The Burn Bootcamp classes are excellent for developing a strong cardiovascular system. I’ve always found it challenging to push myself hard enough to sustained a higher heart rate. With these group classes it’s easy and the 45 minutes goes by in a flash because they keep you busy from start to finish (it’s ALL BUSINESS). Integrated strength training with the cardio workout lets you accomplish two goals in one. The staff are friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Very impressed..!

For years I’ve worked out daily by myself, just lifting and playing basketball for cardio, both of which I love! I never expected to join something like Burn because I was never into group classes. But when I tried Burn I realized that this is the type of workout I’m missing from my routine, the type I’ll never do by myself lol. And it’s so convenient in only taking up 45 mins! My heart rate is up the entire time and the movements are great, I feel more athletic already. I still lift and hoop to supplement the workouts because I enjoy that, but these could definitely be stand-alone workouts. And on days where this is all I have time for, I still feel really accomplished! Definitely more so than if I had tried to squeeze in a 45 min lifting session. The instructors are amazing, always providing modifications to make exercises more or less intense, and it’s a great community. Grateful for my time here so far!

I participated in the tryouts..after a couple of weeks I got bored, however my daughter signed a contract for 18th months since it was the cheapest. My advice is TO PAY ATTENTION since they are not like all other gyms. You can not cut it short. They do not care that sometimes life gets hard and you have to find a second job, hence you can not go to their classes. They force you to pay hundreds of dollars anyway!!

I love the positivity and encouragement that the trainers and the community give. I started BBC NW Raleigh in April 2017 after not sticking with way too many diet and exercise routines. Finally I have found what works! Burn! So many wonderful things about Burn Boot Camp. The head trainer, the other trainers - they push you during class or help with modifications to meet your daily needs and always show a positive attitude! I have always been athletic, active. Before baby, I was in the gym for 1 - 2 hours a day, 5 - 6 days a week. Between cardio & weight lifting, it was time consuming. Since becoming a mother and working full time {sometimes all the time...} I had to find something that fit my schedule, daily routine. I no longer had 2 hours to kill at the gym - I needed to do it in an hour or less. Burn Bootcamp does exactly that. I work out harder in 45 minutes than I ever did when I was at the gym for hours. The trainers are great, the focus sessions are informative, and the overall encouragement from the other ladies makes this a top notch gym. You won't be disappointed!

Don’t wait as long as I did to join Burn Boot Camp NW Raleigh! I’ve been working out there for about six months and it’s been a great experience. I love that I can walk in, workout, and walk out in one hour or less without worrying about planning a workout. Scott and the other trainers work hard to provide workouts that make the most of your time at the gym. I wish I had joined a year ago when my friend first started bugging me to go! With my busy schedule I couldn’t imagine committing time to working out but Burn’s format has allowed me to do just that. There are Burn locations closer to home but NW Raleigh is the place to be!

Burn Bootcamp is not just a gym (although it’s the best gym with the best trainers in Raleigh) it’s also a community of women that lift you up and support one another. Burn Boot camp changed my life. Not only did I gain muscle, I gained a family! It's been almost a year, I'll admit, I'm addicted tip BBC. I tried a free class they offered at North Hills and fell in love!!!! Then to find out there was one around the corner with free daycare were just bonuses!! Although, that's not what got me hooked, it was the immediate comfort and tremendous support from Scott Tobin and the highly skilled trainers Carolyn, Amanda, Taylor, Kristen, and Tiffany! All are fantastic!!! Each trainer is unbelievable about walking around to check everyone's form. You always feel they give each individual attention to some challenges they may have or helping them achieve their goals and exceeding them. When they see I may be aggravating my neck or head (due to servere nerve damage from an accident) they are quickly there to help with great modifications!
I highly recommend, they make every day a memorable experience and good type of pain! All workouts are unique and fun! The best is the camaraderie and bonds built every day! For me it's been a life changing experience, I would completely recommend going and pushing those muscles more and more every day!

I’m a runner. Joined Burn this past summer in July during my first marathon training. Burn helped me build strength in the areas I was slacking on training, such as my upper body, and helped keep my knees healthy while training. I love NW Raleigh Burn! The head trainer, Scott, is amazing. He's knowledgable, funny, and knows everyone by name! With the encouragement of high-fives and introducing yourself to someone new after every class, you gain friendships and muscles here. Burn is def the best gym I’ve ever tried! The workouts are 45 minutes and can be modified for any fitness level. You can also schedule focus meetings to weigh in and go over your nutrition. The head trainer, Scott, is extremely knowledgeable and will help you every step of the way. I high recommend!

