I have been practicing hot yoga for couple of decades now… it was my first time practicing at Arrichion Hot Yoga today and I absolutely Loved it ! Kurtis did an amazing job leading the class and helping a consistent, smooth and zen flow 🪷

Hot yoga has been an amazing experience for me. The warm room helps my muscles loosen up quickly, making each stretch feel deeper and more effective. The classes are challenging but incredibly rewarding, and I always leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more relaxed. It’s the perfect combination of a workout and a mental reset. Highly recommend!

I love love love it here! The workouts, the people, the vibes are all so great. I’ve been doing hot yoga on and off for a while at a variety of different studios but instantly knew i’d be signing up for a unlimited membership after the first class of my trial here almost 2 months ago (which was MMA yoga- a super unique and intense workout). I love that the studio offers hot yoga and circuit training as a variety- I feel so much better overall in terms of flexibility and strength (I am generally very inflexible, have tight muscles, and achy joints due to being an ice skating instructor in my free time and the consistency at arrichion even just in a solid month or so has helped me feel much stronger and pain free) and I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish keeping it up (truly can’t imagine life without arrichion anymore). All the instructors are so kind, knowledgable, and genuinely friendly. I literally look forward to going to my classes as an integral component of my day! :)

I joined Arrichion in May 2023, because I needed to add some variety to my exercise routine. I've done hot yoga before (waves to the former Charm City yogis of Bmore!), so I knew what I was signing up for.
I started with their $30 for 20 days intro offer (on their website). At my first class, two of the instructors greeted me by name (I pre-registered in the MindBody app and I was the only attendee they didn't know by name in advance). The studio does not publish which instructor is leading which class in advance, which was a little weird at first, but then, it made perfect sense, because certain classes with the "popular" instructors don't fill up to the exclusion of everyone else.
But, what I really love about this studio is that it isn't just hot yoga - they have circuit classes too. The Warrier classes are fabulous, and add a level of diversity to my workout routine that has been great for my physical and emotional health.
The people, instructors and owners are friendly and supportive, and overall this feels like a great community. This was exactly what I was looking for, and I am really happy with my choice.

Classes are 35-45 minutes, which is a little short to me. Although 45 minutes seems long during hot pilates! All yoga/pilates classes are hot, which is not particularly well-advertised in my opinion. Yes, it says hot yoga on the door, but plenty of hot studios offer non-heated classes. Oh and make sure to bring a hot towel because one will not be provided for you. Additionally, I don’t think the yoga instructors are certified. They don’t use the correct name for some moves (or are demonstrating them incorrectly if they are really trying to do triangle) and if you want to stay for savasana, you have to stay after class. And good luck meditating when everyone is packing up.
My biggest issue with the yoga/pilates classes though is that the instructors don’t change the classes… they just parrot back the same memorized material for every class. Which makes the studio kind of boring. It’s boring to do the same exact moves in the same exact order every Diamond class. Though I acknowledge that one benefit to doing this is you can see yourself progressive in the moves over time. But still, I’d rather work the same muscles in different ways and keep things interesting.
For the circuit classes, they do change the moves from class to class. The main issue I have with these classes is that the instructors are so busy doing their own workout, they aren’t watching you… Meaning they don’t provide you any helpful information about form to make sure you aren’t going to hurt yourself. They don’t even take a few minutes at the beginning of the class to explain how each move should look, what to be careful of form-wise, etc. There is a demonstration of the moves on the TV though which is helpful when you need a mid-session refresh on what you should be doing.

I started taking classes with some apprehension that this would be a "young persons" studio. I am over 60- in fairly good shape, hike a lot and have done SOME yoga. There are participants of all ages and stages in life. The Diamond and Topaz classes are super accessible, helpful, and really work to help keep my muscles "stretched" . The heat in the studio is something I crave AND find helpful. The instructors have all been genuinely NICE, friendly and helpful. Give it a try -

Arrichion’s Brier Creek studio was the first place I’ve ever done yoga (hot or otherwise), but I’m a few weeks in and already hooked! The classes are diverse and challenging, especially for beginners, but the instructors are supportive and helpful. I am feeling much better physically after just a few sessions. The class times are spaced so well that there’s definitely at least one daily class that’ll work for everyone (6:15 AM, noon, and several post-5 PM options M-F, along with weekend times). The space is also welcoming and clean, and everyone I’ve spoken to in the studio has been kind, encouraging, and non-judgmental. I will be converting my promo membership into a full one as soon as I can!

Tried the promo pkg and enjoyed it so much that I am now a member and embracing the challenge! It is a challenge for me which I was looking for a yoga to bring me just that. It also helps with releasing tension from day to day activities, life, work etc… it is a faster pace Yoga. Love the “hot” yoga all the sweating and how good it is for the body releasing toxins. The instructors are amazing, helpful and everyone is so friendly! A very clean atmosphere and several different classes to choose from. Love this journey with Arrichion, you will too!

