Racist establishment. Listed in wellhub as a gym but the manager wouldn't let someone in for just 30 mins. If it's listed then, why would you deny someone entry for a simple workout?

I felt discriminated against and overall, a very unhealthy attitude.

Edit 1: There is a difference between being entitled and knowing what's right. Your business is listed as a viable option on wellhub. Learn what your business actually does and then reply back. This is the 21 century. You can choose to reject kindly but instead chooses to literally yell at one of your members entering the gym to close the door shut as if I would rush in. Disappointing behavior for a grown man.

Liz is wonderful! As my personal trainer, she is always attentive to the issues I have with my back at the same time she pushes me to the next level with additional weight and effort. She knows I want to work hard and helps me to do that. It has made a great difference in my core strength and balance. Daisy is a helpful resource as well and always addresses me by name. I am impressed with the equipment and services of the gym and appreciate being able to improve my fitness level there.

The gymn was recently updated with new equipment. Also carpet was removed and nice floor covering was installed. The gymn was expanded also when yoga room was removed. The staff are helpful and it's kept very clean. There's also a very involved program for seniors several times a week!

I’ve had gym memberships before but ended up canceling them because I never went.
Well, the more I go to Anytime Fitness, the more I want to go! Especially now that they have remodeled and added new equipment!!!
I absolutely love going there and it feels like home! Everyone is so nice and considerate! I left my wallet in a cubby and didn’t realize it until the next day. I went to check and it was still there!!!
I highly recommend Anytime Fitness! And the manager Daisy and the owner Randy are awesome!

This location is super clean, lots of equipment, and not too busy. Stay clear of the trainer. If you are working out in the open carpeted area while she is training a client she acts very rude as if you can’t work out in the massive area while she is there. That alone makes me want to go to a different gym just to have a peaceful workout without AN EMPLOYEE of the gym having an attitude because you are within 20ft of her.

Anytime Fitness Mooresville is a great gym! 24-hour access is super convenient. The staff and fellow gym members are supportive and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. literally 2 people in the gym they want $148 to just start the membership the $50 a month not a chance in hell. Can't understand somebody working there opening the door for the delivery guy in your workout clothes of all things but don't even say hello to one of your patrons coming in. I'm not from your town but noticed after I even said something to you. You didn't respond back and including when I leftstill did not make iContact with me but look away quickly. Have been to other AF locations where a microwave and coffee maker were in the common area and towels are supplied in the showers. If this location wanted to supply a better experience then they should adapt some of the good ideas of other locations and that requires visiting them.

Marianne(the manager) is so rude at this location! She will make you feel uncomfortable and yell at you on the gym floor and will NOT apologize for doing so. She’ll just cancel your membership for no reason.

After an incident in December, I emailed asking to be contacted by someone to discuss what had happened and got an email saying they would love to talk about it and just never called me. I never heard anything back so stopped going to the gym. I told them I would not pay my fees unless I heard from someone, to which the response was for them to cancel my membership without an apology for yelling at me as I walked into the gym and didn’t scan my keycard. I went back and scanned it afterwards, but still should not have been yelled at in front of other gym members for missing this step(this was only my 3rd time in the gym).

All I asked for was an apology and Marianne couldn’t do that. Super unprofessional and speaks poorly about her character.

Use caution when signing up for this gym, as they are not friendly or welcoming and I can’t imagine anybody who is new to the gym feeling comfortable here.

So So. Expensive, but doesn't offer much. No sauna, no locker room, no showers due to COVID. How does shower give you COVID? Anyway, just a plain gym for a premium price.

Since the age of 20-years old (I'm 32 now), I been to a variety of gyms - from the ones with massive professional bodybuilders using outdated equipment, to the upscale ones with new carpet; I've seen my variety. However, Anytime fitness combines many elements that make this gym suitable for all. Best part, it's truly 24/7!

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and caring. They truly create a welcoming astomphere for everyone that enables beginners to professionals to benefit. After going here for two years, I've yet to experience a single problem.

The equipment is top-notch which feels smooth, goes up to a considerable weight, and it counts reps/rest time! They keep the equipment clean and functional.

I don't believe many places deserve a perfect rating, but this is one of them!

This was the best anytime fitness I've been to and I've been to about 15 of them on various vacations and business trips. Everything is nice, clean, and well kept. I don't need help but others were using the staff members. Guess they're confidence inspiring enough. The only thing missing was 2.5lb cable machine plates. Otherwise all the standard fare and new everything. Wish my home town AF was this nice!

Where do I start? Canceled my membership and provided all the necessary documentation 10/2020. Fast fwd to 09/2021 my account is collection for $937! Do yourself a favor and avoid any gym that requires a 2 year contract! Randy is unprofessional and does. It care once the ink dries on the contract.

I migrated over to AF when the local Y was closed down for so long. Wondering why I didn't join AF sooner! It has all the equipment I need to keep up a variety of different workouts, it's very clean and professionally managed. Overall I've had a great experience being a member of AF. Highly recommended!

This is the absolute BEST gym in the entire Moorseville area! The owner is one of the nicest people you will meet and the gym is the cleanest I’ve ever experienced!

You really feel like you’re in a completely different environment when you walk through the doors. The energy is upbeat and the equipment is top notch...it counts your reps for you! They have a completely seperate room for any yoga, stretching, posing etc and it’s fully mirrored! They have tons of resistance bands ranging in all sizes, 3 TRX setups, full range of kettle bells and a turf area...and like I said before, it’s all incredibly clean!

If you forget your pre workout no worries, they have a fully stocked fridge filled with pre workout drinks, protein shakes, and snacks!
The bathrooms are really nice, always smell amazing and are always super clean as well (not too common for a gym)

I could go on and on about this place, it truly is such an amazing gym and I’m so happy being a member there, we never see ourselves leaving. They have a way of making all their members feel special and appreciated, it seriously is an amazing place.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to use the gym outside of the gym I joined. I live in Florida. My son and family just moved here so I have been here for 2 months . So I came into the gym to see if I needed to join. Randy was very helpful informing me that once a member you can use any Anytime Fitness. This gym has wonderful new equipment or updated equipment I must say and the place is very clean. I always felt at home when I used the gym as a guest from another state. Thank you RANDY. If you’re interested in a gym, there is nothing this place can offer you that is worth dealing with the absolutely atrocious management.

I walked into the gym with mud on my shoes and genuinely did not realize that I was leaving tracks on the gym floor. When it was brought to my attention, I immediately apologized, said that it was 100% my mistake for not noticing the mud, and then offered to clean up every track I left in the gym. The manager was obscenely furious. He started berating and belittling me in front of all the other customers. He screamed that I *MUST* have known there was mud on my shoes and that I intentionally continued walking through the gym. As if I would intentionally track mud and then offer to clean up everything just for fun? Disgusting accusation. He told me to leave and never come back.
