We are the premiere USA Boxing training facility and BEST BOXING GYM in Wilmington, NC! We train competitive boxers who are looking to step into the boxing ring as well as non-competitive boxers who wish to simply learn boxing fundamentals and techniques while getting into shape.
Our competitive boxing programs focus on the principles of Olympic-style boxing. Also, we are the only USA Boxing certified gym in town that offers Ladies Boxing Boot Camp for our ladies. My 10 year old son started at Cape Fear Boxing this September and it has been one of the most fulfilling experiences for him, and our family. In the past, he has struggled with building friendships. It has been incredible to watch him make new friends and witness the way in which the kids help each other in meeting their goals. They make him feel like he belongs. This program teaches the fundamentals of boxing, and so much more. He is learning a wide range of skills, such as: hand eye coordination, athletic endurance, sportsmanship, footwork, and timing. But more than that he is learning self discipline, confidence, positive ways to cope with stress, and decision making skills. At home, he is choosing to practice jumping rope instead of playing video games. He has been committed to getting better each week. He was even recognized at school for running without stopping in gym. Two months ago, he would not have been able to do that. My son has ADD. This program has helped him learn focus and self control. The coaching staff is the BEST! They truly care about all of the kids. They help them reach new goals each week. We are so thankful that we found Cape Fear Boxing. I recommend this program to any family with children in the ILM area!

Joining CFB has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! Before the program, I was stuck in an unstructured routine with little accountability. In just 30 days, CFB helped me lose 9.9 lbs of body fat and completely shift my mindset around fitness. First, let me tell you about the overall environment of Cape Fear Boxing, from the time you walk in the door, you're greeted by name, or nickname in my case. You are encouraged, and pushed to reach your full potential. I have not only lost 6 pounds of body fat in 28 days, I have found an entire community of people who want me to succeed in my fitness journey. I have NEVER been to a gym, so starting out I was a little intimidated, but that feeling was short-lived. I have great coaches, who break it all down for me.

For the last 5 years I wasn't taking care of myself. I'd occasionally workout but nothing consistently. I lacked motivation and accountability and that obviously took a negative toll on my health - physically, mentally and emotionally. I'm fairly new to the area and was looking for a gym to join, one that would excite me and provide a community to help keep me motivated. Cape Fear Boxing has been just that! I've been part of the 12 week transformation program for 28 days - the coaches are fantastic, the workouts are challenging but super fun! They make every other aspect of the program, goal setting and the food plan, really easy to attain and they hold me accountable. And it's working! I already feel stronger and in just 28 days I've lost 5.7lbs of body fat - that's almost half of my goal for the entire 12 weeks! No matter where you're at in your health and fitness journey I highly recommend giving Cape Fear Boxing a try.

I have been going to Cape Fear Boxing since January 2024, and I loved it from the very first second! I have been in a gym and had a personal trainer and never liked it or made any real progress. It just wasn’t for me. But working out at CFB is totally different than anything I’ve ever done before. The workouts are 30 minutes and are HIGH intensity. The sweat will pour off your body in those 30 minutes! I never not look forward to going to the gym now!
That is my overall view of Cape Fear Boxing. Now, the second part of my review, which is really why I am posting, is about the 12 Week Transformation Program that began almost six weeks ago now. The gym does these challenges every so often, but this is the first one in which I have really participated. For the program, I have the goal to lose 9.8 lbs of body fat in the 12 weeks. While I have seen progress at the gym before this challenge, I still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. But the part of this particular challenge that has really made a difference for me is the accountability factor. Every week, we post a picture of our grocery store runs and the classes we’ve signed up for during the week. Then, everyday, we have a challenge to answer to, such as doing a set number of lunges each day or posting our healthy breakfast pics or telling something new we learned that day, as it is just as important to work out your brain as it is the rest of your body. These mini challenges keep me accountable every single day, not just on the days I work out in the gym.
We also have weigh-ins every four weeks, and that’s what I am really excited to share in this review! In just the first 28 days of the challenge, I burned 6.2 lbs of body fat! That’s right, I am already over halfway to my goal!! Talk about some motivation to stick with it! I decided to make small changes so it would be easier to stick with, such as swapping carrot sticks for chips for a snack or eating half a sandwich at lunch instead of the whole thing. I didn’t deny myself anything. I didn’t diet necessarily. I just made better choices and substitutions. And if I wanted some potato chips, I stuck with a handful instead of a bag full just to satisfy the craving. Making just those little changes added up big time!
Coach Rasheed also made non-weight milestones for me as well, such as committing to a certain number of steps each day (7000) and getting in bed earlier and earlier in order to get a good night’s sleep (I’m a pretty bad night owl). But I have committed myself to this program, and it’s given me the accountability that makes me want to step up!
And one last, but not least, accomplishment. Aside from the weight loss, I was able to run for the first time in a 5K this past weekend. I have done several 5Ks but always just walked them. This time though, with help from one of my gym mates, I ran a good deal of the race. We came across the finish line together, running our hearts out and smiling as we were met by our other gym mates who had already finished and were cheering us on. The friendships I have formed at this gym is another huge plus! Cape Fear Boxing has given me a new community that helps me and supports me on this journey. I am forever grateful! Come on down and join me! You won’t regret it!!

This club was perfect for my 15 year old stepson. He was in town for a month and didn't want to interrupt his boxing training. Coach Rasheed, Coach Terry, and Coach Lorenzo, worked with him extremely well. Sam, my stepson, has greatly improved his skills and stamina with one month training with this group. Lots of other boxers training at and above Sam's age and skill level was a plus.

