Ryan is hands down the best personal trainer I’ve worked with! He’s incredibly consistent and focused, always taking the time for one-on-one training to perfect form and reestablish goals that fit my current body. I also love the app he uses—it keeps me accountable and consistent with workouts even when we’re not training together.
In just three short months, my body composition has completely changed and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. Ryan is motivating, encouraging, and knows exactly how to push you to improve and get stronger. Plus, his meal prep options make it so much easier to stay on track. Highly recommend!

Ryan is an incredible trainer to work with. Genuinely interested in the person and what their goals are and how best to achieve them.
He has a brilliant understanding of the body and how to get the most out of it, through applicable and functional exercises. He is motivational, patient and not only knows the physiological side of things but knows just how to approach the nutritional aspects and gives great guidance and education, based on the clients needs. I’ve been training with Ryan for over 6 months, and it’s been fantastic. He makes everything easy to follow, especially with his app that lays out your workouts even on the days we don’t train together. He really takes the time to walk through each piece of equipment so you feel confident and empowered in the gym on your own, which has really helped me stay consistent. He also offers meal prep for clients and the food is actually really good! I’ve had so many compliments on my muscle gain, and I feel amazing. He’s opened up a whole new side of fitness for me. Highly recommend!

I love working with Ryan! I had zero traditional gym/weight lifting experience before him and now I feel confident in there on my own! He is super supportive and offers plans based on your personal goals. He corrected my form and pushed me to push myself to lift heavier because my mind was what was holding me back. He’s very professional and not like some of those inappropriate male trainers I see in the gym with girls. The app he uses is really easy to navigate and he’s always available if you have questions. I gained 7 pounds of lean muscle and lost 3% body fat working with him!

I had the pleasure of getting trained by Ryan to help me get back started on my fitness journey. In addition to structured and challenging workouts, his knowledge about food and nutrition was an added bonus. The diet plans weren’t overly restrictive but his communication and knowledge throughout the days/weeks would really motivate me to keep going. Much like anything, you’ll need to put in the necessary work to see the results you want to achieve. I appreciated Ryan’s flexibility with his programs that catered to my needs and goals, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get back in shape and be held accountable for their progress!

Ordering meal prep from Ryan has been the best decision we have made when it comes to keeping our food intake on track. Knowing that our fridge is stocked with delicious meals that are appropriately portioned and ready to eat is such a game changer. I highly recommend his meals! The menu rotates so there is always something new to try and nothing has disappointed. The snack packs are phenomenal as well! Ryan is amazing! The first thing that got my attention with Ryan as a personal coach was that, Ryan didn’t have this “gym attitude ego” that a lot of coach’s and trainers have. I explained to Ryan that I am a disabled veteran, and there will be activities that I cannot do. Honestly, I expected Ryan to get frustrated with that, but he did not, and organized a workout plan to work around my disabilities, while still providing an effective workout. There’s nothing I can’t throw at Ryan that he can’t help or fix with me. Ryan has given me the workout plans with his app, (which is totally awesome by the way), a full nutrition structure, and of course his time and experience any time of the day. I can’t express how excited I am with Ryan as a coach, and how you need him in your corner as a coach.

Tbh I’ve always known that I had to get in the gym but I remember I ran into Ryan at a bar and we talked and he gave me his card. 4 months later I hit him up and he was super approachable when I told him my goals and sure enough I am WAY stronger and at my last weigh in I was down 35 pounds! Awesome personality too. Makes the gym time worth it when I’m training with him. After a few struggles from the torture gain we laugh it out with some jokes lol.

I worked with Ryan when he was in Seattle. He has all the qualities that make an excellent trainer – friendly, knowledgeable, open-minded. I walk around with a crutch (partial paralysis from a car accident decades ago) and Ryan eagerly adapted a workout routine to fit my needs. Ryan is an awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable trainer. He is patient, and will motivate you, but also is never too pushy or aggressive, and takes the time to show you how to correctly perform each exercise. This was my first time seriously exercising in years, and he was great about easing me back into it, and making me comfortable after being inactive for so long, and setting on a positive path fitness wise! I have been weight training for years, but mostly being my own coach. I decided to start lifting with Ryan after seeing his personal progress and the results of his other clients, and WOW! I could not be happier with the results… or more exhausted 😅 he knows how to push you to do your best and you leave the gym feeling so accomplished. Highly recommend Ryan for any personal training needs. This was my first time using a personal trainer and I really could not be more happy about my choice. Ryan made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciate that he pushed me even when I thought I couldn’t do certain work outs or he would come up with a modified version. I worked with Ryan for about 6 months with the goal of bulking up my muscle mass followed by cutting down my fat. Ryan delivered on everything! Every week he mixed up the exercises so I felt very well rounded and injury-proof at the gym. He also gives amazing dieting advice and low key has some amazing playlists for workout tunes.
