Crystal gave me a temporary fob, took down my information, and it was great from there. Facilities were AMAZING, and I wish my home gym was like that.

Highly upset. I had issues with billing. Lady over the phone refused to help me, refused to have manager call me, refused to give me corporate number and refused to hang up on me. Why is she running this place? I would like to have this resolved but she refused to give me any information to do so. My name is Jessica Sautter.
