Been going for a few months and it has been a wonderful experience. This is my first time doing any sort of strength training and I had a hamstring tear but Mark was able to help me build strength in a fun and safe environment. Mark is very knowledgeable and keen on tailoring exercises to individual body types. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. My partner and I have both seen a lot of growth and I cannot recommend this place enough. Affordable options for students and military as well.

Despite the serious portrayal of strong people lifting big weights, Barbell Basic's owner, Mark, is very conscious of where you are at in your weight lifting journey and will keep you safely improving at a steady, enjoyable pace. Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. All the equipment you need and none of the unnecessary fluff, plenty of open space so it's not too crowded. Mark is the best trainer I've ever worked with... I learned more in one session than I have in 10 months of trying to learn on my own.

Passing through while in town for a wedding. My wife was busy with the wedding all day. I wanted to burn some time, and was itching for a lift. Being 16 hours from home, I called this place up, Mark said to come on down so I did. I walked in open minded as it was a new gym for me. Mark and his clients were inviting and corrected some of my form. My body feels very good comparatively from how it normally does. As a former college athlete I really appreciate coaching on form and different opinions. I will be back someday and hope to see this place succeed.

This is the only gym I can recommend to anyone. Mark is the most motivating person, the people in the gym are amazing and very encouraging. If you are looking to a place that is completely judgment free this is your place. Mark is very knowledgeable about what he does. You will see results here!

Mark Anderson,is an incredible trainer, who has great strength, not only in his muscles, but also his heart. He has great knowledge and understanding on how to lift correctly and decisively in order to build strength in all muscle groups, has a great attitude, is uplifting, and above all, encourages good in those around him.
I look forward to strength training now, whereas before it seemed a bit of a chore doing things on my own. I will keep coming to Pro-Fitness as long as I am able and recommend Pro-Fitness to anyone who is serious about their health, well being and becoming a stronger person on the inside as well as on the out.