I have really enjoyed trying out classes at Arrichion Brier Creek. The studio is clean and had plenty of room. I do like that there is a variety of classes to choose from, though I personally prefer “slower” yoga. So far my favorite instructors have been Titus and Emily. Both of them have a welcoming and calming presence. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

This studio meets all of my fitness needs with a fantastic community of instructors and members that are very encouraging and fun to be with.
The system they have designed offers a variety of classes from hot yoga to circuit training and Pilates, to address strength training as well as flexibility. Great for athletes as well as beginners.
The instructors are professional, and know how to challenge the professional athlete as well as support the beginner. These classes, are HOT and aggressive, but accessible to all, as you build endurance, strength, and a tolerance for the heat. Understanding which classes do what can seem a bit confusing at first, but I've come to understand and see the physical benefits I get from each of the individual classes, when used as a system together.
I found Arrichion through a Groupon when I moved to the Triangle, and after trying studio after studio, I was immediately hooked and never left. Their approach is so different from any other yoga experience in the area. I've been a member for over three years, and I still feel challenged every day, in every class, with every instructor. I am a certified yoga teacher with a degree in dance performance and an extensive background in running. I'm over 40 now, and can honestly say, that I'm probably in the best shape of my life as a result of training with these guys.

I bought a Groupon for 20 classes. I walked in today for my first class and they would not allow me to do class. Because I had done a drop in years ago on a business trip they said I was not a “new client”. They offered to take the money I spent on 20 classes and apply it so I could do a drop in. Groupon gave me a refund. I don’t recommend doing anything on Groupon with this facility.

First off Hot yoga is so Awesome !! This studio is even better. I'm very new to the yoga scene but this place made me feel like I fit in . They offer a variety of classes with unique names . The Diamond class is held in the dark with LED lighting, music and limited instruction. I love this class beginners are able to follow along well. Classes are available 7 days a week which is perfect for everyone. I found this place on Groupon , but will be purchasing a full membership it's worth it!!!

like most of us, we join a fitness place, go a short time and quit. This is one place I have been here the longest. I joined 6 years ago so to deal with my injuries and I got more than that. The community is just wonderful. You never a bunch of the friendliest people and every coach in there is there to encourage you and boy, do i need encouragement and push my limits. Through the years, new classes have been added, new or changed format to classes. It is more than a yoga studio. It's a circuit classes, weight class, bootcamp class, some of those yoga classes are intense. You will never get bored. I love everything about Arrichion and I am so glad I found them.

For years, I would have the reputation of joining a gym, but only go for about a month and get bored and eventually cancel my membership. Not the case at Arrichion, I went a couple of times and was immediately hooked. The variety that is offered throughout the week, keeps me interested and the sense of community there is great. I went on vacation and missed it so much! Working out is something I look forward to daily now. Oh and the transformation I've seen already in just 3 months is amazing! Thanks, Arrichion!!

I've always had AMAZING experiences at Arrichion with top-notch instructors. I still remember the excitement of approaching the facility on a crisp evening, and the exhausted but relaxed and limber feeling at the end of a class. The instructors seemed invested in me as a student to do my best, pushing me to my limit and congratulating me on my progress. Compared to other hot yoga places I think they do a good job of keeping the facilities clean. Not sure what all the hate is about for the prices..you should remember to bring water and a towel because of how much you will sweat.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned hot yoga practitioners!

I really love it here. I think the biggest draw for me is how SUPER NICE and welcoming everyone is. I'm not a fantastically bendy person, but all the instructors are really sweet and helpful. I LOVE Arrichion :) While I have been going several times per week for the last couple of years, I've visited many times since Arrichion opened and they just continue to improve! The facility is in great condition and I love the new floors (hardwoods are much better than the old carpet, great improvement!). The environment is very welcoming and I love the little extras (like little popsicles to cool off after class in the summer!). The instructors are wonderful to work with. I always feel comfortable yet challenged. I love the variety of classes - there's something for everyone! They have everything from classic stretch classes (topaz) to high intensity flows (bloodstone); it's great to personalize my workout routine each week. I also love when they do community events like classes at Athleta and at local breweries. This is a fun group and a great workout!

