Burn Boot Camp in South Park, NC features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Burn is the best! I have been going to Burn Southpark for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. The trainers are awesome and put a strong focus on making sure you are following the proper form which is extremely helpful and makes it less intimidating. Burn Boot Camp has been a great experience. My wife turned me onto this gym and it's unlocked fitness levels for me I haven't had since College. The best thing, in my opinion, is the floating floor. The floating floor is a springboard platform that absorbs impact. It allows me to do the Burn classes at a higher level without feeling the pain in my joints. After playing Rugby for eight years, it is difficult to do other high intensity cardio gym classes without feeling pain in my knees, limiting the actual workout.
The people here are very fit - don't let that scare you. Take it at your own pace and get comfortable with the exercises, but get ready to work.

I’ve really enjoyed my trial membership at Burn Boot Camp. They focus on different body parts every day. The instructors are full of energy and provide encouragement throughout the class. I appreciate that you partner with someone to work with through the class. My only concern is that you don’t wipe down the equipment after each use. The time in between stations is pretty rapid, so I would encourage them to find a way to do a quick equipment wipe down as you rotate. Things get pretty sweaty really quickly and it’s no fun feeling someone else’s sweat on the equipment.

I absolutely love this gym! I decided it was time to take care of myself and I walked in to check it out. I was greeted immediately and signed up for a seven day trial. The atmosphere is SO welcoming! I don’t feel embarrassed or judged by others. Everyone is so nice, this is truly a great community. No matter how many people are in camp, the trainers always manage to give each person the help that they need! These workouts are not easy but after a few months, exercising is no longer a struggle and I am feeling stronger! I am losing weight, gaining muscle and feeling much healthier. They even offer focus meetings with trainers to talk about goals, progress, nutritional guidance, etc. Absolutely love this place. Bonus points for the childcare and outstanding cleanliness!!!!

I was a college athlete and after graduating college, I had no motivation or desire to workout and really struggled to hold myself accountable. I tried multiple gyms and fitness structures and couldn’t find anything that worked for me. People at work kept telling me to try Burn Bootcamp, they promised me once I went I’d fall in love. They were right, this month marks 2 years since I walked into the gym.

The trainers at SouthPark are amazing. Not only are the workouts always different (I don’t think I’ve ever done the same workout twice in two years) but they are so supportive and able to provide modifications for all ability levels. They also are so great at holding me accountable and pushing me in the workouts. I have so much more energy now and the workouts are such a great way for me to reset after a full day at work. The trainers at SouthPark go beyond just training you in the gym. Last spring I was hospitalized for a week with viral meningitis and they were so wonderful to me and I could tell they genuinely cared about me as a person.

I guarantee if you give them a shot, just a 7 free week trial, you will fall in love with the atmosphere, the trainers, the workouts, and most importantly the way you feel about yourself.

I’ve been going to burn for over 4 years now and it’s truly become like a second home for me. After 3 kids I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life, and most importantly feel strong and healthy. Burn is the one place I can fully focus on myself, and when I bring me children to the awesome childcare I know I can relax my brain and focus on the workout. One of the best decisions I have made to better myself was joining Burn Boot Camp, not only is it a gym but also has a great community that helps to push you to become a better you. The trainers are amazing and are right next to you helping to keep you going. This isn't your typical group fitness class or gym but a great place to meet new friends, achieve your goals, and become stronger. The trainers are really attentive to form and what is right for you as an individual. I haven’t been to any other place (and I’ve tried a lot of them) that gets to know their members’ needs as quickly as Burn, and somehow manages to keep track of that in a group workout environment. I never thought I could love a gym, but here we are. This place gives you everything you need to “stick with it”. The environment is encouraging and upbeat no matter your level of fitness, the workouts have lots of variety, and what really makes it great is the trainers. I joined BBC SouthPark at the start of the year during the Raise the Bar challenge, and I am SO happy I found this gym! I have never found a gym that has motivated as much as BBC SouthPark. The trainers are knowledgeable, helpful and motivating. They will push you if you need it and encouraging when necessary. I am never bored, the workouts are interesting and for the first time I look forward to working out. The staff is friendly, very conveniently located. I became a member as soon as the challenge was over. I love that they are so many ways to track your progress beyond weight loss. Couldn't recommend enough!