I’ve been a member of Burn Boot Camp NW Raleigh for almost a year and it has been the best decision I have ever made as far as gym/workout options are concerned. As a former runner, I discovered at almost 73 that I needed some direction with my exercise routine. BBC was the answer. 45 minutes was PERFECT!
The first week I started, I was addicted and found the women to be so encouraging, fun and non judgmental. Scott Tobin and all of the trainers are so helpful with form and modifications. I am amazed how my balance has improved and how much more energy I have! Thank you Scott and the other fabulous trainers.

I have to admit that I was nervous and a bit intimidated when I first started, but that did not stop me. I wanted to get fit, I wanted to be faster, and I wanted to know how to take better care of my body. Also, I wanted to make friends because I've been a stay at home mom for several years and it got somewhat lonely. Scott Tobin and the other trainers ( and fellow burn ladies) take the guess work out of fitness and have guided me in the right direction. It's been about six months and I've never been more happy and satisfied with my fitness journey until Burn. It's a great group of people. I love this place.

I cannot say enough about this Burn Bootcamp. I'm visiting from out of town and didn't know a single person at the gym. Everyone was so welcoming and I didn't feel intimidated or out of place. Burn Boot Camp is amazing. The workouts are structured, yet always different. I've never done the same workout twice. It's very fast-paced but Scott modifies everything to accommodate all fitness levels. Camp can be as intense as you want it to be. Scott and the other trainers do a great job pushing you to your limit and are always encouraging the women to try new things. The music is awesome. Burn Boot Camp Raleigh (Creedmoor rd) is amazing! I am so fortunate to have such a supportive, friendly group of women to work out with and trainers to help me reach my goals. I love the "circuit" like set up and variations of the camps from day to day. They go above and beyond any gym or class I have taken part in- nutritional support, yoga, parents night out, charity events, girls nights...... I was a little nervous about Burn Boot Camp at first, I've gone to other exercise classes that were full of complex steps, etc. and never been able to follow along but this is great, it's easy to follow along with (but also incredibly difficult & a great workout) and Scott (the trainer) is always there to help out and encourage you throughout the workout. The environment is very welcoming and the classes are full of women from every fitness level. Overall it's a wonderful environment and a great workout!

This place brings out the best in you! Not since high school have I ever felt this excited to workout. Our trainer, Scott, is awesome and motivates everyone to push themselves beyond what they think they are capable of! I have been a member of Burn Bootcamp for almost a year. While this location is newer, and the trainers are different, still amazing though, the atmosphere and supportive group of women remains the same! While we are all working towards our goals, I've not ever been near more supportive and encouraging women. Every day I feel inspired and motivated to push harder to achieve these goals. Not once have I ever felt unwelcome, or judged.
In my time so far I've dropped 35+ lbs, multiple inches and body fat. If you're looking for a place that's encouraging, trainers that will make your goals their goals, and childcare, this is the place to be!

As a former crossfitter who is prone to injuries I decided to give it a try. And boy, let me tell you. If you are like me and feeling sore is a sign that you are alive than you'll love this place. Scott is excellent at listening and encouraging you through movement modifications. There won't be a workout no matter the mods that you won't be sore from. I love this place.

Having not worked out for almost a year, I went to this class on a whim. The first class I went to nearly broke me and I had to rest for three days, but I picked myself up and went back. After three weeks of attending classes, I am amazed that I can already see a difference in my arm muscles and other areas. My husband even has noticed a difference. The exercises are different every day and made so everyone can participate at their own level. But the trainers make sure you will be challenged. I love that this place caters to all different sized and aged women. The positivity that is shared from the group throughout the workout is motivating. Scott has a way that makes you feel like you can do it, even when you feel like your legs may fall off. Every day is a challenge, but I leave smiling.

I am motivated daily every time I step into a BBC class! These women are amazing and dedicated to creating a healthier, stronger individual. The atmosphere is very positive, energetic, and most importantly, encouraging towards each other. I've been taking classes at the Creedmore location for a little over a month and I am surprised to see the difference in my ability to continue to move forward each time, whether it's one more rep, 30 seconds longer, a heavier weight, or the difference of being able to do an exercise without modification. The trainers are wonderful and are really there to help you create the best you that you can be to enjoy the most of your own life. I actually look forward to going to each class! I've never been big on working out and in the past I would drag myself to the gym once every 2 weeks and would never get anywhere.. Ever since joining BBC working out has actually been fun for me..
