Burn Boot Camp in Mint Hill, NC features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. The burn boot camp on Matthews is awesome. I left and came back and was welcomed with open arms. I feel back at my home gym. I love that all the instructors work with u to make sure you don’t hurt yourself and you have the proper form. This is an awesome atmosphere. Thank you to the matthews team for welcoming me back! V

Have enjoyed making Burn Bootcamp Mint Hill my home gym. From the beginning I was able to modify the workouts and have been able to witness my progress over the last 9 months in my recovery time and increasing weights. I LOVE BBC Mint Hill. I moved to the area last August and continued with Burn just as a convenient and consistent way to get a workout, but I quickly fell in love with the staff and fellow BBC members at this location. Truly feels like a familial atmosphere, everyone rooting for each other to push themselves and attain their goals. Couldn't be more thankful for this place and what it has given me. Bring your family, bring your friends, come burn with us! Don, Chasity, Heather, and Mo are awesome.

I was going to another local gym in the area until I decided to join Burn boot camp Mint Hill. It has been the best decision I’ve made, fitness wise. Don, Mo and Chasity are amazing trainers and always push you to do your best. I am definitely motivated to go to every class I sign up for whether it’s in the morning or evening. Overall, this is the place to be if you’re looking to join a gym that’s fun and challenging!

I started about a month ago, and I’m hooked - can’t believe I am saying that as I was so skeptical for so long.
The motivation, the camps, the encouragement, the energy, the music… it’s all just amazing! It’s so much more than a workout.
The trainers are all incredible!
Don - greets everyone with a positive attitude, pushes me to beleive I am stronger than I give myself credit for. He greets everyone by name!
Chasity - I am still learning the workouts, and she always takes time to come and remind me what I’m suppose to be doing, correct my form, or just give me a high five.
Heather - is so fun and incredibly motivating. She wants your success as much as you do! She always greets us with a smile too!
Mo - I’ve only had one camp with him but was awesome! He kept me on my toes and actually laughed through a pretty intense camp. Kept the energy up, motivation high!
I never got the hype about burn, but it only took one time of showing up to understand for myself! Cannot recommend enough!!

I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are incredibly encouraging and supportive, always pushing you to do your best while making sure you feel confident in your progress. Having moved from a team based training style in South Africa, I needed to find something similar in Matthews. How lucky that I have found not only Burn Boot Camp, but this one in Mint Hill. Rushed from work to Burn Boot Camp and met Don for the first time and Heather for the second time. Half way through felt a bit too exhausted and Heather immediately was soooo attentive. Not in an over bearing way. Gave me tips, adjusted my workout and was very personable. Don’s energy was on point too! An amazing duo! Thank you BBC for pushing and being so badass!

Burn Boot Camp MH is the only gym I can go to at 530am and feel motivated and don’t mind waking up at the crack of dawn to get a workout in! I love that I don’t have to create a workout and I can just show up and the trainers tell me what to do for the day!

Went there this morning for their opening class, was a good work out and enjoyed it soo much I’m about to go back for the afternoon camp! Staff was amazing and trainers did a great job helping everyone out (were many first timers since it opened today) Everybody was there having fun and getting a solid hiit workout in….
