Burn Boot Camp in Clayton, NC features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. My friend and Burn Ambassador Chavon informed me of Start Strong week and joined me for a 5:30p camp focused on legs. Joined January 2025 and it was been amazing. As soon as I walked in my first day, I felt welcomed and cheered on each and every camp. I love burn boot camp /Clayton!! I attend the rooster time slots because of my work and home life schedule. It helps me start off my day perfect and energized! The trainers each day are so nice and energetic. The workouts have alternate plans in case your body won’t allow certain moves so you aren’t embarrassed. Coming from a person who never thought working out was in their 2025 goals, this place is AMAZING! It is such a vibe, it’s challenging, it’s encouraging, it’s welcoming, it’s motivating! It's a unique experience. I've never done anything like this before, and doing it has made me very happy. The team is the best; they motivate you, help you push your limits, believe in you and their belief in "you can do it." A great team of established professionals who give their all for your growth, improvement, and well-being. Language or not being an expert has never been a barrier for me to be there. I love group fitness, I can’t seem to keep myself motivated in the gym but this crowd is amazing! I want to specify this is for all levels!! You work out at your own pace and the trainers will help. This staff is awesome, and most of the reason I’m a member! They’re so kind and fun!! Have been interested in other locations before but Clayton became my home quick with the staff being so welcoming!! If you have ever thought about joining this is your sign.. do it!

This is a community like no other. I love the personal attention we get from all the coaches. I've done nearly every class time and the workouts are consistent, the energy is high, and the support is amazing. I started about a month after they opened and immediately got hooked. The workouts are fun, challenging, and work all of your muscles throughout the week. The focus meetings are an added bonus to help you stay on track to set and meet your goals. I would highly recommend Clayton Burn Bootcamp to anyone who wants to move their body. This is a community for all fitness levels, and Burn Bros. I’m never bored, there’s a great variety of workouts (strength days, conditioning days, core workouts, etc) which keeps it interesting & targets all areas in a well balanced manner. This is the nicest gym and Burn location I have ever attended. The physical area is so well-thought out - high ceilings, huge fan, large floating floor, terrific Child Watch and it has SHOWERS! Plus the trainers and Everyone was so nice. Being from Burn Herndon, I did not know anyone but it didn’t even matter after warm-up!

My first day at Burn boot camp in Clayton was 12/11 (leg day). As soon as I walked in, the team were extremely welcoming. I was so nervous to the point of nausea but they reassured me that it was okay and it was going to be a great workout. They checked in on me throughout my workout and the coach was so motivating and positive when she saw I was struggling. She pushed me to keep going and told me to stop when she saw I reached my limit.

It was by far an AMAZING experience. The group was also awesome to workout with. We high fives each other throughout the workout (although a small gesture) it was extremely motivating to keep going.

I’m still extremely sore after 2 days but it’s because it’s been a couple years since I’ve worked out that intensely.

100% highly recommend. Best workout I’ve experienced in a long time and the child care is a huge bonus.
