Hamza is awesome! My daughter has been making a ton of progress with him and she always shocks the other parents when we go out swimming with how confident and comfortable she is in the water.

We came to Aquatots from Goldfish and I have nothing but positive things to say about Aqua-Tots in Holly Springs. We have really enjoyed our time with them - the instructors are all so great with the kids and the staff and manager are knowledgeable & happy to help. I have recommended it to numerous friends and they have all had a wonderful experience as well!

The only challenge, and let me be clear that this is Aqua-Tots itself and not Holly Springs, is that if you are not currently enrolled in a class but have make up classes you are not able to book those through the App. When enrolled you are able to quickly see what classes are available everyday that week but once unenrolled you have to call/text/email to try to find availability, which can be time confusing for both you AND the staff. Hopefully headquarters can get that resolved soon!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Sydney at Aqua-Tots! My daughter has shown incredible progress in her swimming, and it’s all thanks to Sydney’s patience, encouragement, and skillful teaching. She went from being a little hesitant in the water to confidently swimming and truly enjoying herself. Sydney has a special way of connecting with kids and making each lesson fun while still challenging them to grow. We’re so grateful for the positive impact she’s had on our daughter’s confidence and swimming journey. Highly recommend!

The only reason my kid is going to Aqua-tots swim school because of coach Sydney. She really encourages the kids to learn new skills and go above and beyond to teach them. Thank you Sydney for taking care of my kid.

We have been attending classes since January and my 2.5 year old is so comfortable in the water. She is excited to swim and loves her instructor (coach Tyler). She has shown a lot of growth. We have had a few different instructors in a lower level class who were also great (wish I could remember all of their names but coach Jada was excellent). We had tried another, new, flashier swim lesson location previously and she cried and clung to her dad and I every time. Our experience with aqua tots has been night and day from the other swim school.

Do NOT send your kids here!!!! Please save your money bc that's honestly all they care about. 1) The kids barely get any time to swim, the classes are already short but it's worse once you find out they're barely getting 1/4 of the class time. 2) They are just so rude when you say you want to cancel! I couldn't believe how careless all of the employees are. I couldn't blame them though, the real problem is the awful management. Miranda and Samantha are not fit to manage a place like this. If you want your kid to know how to swim, teach them yourself or send them anywhere expect "AquaTots".

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My kid went there and got afraid of the water after a couple of visits. They charged my credit card for months without telling me even after I went there in person multiple times to cancel services. I made a claim to Samantha the manager who assured me I'd get my money back, but after 3 months+ I am still waiting and every time I call to follow up I'd get the same answer "request has been made" and no resolution. I will keep escalating it until I get my money back, but it's definitely causing distress. STAY AWAY from this place and keep a close eye on charges.

Classes are only 30 minutes, usually they start 5 min late and end 5 min early, so 20 min class time. Usually 4 people per class so expect your kid to get about 5 minutes of actual swim time. For the amount of money what a disappointment.

If you’re considering sending your kids there, please do not!!! All they care about is money. My son has a sensory defecit disorder and I was told by his coach he can’t be in a group setting and needs one on one care. I withdrew him for the month of July because of his disability acting up so much. The school then said there is a 30 day cancellation penalty and charged me for the entire month of July. I tried to explain that how could anyone know a month in advance that their handicapped child (or any child) would be leaving?? This isn’t a rental lease on a house, it’s a swim class!! They charged me $200 for an entire month he would not be attending due to his DISABILITY. Go to a place that actually cares about their students and not just about money.

I want to make it very clear that the 5 stars is strictly for Coach Logan. He has to he by far, one of the best coaches here (and Lea). He takes his time with the kids and seems to actually care about them. He treats them like children and not just a job. I contribute all of my childs swim success to Logan and am greatful for him. This location is extremely lucky to have him!

Overall nice place, clean, with helpful staff and nice manager. However, the trainers seems to have a complete disregard to time. They start class 1-4 minutes late or they end class 2-5 minutes early or both. As I understood, I am paying for 30 minutes, so you have to give us the whole 30 minutes!

My grandson attends the Aqua Tots in Holly Springs North Carolina. I live on Long Island. My comments are two-fold. First the leadership and team under Mary is first class - professionals who understand customer service and most important swimming safety. And that takes me to the second point, the videos I receive of my grandson's progress in the pool are remarkable. At 2 years and 3 months he has learned breath control and can retrieve a ring underwater while underwater for a couple seconds. Yes held by a parent and surfaces with the biggest smile and ring in his hand. This comfort with swimming and water can only be achieved by a very disciplined approach. Well done Mary and team. Thank you.

My little girl enjoyed her first day of swim class.
Update: It's been a couple of swim classes and it's a joy to see my Leapfrog excited to swim with other kids. Coaches emphasize technique and water safety, they're invested in every swimmer and genuinely likes children. Friendly staff too. Great to work with in person and on the phone with inquiries and requests.

This place is a scam. Their curriculum doesn't promote improvement. 30 minute classes, and my child MIGHT have swam for 5 actual minutes/class. When I approached them about it, all I got was excuses. Don't waste your money.

