Box2bfit located in Durham is the place 2 be. Each day it's a different routine, the workout is worth it so come try it out, you will leave feeling great. All the trainers are awesome

I love the trainers here!!!! The classes they offer range from beginner level workouts to advanced boxing techniques. The trainers make sure to incorporate more into their workouts than just boxing (ie. weights, mobility, cardio etc). Plus they always have great upbeat music playing, especially on Wednesday’s at Ladies Night!!!

I have been a member here for about 6months. Since I have been coming here for personal training my experience has been extremely well...the staff is very knowledgeable and they really care...not just about your fitness but your overall well-being. Would suggest to anyone in need of getting healthy or being fit.
