I loved this place. I was visiting for a week so I got the week pass, they also offer day passes at good rates. They have a large selection of equipment, good variety of leg machines, and plenty of space for your workouts, it’s also 24 hours which is a huge plus. They have a smoothie bar and plenty of options for pre workout drinks. Staff was super nice too. I’ll be back when I’m on the area again for sure.

We were visiting family this past weekend and needed a decent gym nearby. The owners/management are Better Built Fitness were awesome. My wife and I got a weekend pass at a rate that was very reasonable and the gym itself proved to be quite adequate. Had everything you needed for a good workout, which actually says something since I am an active competitive bodybuilder. We were able to get in and out without issue and the entire process was hassle free. Thanks again!

Great gym ran by local owners. I have been going to this gym location for over 20 years back when it was Body Dimensions. When the new owners bought it out a couple years ago I was nervous it would lose the local feel. The gym has only improved 100% with an expansion and a multitude of new equipment. I can't rave enough about this gym. Smoothie bar, tons of free weights, closed off room for treadmills/ellipticals/bikes/, helpful staff, great environment, reasonable prices, fun classes that are INCLUDED in your membership. The list goes on. Been going here since February and plan to stay at this gym. Every encounter with the employees and owners has been more than pleasant. This gym is excellent! The amount of gyms I’ve been to is fairly significant and I really have enjoyed this one. It has a more “work harder” gym feel to it which I appreciate.

Surprisingly, one of the features that I did not expect to be as fantastic as it is, are the restroom facilities. Many gyms this size have restrooms as almost an afterthought so it was extremely nice to have a large womens bathroom that isn’t extremely cramped.

The staff is extremely helpful and the gym is very clean. There is more than enough equipment to maintain and build muscle here, even as a competitor on prep I was able to fully complete my workouts. Some of the cardio equipment is on the older side but it is all in functioning order.

While I wasn’t able to try it for the week I was here, it does have a smoothie bar that looks delightful.

Only a few complaints that kept it from a 4 to 5 star gym. Me and my son visited this gym while on vacation, so he wouldn't miss a week of football weightlifting. We first signed up which was a simple process. The worker was very polite and was kind enough to give us the rundown of the place. We were able to do most lifts except explosive lifts like power cleans. This is one of my complaints. There are no bumper plates in the gym. Also, room to do this is limited because the gym is crowded with equipment. If you are a crossift guy this isn't the gym for you or if you are an athlete that does any kind of workout program this really isn't the place for you either cause of space and lack of bumper plates. Most modern workout programs require space to do explosive lifts. This gym is more setup for the older style lifts/programs from the 90s. However, they have plenty of dumbbells, bars, Olympic plates to do most lifts. The place is very clean and offers pre and post workout drinks which is really nice. The last complaint was on our last day there. I felt the worker was a little rude and eyeballed us to make sure we weren't freeloaders. This was a different person than the first worker who signed us up on the first day. Overall, I would still consider coming back because you can make it work for what they have and it was reasonably priced.

Couldn’t bring myself to take a week off the gym while vacationing at OIB, so I came here and was very impressed. Super clean facility with great features (in-house smoothie bar, fun graphic sweat towels, convenient 24/7 access). My first day there they got a shipment of like 7 brand new machines, all of which were installed and ready to go the next day— shows the owner cares about their members and reinvests to improve the facility. There were enough plates to satisfy Ronnie Coleman (that means plenty), and also a bunch of unique bars and attachments to experiment with. The only thing that could use improvement were the cable machines, but otherwise amazing gym for the price!!

I had a great experience at Better Built Fitness this summer. As a College Football player I’m always looking for solid gyms wherever I go. I've been coming here since June 2020 when they re opened! I absolutely love it here, I've worked at Trufit and Yard time, given the atmosphere of the other gym goers and the way the owners are, which are family friends of a client of mine. I adore them and this gym. The equipment is top of line, they're always updating, adding and improving, we've got showers, smoothie bar, aerobics room, cardio room, whole dumbbell line, isolation machines,