Side note: We moved from out of state where we went to another swim school. After a year at Aqua Tots, my child is actually a worse swimmer now. We told the management at Aqua Tots that she was more advanced than what they were teaching, and they didn't listen. They force you into a class and keep you there with no real opportunity for advancement. And no real testing of skills. An absolute joke. But don't worry, they scammed us out of another month of fees once we pulled our child out.

I LOVE the program. My daughter was in Level 1 and is now in Level 2. The instructors are great. For whatever reason the place is not able to keep instructors. Our classes have been canceled A LOT since January. Sometimes it is from the pool heater going out or other technical issues. Often times it has been because they simply do not have someone to teach the class. You are given a make-up class, but often the times are after 4:30pm and for a 1 year old that just isn’t a good fit. Or they are on Saturdays when it is so loud in the pool you can’t hear the instructor.

I really love the program! But I am seriously considering switching locations to see if I can get a consistent instructor and class time.

My feedback - swim time of 25 mins is too short and there are no 2 day program slots available. Instructors doesn't focus on specific technic which the child need to improve instead they are very generic. While in gold fish gives a 30 mins full class and give a 1 day free family visit to the pool which helps the child to improve. I recommend longer sessions to make program effective.

For thirty minute session- they take kids inside 5 min late- they take out kids 5 min before end of session. each batch will have atleast 4 kids- so your kid end getting only 5 minutes of training for a charge of 30 min session.
Coaches here are not to blame- the management- there is no gap between two sessions- coach talk to parents after session and take another batch after that-they loose atleast 10 min between two batches and we parents pay for that.
Basically you are paying for 30 min but get only 5 min.
My kid went here over a year and he still cant swim- well if he is trained only 5 min a day- how can I expect him to learn fast.
Go somewhere else, stay away from Aqua tots

The location looks nice but the mommy and me classes and pool are such let downs. the waiting/ viewing area is great, the changing area is great. But the pool itself had many issues for us. 1) this pool is not like the usual learning pools Its 4ft deep throughout. There is no 3 ft or 3 1/2 sections. As a petite mom trying to hold her toddler in a mommy and me class is not comfortable at all. The water is up to my neck and I have hold my baby up high the entire time to keep her face above the water. Even the steps leading into the pool are steep and deep ( not typical for a learning pool). Our instructor seemed nice but she was so quiet I could barely hear her and my toddler didn’t hear her at all. We expected better and we’re very let down.

Very nice staff and the instructors take their time in teaching how to swim, my son was scared of swimming but now he is getting use to having his head under water, the instructors let them learn at their own pace, they also have adult students which my son is in sense he is 12 year's old, and the parents can watch their children learn from the lobby where there is a glass wall separating the 4 ft. deep pool from the lobby, it is a little pricey but well worth it, I highly recommend this place.

WE DO NOT LIKE THIS PLACE. The learning process feels way to slow for our liking, they were teaching them tricks instead of teaching them to float and swim I'm not a swimming professinal but when watching my kid go there twice a week swinging their arms around for an entire thirty minutes it makes me feel bad. I would not recommend this to anybody if they want their child to learn to JUST SWIM.

We LOVE AquaTots Holly Springs! I'm so glad we invested here. We started at ages 3 and 6, and both kids have come such a long way in a short period of time. We started with 2 days/wk to jump start and will taper down to 1 day/wk. The recipe works! The process is easy for parents. Jessica and Michelle (and all the staff) have always been so kind to our family and especially the little ones. The coaches are great. My kids have fun when they go and look forward to going! I generally don't write reviews, but I am completely happy with our whole experience here and would recommend AquaTots to any parent.

Aqua-Tots in Holly Springs has exceeded all of our expectations. We initially had a very negative experience at a nearby swim school and were reticent about signing our daughter (age 6) up for new lessons. I spoke with the manager of this facility and she was inviting, professional and understanding of our concern (our older daughter did not want to continue swimming lessons because one of the exercises kept resulting in her getting water up her nose). The manager enabled us to remove this portion of the lesson (which the previous facility was unwilling to do) so that our daughter could start lessons in Holly Springs knowing she would not be forced to do something she was not comfortable with at that time. Since starting she has learned so much, gained a lot of confidence (including when she chose to master the skill she was originally terrified of) and now loves swimming.

The facility is extremely clean, bright and welcoming with a great little play area for the younger children to utilize while waiting for siblings. I highly recommend this swim school!

We signed up for the classes that parents can participate in. I was told originally that even though she was just out of the age bracket BUT that they’d allow us in. So I signed up based on this fact. We arrived to a different class and the staff saying that it was their policy bc of her age that she be in next class up. I knew my child wasn’t going to be ok with anyone other than her father or myself. I was pushed to try it. Well of course she started crying when a stranger pulled her into the water. And the instructor moved her to cling to her back while she taught other kids. She was terrified now and trying to hang onto this person with short little arms and feeling unsafe. I pulled her 10 minutes into the class. Then told I could try the younger parent/child class. Really? I had to prove that I know my child for them to listen? Can’t get a refund on rest of the month of course. Keep the money. I don’t care. We aren’t going back. I wanted to work her trust up to being with an instructor on her own by starting off with her in with me. We are now at a different swimming school with her screaming bc she’s now scared to go into the water. She was always happy to get into the pool with us prior to this experience. Now she’s scared even with us with her. Be advised.
