I tried out the free open house which included the silks and trapeze. This was an introductory class to help you see what they offer. They have a large array of class offerings at reasonable prices.

I have no dance or real training but I love coming here to fly and learn. they have such an amazing welcoming staff and patrons. Even if I can’t do something they work with me to learn new ways to do it or show how to work up to it. Their teachers are always so caring and understanding with the way they treat and teach people. There are many different walks of life that come here ranging from children taking classes and their parents up to adults ranging all ages, races and genders and it is wonderful how everyone always hangs out and has a great time. No pun intended 😆 you will always hear laughter and joy when you walk in the studio and you will leave refreshed renewed and walk out with pride of what you’ve accomplished and experienced with each class. Definitely recommend 1000% to anyone of any shape size color and strength you will love it here I promise 🥰

I’ve been to numerous aerial studios throughout the US and Bloom is a completely different experience in the best ways possible. The attention to the culture they cultivate for their students and their community is incredibly inspiring. They strive to uplift and empower their students and it shows- the environment on any given day is always one full of joy, excitement, and support. Their coaches display a refreshing approach towards the circus arts that still showcase their wealth of knowledge while also being incredibly in touch with the human aspects of training and art. I highly recommend Bloom Movement Artistry to anyone looking for an experience ranging from recreational fitness fun, to group activities and events, to full professional development within the industry. They have got you covered!

Most importantly, it’s a welcoming, supportive, and warm community to learn with and feel safe. Could go on about how great this place is but I don’t want to leave a novel here :p

Bloom Movement Artistry is an absolute haven for aerial arts enthusiasts, and I couldn't be happier to share my experience here. As someone who practices Lyra and Sling, I can confidently say that this studio has exceeded my expectations in every way.
The teachers at Bloom Movement Artistry are simply amazing. Their expertise, passion, and dedication shine through in every class. They possess a unique ability to create a supportive and encouraging environment, allowing students to push their boundaries while feeling safe and motivated. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced aerialist, the instructors tailor their instruction to meet individual needs, ensuring that everyone can thrive and progress.
One of the things that sets Bloom Movement Artistry apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you step foot into the studio, you are greeted with smiles and genuine enthusiasm. It truly feels like a second home—a place where creativity, expression, and camaraderie flourish.
For those just starting their aerial journey, Bloom Movement Artistry is a perfect fit. The studio's beginner-friendly approach is evident in the structured classes and patient guidance provided by the instructors. They take the time to break down techniques, ensuring that beginners build a strong foundation while fostering a sense of accomplishment and growth. For those who are more advanced, there are a variety of classes to choose from (my personal favorites are Lyra Choreography, Lyra Layering, and Sling Layering).
I wholeheartedly recommend Bloom Movement Artistry to anyone seeking a truly exceptional aerial arts experience✨

This is a wonderful, locally- and women-owned aerial and fitness studio. They offer a wide variety of classes on things like silks, trapeze, Lyra, and strength training, and they have many workshops, as well. They produce a phenomenal performance art show every summer called Bloom, and this will be its 10th year.
Want to learn about circus arts? Fire? Be part of an amazing community that's all-inclusive, supportive, and fun? Then this is your new home!

This aerial studio is owned by two women who are local, strong, and very talented! Their whole teaching staff is wonderful! They have a variety of classes, some on apparatuses I didn't even know existed.
They do at least three shows a year. Critters & Tea was last weekend, and it's light and fun. Bloom is the main show that happens in July; there's an adult and a family-friendly show...I believe this summer will be Bloom 10. Then there's another smaller show called Shadows, which has much deeper subject matter and addresses our shadow selves.
I attended a fire workshop last weekend, as well, which was super fun. They usually have one in Spring and another in the Fall, and they have other workshops, as well.
If you've ever been curious about circus arts, look at their class schedule and sign up! It's so nice to be a part of that community of mostly women who support one another in their creativity and learning!

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Bloom Movement Artistry is a poke bowl, where you choose your own adventure.
When I pulled into the warehouse parking lot for Bloom, I didn't know what to expect, but from the moment I walked through the door, I felt so welcome. I had previously emailed the studio to determine what level of class I should attend as I was visiting from out of town, and they clearly shared where I would fit with my experience.
I felt like a kid in a candy shop as I considered all the classes I could take while in town. I really appreciated how the instructors wanted to see their students think as well as providing some theory points.
If you're ever in Charlotte, definitely visit Bloom. In 6 weeks of traveling and visiting aerial studios, Bloom truly stands out as friendly, welcoming, creative, and solid in their aerial instruction (probably my favorite of the 13 studios I visited).

The 5 star review stands! From my first phone call to ask questions, I knew I wanted to do business here. The communication was awesome & it feels as though they layed a red carpet out for us.
Background: Sarah answered my questions about hosting a Bachelorette party here a week before the planned event date. Requested Dr. Cassandra to be our instructor. We were instructed to make profiles online to sign the waiver & the bride could do it day of so it can remain a surprise.
Experience: We walked in for our 4p event on Friday. We did belly dance for the first half and the lyra for the second. They included a champagne for the bride. All for 30$ per person. All the ladies raved about it & those that lived local spoke of how they will back soon.
Please choose here for a great ladies experience.

Bloom Movement Artistry is an amazing atmosphere to learn aerial arts in. I have taken classes with Katie, Sarah, Casandra, and Laura. Everyone is knowledgeable and accommodating to each students skill level. They offer safe rigging with pulley points to create a comfortable height for each new skill learned. I would recommend this studio for beginners and seasoned aerialists alike. There is a vast variety of programs offered at this studio such as lyra/hoop, trapeze, silks, sling, loops, straps, and even FIRE LESSONS with guest instructors offering an array of workshops and fun events. There is always something fun and exciting happening at Bloom.

The very definition of top notch. Though not an aerial artist or student myself I have observed the owners in action as they teach and they are very attentive and skillful, and able to show their students exactly what they mean and how to complete the task while showing patience and support for their students. They really want their students to learn, with an emphasis on learning at your own pace. This is a great aerial school.
