This gym focuses on enhancing your strength, mobility, stability, and cardiovascular fitness. The class focus rotates every 8-10 weeks, ensuring that your learning is progressive. By implementing the coaches' guidance and following the purpose of their program, you can expect to see significant improvements in your fitness.
Heart monitors give you real-time feedback on how hard you're working in class and help you track your heart health over time. The EVOLT-360 body scan gives you all sorts of body measurements and personalized nutritional advice depending on your specific goal. All this information gets saved in their apps, so it's super easy for you to see how you're doing. Overall, it's a great place to get involved and build a healthy lifestyle.
Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming, both members and staff. The morning and late afternoon classes can get pretty busy, but there are also options late morning, early afternoon, and on weekends. The gym also puts on different workshops with other businesses, letting its members join for free and learn about specific health stuff or get special deals from chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapy places, and similar services.
And hey, if you're into HYROX competitions, you've found your spot! They just added HYROX training to their schedule.

Best gym in Raleigh! Group style fitness classes for members at all levels and multiple certified coaches in each classes. There are 12 different types of classes (4 strength, 4 cardio, 3 hybrid, 1 mobility) that build offer each other in cycles using heart rate monitors and science backed technology. No two classes are the same and you go through warm up and cool downs each class. You have heart and targets to hit to achieve medals so feels like a fun game as well! Truly is a community focused gym where owners and coaches consistently ask for feedback to be better. There are always sessions for members around nutrition, mobility, wellness, PT, and social events !

My experience at BFT has been very positive. The studio is clean and well-maintained and the location is convenient. Body Fit Training is the best! The programming pushes me to train all energy systems, and the coaches are amazing. They correct form and push me to lift heavier (safely, of course). I love the heart rate monitor system bc it keeps me in the right zone and helps me train effectively. Great community, great workouts!

This place is great! The programming has a good mix of cardio and strength and a wide variety of classes that change weekly- you won’t get bored but you will get results! I was in a bit of a fitness plateau before coming to BFT and I’ve seen major changes in my strength and conditioning since starting in January. There are a variety of class times (even 5am!), the coaches are supportive, and overall it’s a great community to be a part of. Give BFT a try, you won’t regret it!

Hands down the best group fitness programming there is if your focus is building strength. The programming just makes sense, and is super intentional. They program in 8-10 week blocks so it looks very similar to a program you would get from a personal trainer. Everything is buildable and you will the same main lifts over the course of the program so you can actually get stronger. The programming also has a lot of unilateral and stabilizer work so you’re strengthening the small muscles too. 100/10 recommend

Incredible experience at BFT Seaborn Station!
I’ve been to a few BFT locations, but Seaborn Station truly stands out. The coaches are super motivating, knowledgeable, and always bring the energy to every session. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they make sure you’re pushing yourself in the best way possible—with proper form and tailored advice.
The studio is clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere is electric. I also love the community vibe—everyone’s supportive, and you leave every session feeling stronger and more accomplished. If you’re looking for a place to challenge yourself, stay consistent, and actually enjoy the grind, this is it.

I highly recommend BFT at Seaboard Station. This is my first time doing this type of exercise and have never used much of their equipment such as kettle bells, free weights or a lot of their machines before. I'm really new to strength training in general who are we kidding, but BFT has made the process of getting started much less intimidating. Everyone has been super supportive and coaches take the time to train individually on proper technique. There is a great sense of community here and a motivating, non-judgmental environment that I adore.

I love BFT Seaboard Station! I absolutely hate cardio workouts and somehow the amazing trainers and ever changing program that builds on itself every 4 weeks inspire me to do cardio work! Their strength classes are fun and push you too! My favorite class so far is Balance, which helps my body center itself - something I desperately need with working out 5-7 days a week. The community of members and trainers are super welcoming and there are diverse levels of fitness, strength, body types, age, men & women, which makes my friends and I that are members feel super comfortable unlike some other gyms where we can feel less than. Thank you for being awesome, BFT!

