Burn Boot Camp in Asheville, NC features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. The community I've gained here is unmeasurable. The trainers follow through, make corrections as needed and are the best cheerleaders I've ever had. I always feel welcomed at the door and know my kiddo is in good hands with the child watch team. 🙌🏻

I have never experienced a gym that is so welcoming. The trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging. Every day is something new, so you never get bored. I highly recommend Burn to everyone, regardless of your age or fitness level.

As a local physical therapist and business owner, Burn does a great job of creating a welcoming community. Their trainers provide modifications for those who need it (including during pregnancy) and they bring the energy! I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp.

Reflecting on this past year, I honestly think one of the best things that came into my life was Burn! It feels cheesy to say it, but it’s true. I joined during one of their discounted 4 week trials, and joined after 1 week, because I instantly fell in love. The amazing thing about Burn (aside from the friendships, child watch, and flexible camp times), is that all you have to do is show up and the rest is provided for you. Weights, equipment, energy, direction… and they make it all so fun. I truly did not know you could enjoy exercising so much. I am sad on the days I can’t go; and the days I do go, I get such a boost in my mood and body. I love the emphasis of accomplishing goals/ getting stronger, rather than trying to change how your body looks. It’s just a supportive, fun environment where everyone is encouraged and there is no judgment. The instructors in Asheville will both push you and become your friends. And the child watch workers genuinely care to know your kids’ names and likes/ dislikes etc. Can’t say enough good things about Burn Asheville!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been motivated to work out consistently. Burn Asheville has not only motivated me to work out at least 5 days a week, it’s an incredible environment to do so. I have always been a fairly active person but when I started at Burn, I was at a personal low dealing with the death of my mom. I knew what to do and how to do it but had no motivation to do it. Walking in the door to all the welcoming faces and high fives and not having to think of what to do made me want to continue to come back. Each day is new and different and challenging. But above all that is the community. Not only do the trainers push and support you but the members encourage each other and cheer each other on. There is nothing like it!

When the gym that I loved so much closed after COVID I didn't think I would be able to find another place that I would enjoy. I signed up for a 4-week trial at Burn in Feb. 2022 and it was an easy decision to join after the trial was finished. It's an amazing community filled with wonderful people who've become friends. They are so motivating and full of positive energy. It's a joy to be a member and I am so thankful that I found Burn!

I have been a member for a year and a half and I’m not exaggerating when I say they have changed my life! The trainers get to know you and challenge you. The community is second to none. Love Burn Boot Camp! This is not your normal gym. I love doing cardio but hate lifting weights and never knew if I was doing it correctly. Burn combines both, cardio and lifting, and I get one on one training too so I know if I’m doing something wrong. I love lifting weights now and I have gotten a lot stronger. All the trainers are amazing. I go about 3-4 times per week and look forward to it each time.

I absolutely love this place! Before joining Burn my relationship with the gym and working out could best be described as a “hate hate relationship”. I would do well for 3 or 4 weeks and eventually lose interest. It wasn’t sustainable because I didn’t enjoy it. In fact I dreaded it. I’ve been a member for over a year now. I look forward to going to the camps and when I can’t make it I really miss it! Something I honestly thought I would never say.
I think what makes this place so special is the amazing people you meet, trainers and members alike! It’s not just a gym it’s a community.

I joined Burn Boot Camp in November 2020, and can’t say enough good things about this place. I ran and did classes at the gym before joining, but NOTHING compares to the Burn Boot Camp experience. Every camp is different and challenging. The trainers are helpful, but they also push you to do better and be better. I am still sore after classes! I’m thankful for the other members, the trainers, and the wonderful staff! Burn Boot Camp Asheville is the BEST!

I have been a member of Burn since they opened in Asheville almost two years ago. Next week will be two years! Yay! I love this place because I always get an incredible workout when I go. The classes are 45 minutes, including warm-up and going over the exercises for the day and then it's easy to put in as much into your workout as you want. Zach and Amy are awesome trainers and I feel incredibly comfortable with them leading the workouts. They respect me when I say my body doesn't want to push further because they know that only I can feel an injury coming on and they work with me to modify or just let me do what I know is best. I'm pretty stubborn and know my body well, so I'm glad they give me that space. I love to see them encourage those who don't have a lot of confidence in themselves. Everyone who goes to the gym feels like part of a healthy team. All of the women are super encouraging. It's just a very kind, clean-cut deal with going in, getting it done and going back out into the world. Everyone has a good attitude and it satisfies every type of woman with all of her unique needs. You have lifelong athletes working out next to newbies and everyone gets a great workout. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to keep their body moving and strong.

Burn Boot Camp is life changing. If you've ever wished you could hire your own personal trainer (for you and your friends!), you should join BURN! Each day is a different workout focusing on different combinations of strength training and cardio. You will work every muscle group, burn fat, increase muscle and never get bored. Burn has tons of transformation stories and pictures showing results! It may be called a Boot Camp, but the trainers are encouraging and supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey! You also get one-on-one focus meetings to set goals and talk about nutrition. Expect to make new friends, have a blast and get lots of high fives as you invest in your health!