I purchased a Groupon for 20 sessions that lasted almost 3 months. It was wonderful! The facility is extremely clean and the instructors are very welcoming and helpful. If they know it's your first time they will explain how the class works and what classes you would enjoy depending on your level of yoga. The website was very helpful as well. I have practiced yoga before in my own home, but this was my first experience with hot yoga, and Arrichion has set a high bar for my satisfaction with a yoga facility. I wish my Groupon lasted longer, I would love to come back! The prices for regular sessions aren't in my budget right now, but maybe eventually. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

I really wanted to like this studio, but I just can't recommend it. I got one of their Groupon month passes and was really pumped when I arrived for my first class and found out that the founder had gone through teacher training at my favorite studio in Texas, which I have been missing since I moved. Many of the routines in the classes were very similar, and while this place lacked the expert instruction that Sunstone had, I though it would still be okay.
However, over the 20 or so classes I attended, I have had a enough negative experiences with the teachers that have given the studio a very negative vibe. For example, when I have been trying to enjoy the final savasana, the instructor for the next class will open and close the door to see if I am still there. I never stay more than five minutes after class, normally only three or four, so not only is this distracting, but it feels unnecessary on their part. This happens basically after every class if I don't immediately leave.
I have also experienced very later arrivals to class (20 minutes or so) which totally disrupt the whole thing. This is also against the stated policy of the studio. However, when I have mentioned it to the instructors, they have basically told me "so what, we didn't want to turn people away." If the people are going to be that late, frankly they should be turned away. That is what other studios do, and what this studio says it does. And the instructors shouldn't be rude when I ask about this after class.
I think the instructor attitude has also contributed to what I feel is a bad culture in the place overall. I often feel that I am being pushed to my limit in each pose every class, which is great some days, but not what I need on others. Effectively, I don't feel that I am respected by the instructors wherever I am in my practice that day. Despite signs on the doors asking people not to talk inside the yoga room, people routinely have loud conversations. Also, they need to set smaller student limits for the classes. When they get very busy you literally have about one inch between you and your neighbors, which makes many of the poses hard to do.
TLDR: Frankly, I stayed longer than I should have because it was convenient and I really wanted it to be good. However, the instructors create a bad culture for the studio and it is hard to relax here. Would not recommend.

Pain, muscle imbalances, overweight, lack of strength, lack of motivation, that was me when I first walked into Arrichion 3 years ago. I have been running. I have been to bootcamp classes but I still find myself suffering injuries and in constant pain. My massage therapist urge me to take hot yoga and this has helped tremendously. I went from running 1 m stopping in pain to 11m and in little pain. Today, I continue running and now I have a new goal. With my shoulder injury and bad knee, I was never able to do weight lifting - now with the help of the coaches I am slowly getting there. My focus is to become stronger, leaner and hey maybe those muscles will show...All I can do is keep at it...Approaching 60 years old, I am going in the right direction with arrichion - Thanks so much

I came to Arrichion four months ago, and I was at the end of my rope following the completion of my fifth year as a law enforcement officer in south Raleigh. Five years on the streets wearing thirty pounds of gear for twelve plus hours at a time had left my body in shambles. I was in constant pain, especially in my lower back. I considered myself far too young (27) to give up my active lifestyle (hunting, fishing, golf, wrestling, etc). Quite simply, I was out of options.
I had been aware of Arrichion's excellent wrestling program, and had heard that they offered hot yoga classes. Like many, I thought that yoga was all about wrapping your leg behind your head while finding inner peace while chanting in Sanskrit.
I was wrong.
Arrichion is a place for athletes, soccer moms, college students, hardcore yogis and everyone in between, including broken down law enforcement officers. The common theme amongst all the members is hard work. All that is required is that you push yourself a little farther every class that you take. If you want to get stronger, thinner, more flexible, or less stressed, Arrichion is the place for you and can guide you to accomplishing whatever it is that you want to do.
Arrichion offers multiple yoga classes, each of them offering different challenges. There is also Warrior (Circuit Training), Sparta (Crossfit/P90x/Olympic Lifts), and the hardest workout in Raleigh, Tigers Eye, which consists of thirty minutes of intense circuit training followed by thirty minutes of even more intense yoga. I take a combination of all of the classes and have throughly enjoyed all of them.
So what have my results been?
I have taken approximately 60 classes in four months. I have gained fifteen pounds of muscle while maintaining 8 percent body fat. I am more flexible than I have ever been and I have no more back pain. Zip, Zero, Nada. I sleep better while rotating shifts, I have more energy while working the streets and am in overall as good a shape as I have been since I wrestled year round in high school.
No matter where you are physically, (see aforementioned range of members) come to Arrichion and make the improvements that you want to make. All you need is a towel (or three), a large water bottle, yoga mat and the desire to work hard. You will see the results you want if you stick with it.

When a friend suggested that I try hot yoga at Arrichion, I was very skeptical. I had tried yoga once and thought it was okay but nothing special. Practicing yoga in a hot room sounded terrible. However, I LOVED IT!!! The instructors are incredibly encouraging, which is important if you are like me (clumsy, never been athletic, and as flexible as dried spaghetti). The heat is relaxing not overwhelming. I have gone to Arrichion at least four times a week for the three months. My tummy is now much flatter, and thighs are super firm. Also for the first time since I was 7, I can touch my toes! I highly recommend this place.
