If you are looking for a supportive group, an enjoyable and great workout you should definitely join Booty Lab! I was a regular in the gym for years and then lost my motivation to keep a consistent routine. When I moved to Wilmington I decided that I need to join a place that would help keep me accountable and push me to become a better version of myself. Booty Lab has not only helped me regain confidence back in a gym setting but also within myself. All the coaches are so encouraging and very helpful. They truly want to see all of their clients succeed and better themselves. They check-in with you and help keep you motivated and accountable. Booty Lab allows me to not have to think about what workout I’m going to do each day yet I know I’m going to get a killer workout in! Joining Booty Lab you don’t only get amazing coaches and great workouts. You also gain a community of wonderful women who are all working to reach similar goals!

I was really looking forward to starting my journey here, but unfortunately, my experience has been marred by poor communication from the staff. Despite my initial excitement, I found myself frustrated and confused due to a lack of clear information and timely responses.
When I reached out with questions about the start up process, it felt like I was left in the unknown. I had to follow up multiple times to get even basic information, which was disappointing. It felt like my enthusiasm was overlooked, and it made the whole experience not the best.

While I believe this place has potential, the communication issues really need to be addressed. What could have been an exciting start turned into a source of frustration. I hope they can improve this aspect.

First time customer, I showed up at the date and time they scheduled me to find that the studio was empty and locked. I tried to call the number that scheduled my appointment and received a text to my dismay saying, “Hi (Incorrect Name)
I am so sorry. I had on my calendar that you asked to reschedule.” I never rescheduled and even sent a follow up message the day before that was unanswered, by the way. After 5 minutes waiting on a dark parking lot, I finally had the owner on the phone, whom when confronted about the situation, was barely apologetic, did not offer ANY solutions and hung up on me!
Completely unprofessional. I had the worst experience and will never do business with them!

I joined Booty Lab in 2022 and it's been a great way to wake up each morning in the 6AM classes! Rebecca & the other trainers always push you to do your best even beyond what you think is possible. Being a all women's gym creates a comfortable and exciting environment with peers pushing peers to be better and grow stronger! I'd recommend BL to anyone searching for a gym!

I joined Booty Lab in 2022, seeking a way out of the deep depression that plagued me during the pandemic. Nearly two years later, I can confidently say that joining Booty Lab was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have absolutely loved my time at the Booty Lab so far! I joined about 6 months ago with some serious gym anxiety and knew I would need real support to incorporate exercise back into my routine. The lovely, kind and knowledgeable coaches have made every session better than the last. They know exactly how to modify an exercise to keep you safely working hard and comfortable with what your body can do, while nudging you to continue to improve over time. Also, the ladies that I get to workout with each day are some awesome people. I seriously couldn’t be happier with the decision I made to join this gym! I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-week boot camp here at Booty Lab. I got exactly what I wanted out of this program; I got accountability, I proved to myself I have time in my week to fit in workouts, I hit PRs, I started feeling better physically and emotionally, I made great friends and relationships here, I learned correct forms, I developed a healthier diet, and overall improved how I feel about working out. The women here are wonderful and want you to succeed in your goals. I have nothing but great things to say about Booty Lab! The small classes really allow Rebecca, Ellie, Hannah, and Ashley to give one on one attention and help each of us with our form. If you have injuries or trouble doing certain exercises or lifts, they will customize to your body’s needs. The overall environment of Booty Lab is lovely, everyone makes you feel really comfortable and like a part of the BL family. Classes are not rushed which makes such a huge difference. I can take my time and make sure I’m doing each exercise properly so I don’t hurt myself and so that I get maximum benefits. It is also so nice to have the option of showering and getting ready after classes if I need to go straight to work.
As of today I have been to 20 classes and I already feel so much stronger and can see visible changes in my body. I also sleep so much harder and soundly! Booty Lab classes have become a part of my weekly routine that I majorly look forward to!

I have always been that person that after 3 months in a gym gets tired of it and needs a change. That has not been the case with Bootylab. I am in my 10th month and no plans on stopping.
I have seen the biggest changes in my body during this time and I feel stronger than ever , workout is always fun and goes by very fast. I love the environment and I feel comfortable being myself. I highly recommend this gym , love Bootylab !

BootyLab is the perfect place to work out, especially if you are looking for one on one attention towards achieving your goals. Rebecca and Caroline are great trainers! They both are very attentive and supportive and always pushes you just enough so that you feel accomplished after each session. I have been training at bootylab for over a year, and the changes I have made have been incredible. Rebecca and Caroline are kind, welcoming to all levels, helpful in reaching your personal goals, and extremely knowledgeable. I had never practiced strength training in my life, and with Rebecca and Caroline I feel safe and supported to not only reach my goals but exceed them. You really experience a different, unique workout environment when you are surrounded by people who are actually passionate about what they do and helping people. Best gym in Wilmington!!! Rebecca and Caroline are so supportive and know exactly what they are doing. The environment is comfortable and encouraging without being overwhelming or intimidating.
