Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’ve been a member of Burn SODU since July, and I absolutely love it! The community is fantastic, and the trainers push me to reach my goals while keeping the workouts both fun and challenging. Since joining, I've established a consistent gym routine that I actually look forward to. Everyone is so welcoming, and I’ve made new friends along the way, which makes it even more enjoyable. I’ve gained confidence, and I can’t recommend Burn SODU enough!

No podría expresar en palabras lo que significa ejercitarme en Burn Boot Camp, desde Noviembre 2021, tomé la decisión y al día de hoy puedo decir que ha sido la mejor inversión de tiempo y dinero que hago. Burn Bootcamp has been a life-changing experience for me! I was always a team sport kind of person, but after having kids I didn’t have the time (or youth) to commit to playing a sport for a couple of hours out of my day so I tried Burn out in 2016 and never looked back. There are so many times available to attend a class, there’s child-watch (and a monthly kids’ camp that lets your kiddos know how hard you’re working out in the gym), there’s a modification for every fitness level, and there’s a different workout protocol every day that comes with a floating floor that saves aging knees :). Not only has burn been fitness-changing for me, but I have made some of my most treasured adult friendships that I know will last a lifetime (and it even has a book club that meets monthly, has social events, and does community service as well!). The South Durham location is fantastic and I am so thankful for the experience!

I joined Burn SODU about a year ago and have never looked back! The workouts are both challenging AND fun, and the trainers are engaging and encouraging, never letting you give up on yourself. All of the staff has made me feel so welcome from day one, always greeting me by name and with a smile. I love the flexibility of the childcare - knowing that my kiddos are in such good care is a game changer (shoutout to you, Hope!) Anneli and Megan have really nurtured a special community here in this gym - a welcoming and encouraging place to feel at home while chasing your health and fitness goals!

After having my daughter I let my health get out of control. Finding this place was the best thing to ever happen to my physical and mental health. I’ve been a member for 6 months and feel so strong and I can do things I never thought I would be able to do. The trainers are encouraging without pressuring you and are always there to help you in any way you need. Burn SoDu is an AMAZING community that is supportive, fun, and kind on and off the floating floor. Wish I had found this place sooner!

Far and away my best gym experience - great community and fantastic coaches. Joined on a whim with my neighbor back in 2021. Mind-blowing to look up and realize in 2024 that I have attended a gym consistently for nearly 3 years. Never would I have ever believed that I would be looking for a gym to attend on vacation, yet here I am, searching out Burn locations wherever I go. I love it and am so grateful for it

Nice instructors, welcoming atmosphere. However, I felt the classes were not beginner friendly as advertised. My 2nd class, they had us doing box jumps 😳
The instructors were more than willing to offer modifications if needed, but I still found it extremely difficult..especially being only a few months postpartum
They do "partner days", which I personally did not enjoy because my partner & I were on different levels of fitness. It was hard for me to keep up with her. It didn't help my confidence either
In short- it wasn't for me.

I love this gym because not only do you get in a good workout, but there’s a great sense of community. Everyone is so encouraging, and I love how even within a group setting the trainers will take time with you 1:1 throughout. The trainers take very good care of you, and I was even able to workout with an injury because they would modify the workouts for me. This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to!!

I started going to Burn Boot Camp South Durham, because I knew I needed to workout, but was not going to do it unless I had guidance. I liked the one-on-one training in a group setting aspect. The trainer would take the time to help with my form, but wasn't focused on me the whole time, which I appreciate. I began to feel better and stronger which I expected, what I did not expect to find are life long friends and looking forward to going to the gym everyday for my mental and physical health. I truly do not know what I where I would be without this wonderful gym and the wonderful people that make up this gym.

I love SoDu Burn Bootcamp! My favorite trainers are Anneli and Megan O. They are encouraging and help me reach my fitness goals. They also ensure that I am using proper form during the workouts. I never get bored because the workouts are always different and prepped by the trainers. The community is so supportive and you really can't beat it! So thankful that I found them!

Burn Bootcamp South Durham is one awesome gym! I started going in December 2018 when I realized I was at my heaviest weight in my life. What I discovered was not only a place where I could exercise and work on my health but a place where I could laugh, be myself and have fun! Now I don’t know what I would do without Burn Bootcamp South Durham in my life. I’ve made friends, gotten stronger, and healthier. While it is great to lose some pounds, what I’ve gained a new appreciation for my body and the best way to keep it running for the long term. All of this from our incredible trainers and staff. I had high hopes. I really did. What bothered me about this boot camp was the lack of instruction and supervision within this class. Some of these exercises were difficult even for young healthy people. I felt as though the instructor wasnt paying attention to the ability of the participants and really wasnt providing any instruction regarding safety or properly executing said exercises. I know it isnt a babysitting type class. However, more instruction and supervision wouldve been helpful for a newcomer. Just my opinion. It was a clean facility and everyone was friendly otherwise.

