Working with Hannah has been a total game-changer! From day one, she made me feel comfortable, motivated, and excited about working out. She really took the time to understand my goals and created a plan that actually works for me. Every session is challenging but also fun, and I’ve seen real progress in both my strength and confidence.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, pushes you in the best way, and celebrates your wins right along with you—Hannah is it. Highly recommend!

Hannah is the best personal trainer. She is kind, purposeful, thoughtful, resourceful, and always prepared. Drawing on her educational background, she clearly explains which muscles are engaged and why, helping you stay informed and aligned with your goals. I'm already seeing changes in my body!

Like many people, I’ve had a lifelong love/hate relationship with fitness. I’ve always loved the idea of a fit and sculpted physique … but absolutely hated the idea of what it takes to get there. I approached exercise with the mentality that it was something you “punished” your body with in order to achieve a goal.
But now with Tom and the team at APTS Fitness, I’m happy to say this mindset is NO MORE. Not only do I gleefully look forward to each workout now, but for the first time ever, I actually MISS working out on my rest days. (Who am I now, lol?!?!)
And that is one of the major differences between the team at APTS vs. every other personal training studio out there. A lot of fitness and health professionals I’ve worked with in the past had a toxic “shut up, no excuses, hustle and grind, feel the burn” attitude about coaching, which is so unfortunate because that militant mindset is what turns so many people off to fitness.
Instead, Tom and the team at APTS focus on getting to know you as a unique individual (including your lifestyle, health history, injuries, goals, etc.) which means no two clients are approached the same. Your program is customized for YOU. This takes a level of knowledge, creativity and compassion that I’ve seen nowhere else prior to APTS. I’ve only been working out with Tom for a few weeks and I’m already starting to see transformations and muscle definition I’ve never seen in all my years of working out prior.
On a personal level, they are just delightful people you’ll enjoy being around! Kind, funny, caring, smart, patient, attentive and motivating. They demonstrate a deep level of empathy and are genuinely invested in helping you improve your life inside and outside the gym. Definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it!

This was my first time using a personal trainer and I was so lucky to find Hannah. She is the best! I told her my goals and she helped me accomplish them in two months with proper nutrition and exercise. She kept me motivated and gave me the confidence to keep going. I loved working with her.....and you will too!

A few years ago, I re-tore my ACL in my knee and opted out of surgery. My surgeon advised me to keep strengthening my legs, glutes and back to help with stability through the years. I decided to use a personal trainer to hold myself accountable and teach me the right methods. Hannah was recommended by another trainer at the studio because he thought she'd be a great fit for my personality and needs. It was the best recommendation! Not only does she help hold me accountable, she is the BEST cheerleader. I feel support rather than the militant way of training, which means I end up pushing myself harder to succeed. She demonstrates every exercise and praises me when my form is perfect and corrects me when it's not. She is great at modifications because of my knee but also as a whole. She is able to execute the best routines for what I'm focusing on physically at any particular time in my life. She has built up my confidence in more ways than one. I feel stronger throughout my entire body, but more importantly, my knee is strong so I don't feel like it's going to fail me. When work gets in the way of our scheduling, she is accommodating and understanding. The APTS studio also has all the equipment for total body workout, including a leg press and smith machine (which I def needed help with so I can use it at my other gym unsupervised). She keeps it clean and all the machines in good working condition. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Hannah and APTS Fitness. As she reminds me, "The most difficult workout is opening the front door," so while it's important to have a knowledgeable trainer, it's even more important to be accountable for showing up and doing the work.

Hannah had been an excellent motivator and trainer. she has been dedicated and determined to get me to meet my goals, I'm so thankful that Hannah takes the time out to fit me in to her schedule because my schedule is not consistent. she's an awesome. trainer!!!!

It is with pleasure that I share this review of Hannah Brodie at APTS Fitness. I have been working with Hannah for just over 6 months and have been thoroughly pleased. She is knowledgable about the body and is committed to safety and wellness. Since the beginning, Hannah understood my needs and worked diligently to modify exercises when I had physical limitations. She is the ultimate professional - always on time, reliable and truly has had my best interest at heart. Working out with Hannah is enjoyable, always adding a fun element to my routines to keep me motivated and engaged. I highly recommend her!