Awesome programming. I’ve been to many gyms in the triangle and BFT offers a great variety of workouts (from intense cardio HIIT to heavy lifting) but is also very well structured with their 8 week training blocks designed with purpose. There are multiple class times for early mornings, lunchtime or afternoon. I’ve seen great improvements in both cardiovascular and strength as well as flexibility since I joined in Jan. The facility and equipment is brand new and clean and the coaching staff is great!

BFT Seaboard Station is such a motivating and supportive group fitness studio – it honestly feels more like personal training in a group setting. The program is great because it gives you daily workouts with built-in rest days to make sure you don’t burn out. The trainers are amazing – super friendly and always there to help you nail your form, so you get the most out of every workout. It’s not just a gym, it really feels like a tight-knit community, almost like a family. I’ve loved every minute of it and can’t recommend it enough!

Truly enjoy going to BFT! The workouts rotate between cardio and strength, and you get personalized feedback from your heart rate monitor as well as the coaches! At first I thought it may be intimidating because I have never done this type of workout, but the environment is so welcoming, the coaches are awesome and explain everything, and there's even screens showing proper form for each exercise. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place has been for me over the last two months. Clean efficient, professional, and always welcoming and inviting space for all fitness levels. I especially like the fact that you know exactly how many calories you burn at the end of your class along with progression through an app that you can track daily. Brad, one of the coaches that I regularly attend his classes, has been nothing but motivating and supportive throughout this entire fitness journey. And being in the fitness industry for over 20 years, I think this one takes the top tier!

I felt very comfortable and Madalyn the trainer for the session was very energetic and encouraging. I felt very refreshed and energized after this session and can't wait to come back
Also the place was very clean and wiping down equipment was encouraged which I find great to limit spread of germs. But I barely could focus on doing so because I was exhausted lol but that means I did good. I can't wait to make this gym my permanent one. Every other gyms I notice just didn't have this awesome and encouraging energy that I desire.

I love going here first thing in the morning. The studio is top notch, the workouts are the perfect amount of time. I was seriously lacking in cardio and this helps me hit my Zone 2 and VO2 Max goals. There are also lifting classes as well. The glue that keeps it together is the phenomenal staff. Mercy encourages you throughout the workout bringing energetic sunshine. Madalyn makes you feel unstoppable and motivates the best from you. Brad will not let you fail with his tips and knowledge of fitness. Beth will answer any and all questions. I love the experience. Thanks team!!!

BFT is awesome. I loved the method they teach, it has everything you need from strengthening to cardio and a lot more. The space is amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and you can tell they know their stuff. I felt welcomed and supported at all times I was there. I tried other gyms and methods in the past that didn’t work effectively and highly recommend BFT above all others.

BFT Raleigh is AMAZING! I’ve tried OT and F45, but honestly, BFT blows them out of the water. The workouts are way more balanced—it's not just endless cardio or super repetitive circuits. They actually focus on building strength AND functional fitness, which feels way more effective.
The coaches here are next level too. They actually care about your form and will help you tweak things so you’re doing it right (and not just flailing around, lol). At OT and F45, I always felt like just another body in the room, but here, the coaches actually know your name and your goals.

What an amazing experience! First, I need to start saying that I am a mom of 2 and am trying to get back in the exercise routine and thought that would not be able to keep up... but no, the professionals made me feel completely supported, provided the proper guidance and encouragement that I needed. The structure and equipment are great! All new and modern. The way that the gym works (the programs) are very complete. The supporting screens and heart monitor make all the difference. The team was fantastic. Well, 10/10 :)

Highly recommended visiting and checking the gym and trainers out now that it is fully open to the public. Having come from gyms in the Triangle area like F45, Orangetheory and Burn Boot camp, both the trainers and technology being implemented really help to provide a great well rounded experience. I personally really enjoy the emphasis on breath work/breath control as I don't feel cracked out on cortisol post workout (which is a good thing). Also with each class you get anywhere from three to four coaches which helps it feel more like a personal training session (and helps prevent injuries).
The owners and team are very knowledgeable and diverse, very willing to meet you where you are and exhibit authenticity overall. If you're looking for a friendly community, strength-core-breath control focused workouts, this for you! 💪🙌🎉