I’ve been a member of Burn Boot Camp at the South Durham location for about 4 years now. I start my day there every morning, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I’ve belonged to other gyms in the past, but Burn is different. The workouts never repeat, so there’s no getting bored. The trainers are really phenomenal at meeting you where you are on your fitness journey and encouraging you on toward whatever your goals may be. And the community is so supportive. It’s women empowering women (and some men, too), without a whiff of competition or one-up-man-ship. Such a special place!

Even though working out isn't my thing I always have a BLAST when I go to Burn with my sister. No pressure what so ever, just a fun atmosphere where you feel compelled to push yourself. The regulars are truly AMAZING and although my sister is a regular I still have another fav that inspires me (shhhhh it's Ms. Harriet :) ) If you've thought about trying Burn GO NOW! You won't regret it.

I was looking to switch up my workouts. I'm an avid runner and was doing Zumba twice each week, but wasn't seeing the results I wanted. 40 wasn't playing nice and the things I used to do simply stopped working. My friend told me about Burn and I was super intimidated. Once I got up the courage (which took about 10 minutes of convincing myself), I purchased the Groupon and was on my way. One month of Burn and I was hooked. The trainers, Erin and Kristen, truly make these camps great for every level, age, ability, or limitation that walks through the door. In addition to classes, you get access to individual focus meetings, Burn nutrition, and support from your amazing fellow campers. I'm thankful to have found such a wonderful fitness community who celebrates every milestone accomplished.

I originally went to Burn Bootcamp on a Living Social deal thinking I'd stop going when the time ran out, but the accountability, personalization, and energy I get through Burn can't be found anywhere else! Erin is the best; she's devoted to your goals and she keeps on you to give your all, nothing less and nothing more than you can handle. Don't make the mistake of thinking it's gonna be easy or ineffective because it's all women. It's a bootcamp of beasts, of beauties at their strongest and fastest, and they'll become like family!

This is the best workout place by far I've ever tried. Erin and Rachel are beyond amazing, they make every day a memorable experience! Where memorable is challenging and the good type of painful! This place is life changing. I lost 8lbs and 3.5 inches in my first month, and even better I could already feel such a significant difference in my health. I'm stronger, I have more energy, and I'm making better decisions every day. It's all because of the amazing support system I've found at BBC. Absolutely the best thing you can do for yourself! I've been going to Burn Bootcamp Durham for over 2.5 years now. I've found my "tribe". The best group of supportive, inclusive, and fun women to work out with. Erin and Rachel are amazing trainers who will work with each woman to customize their workouts to accommodate specific goals or provide modifications for injuries and fitness level. Onsite childcare is provided, so there's no excuse 😉 Please do yourself a favor and give it a try!

I moved from PA to NC in July 2015. I was an avid member of a fitness club back in PA and there was a HUGE void in my life after losing my beloved gym. I tried two other facilities and neither of them had the training atmosphere and capabilities that I was longing to match from back in my home town. I was accustomed to a class atmosphere where the educated trainers were constantly changing their high intensity workouts. They were equipped with boxes, kettle bells, body bars, TRX, medicine balls, jump ropes, spin bikes, rowers...etc. Sounds easy right?! Well it wasn't so easy to find all the equipment I loved paired with a high energy atmosphere, fun music, warm welcomes, and trainers who are always pushing the brink. As soon as I walked into BBC SoDu and I was greeted by a very excited Erin, I took one look around at the equipment and knew I had found my new "gym home" away from home. I.am.hooked. I've been a member for longer than six months now. I've lost 35 lbs and many inches, and gained so much confidence. I've met so many amazing women, the workouts aren't ever the same. They keep me on my toes even with my injuries they can be modified. There's so many woman of various ages, and they're all so encouraging. I love the trainers Erin & Rachel, some of the best women I've ever met! It's nice to go to a place where people build you up no matter where you are fitness wise. I was so scared when I started. I felt like I was going to be judged or whatever else, I could not have been more wrong. Burn Bootcamp is definitely the place to workout! Why are you still reading this? Go! Join! Seriously! :)