Cape Fear Boxing's youth program has been so important to our family. The last several months have been amazing for my 9 year old son, and he has grown in so many areas- especially confidence and attention. He has made wonderful friends and this has been exactly what he has needed since his dad passed away in 2022. The feeling of family, support and belonging in the gym is unrivaled and we are so proud to be a part of the Cape Fear Boxing community. On the fence about trying it out? DO IT!!! After 2 babies and about 19 surgeries on my stomach due to stomach disease I’ve struggled to lose weight. Within 6 weeks of the Boxing Bootcamp I lost 14lb of FAT!! I feel so much stronger, and I’ve just begun this journey! In ONE month's time i went from 331 pounds, down to 320 pounds. Seeing progress from simply showing up and being consistent. Coach Coop is High energy and so motivating. Each class has this "Tribe" mentality and I love that at those times where I want to quit. I wish there was free gym where I can come in and punch the bags and lift weights whenever I wanted. However, they have more than enough classes to fit anyone's schedule so that there's always a group class to take. If you're looking to be encouraged and pushed beyond your typical workout consider cape fear boxing 🥊🥊

My child is in the children's boxing program. He's been there about a month now. His confidence has grown tremendously and I look forward to the positive changes that come with that. He loves the coaches, the consistency, and how they push him to get better each training session. The only thing we wish were different, is the amount of days he can attend weekly. The childrens boxing program is offered 3 days a week, while the adult program is offered 7. He would be there every day if he could! It's a great program. If you or your children are interested, go check them out. It's worth it!

Since joining CFB, I feel stronger both mentally and physically. I can keep up with my little ones and find myself wanting to be more active and engaged outside my home. If you're on the fence I'd advise you to just do it. They give you all the tools you need for fat loss: how to make a meal plan, accountability with coach check-ins, step and water consumption goals, no guesswork on workout plans, and on top of that boxing in and of itself is just fun. I personally lost 10 pounds of body fat during the 6-week bootcamp and that's with having to take a week off due to getting sick.

I was introduced to this program by winning a partial scholarship. On my first day of class, I told myself I was not going to be able to do this! It was hard and the amount of physical activity it required was something my body had never experienced! Although I did not meet my targeted body fat percentage goal that was set, I successfully completed the 6 week bootcamp and lost 13.9 pounds! I am now enrolled for the next 6 months! The environment is so welcoming. The members are very supportive and keep you motivated to keep pushing even if you attempt to give up on yourself! The weight loss is a slow process but the off scale victories that I have gained over the last few weeks have already made me feel like I’ve increased my productivity at life! I went from doing absolutely nothing and somewhat out of breath after walking up the stairs to flipping tires, lifting weights, using both hands on the speed bag and not to mention, eating and sleeping better! Before Cape Fear Boxing, I was struggling to make a life style change when it comes to diet and exercise. I made other changes that had been adversely affecting my life, but I was missing something.
Joining Cape Fear Boxing gave me the extra push I needed to gain motivation and accountability. Together, we made a short term goal and in just 21 days I lost 4.8 lbs of body fat. The short term goals are obtainable and at the half way point you have an opportunity to check on your progress which is helpful if you need to make adjustments in diet or anything. Progress made at the half way point is motivation to continue. We all like to see some progress. The mental and physical changes are both rewarding.
The accountability and motivation is very helpful. I need this in my life!! The staff’s willingness to help is unmatched. The Facebook group is a community in itself and the ideas shared from others are very helpful.
I love the family atmosphere…after only 21 days I do feel like part of a family working towards the same goal.
I absolutely would recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone who is looking to make a life style change large or small, mentally or physically

Before I came to Cape Fear Boxing I wasn’t really doing any consistent working out. Now with the program I am working out at least 3x per week, have learned better nutrition, am drinking more water and less soda. Before starting the 6 week program at Cape Fear Boxing I was feeling stuck in my weight loss journey. I was having a hard time staying consistent and challenging myself. Hi, I’m Sherry. I was not doing anything before I entered the program. I recently went on a vacation with my family. I did not like the way I looked in the vacation pictures. This is by far the best gym I have joined. I've tried other places that promise to help you get in shape and stay motivated but none of that worked for me so I started buying my own gym equipment to workout at home until I saw a Cape Fear Boxing Ad and decided to give it a try. Little did I know how much I was going to love it, the ladies boot camp is awesome! The workouts target different muscles that you didn't even know you had. The best part was loosing 5.11 lbs. Joining Cape Fear Boxing Boot Camp was the best thing I could have done for my life.I feel like a whole new person. I noticed a big difference after the first week, My energy is up, I'm sleeping so much better, and I'm able to climb my stairs without being winded. I would highly recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone whose looking to workout, lose weight, burn fat or to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm fairly new to the Wilmington area, a full time care taker and I work a fulltime job. My stress levels were through the roof and I was unhealthy and overweight. I never took time for me. While at the end of my rope I decided to do something for me. After searching several gyms I landed on CFB and liked what I saw. I decided to do the Ladies Boxing Boot Camp 6 weeks challenge to get started and to meet my short/long term goals to be healthier for an upcoming milestone and a healthier lifestyle. At first the boxing piece wasn't appealing to me but its actually become my favorite part of the workouts. After six week I met the challenge of losing 7.9 lbs of body fat. My total loss was 8.5lbs. Not only did I lose the fat and a few pounds I gained knowledge of how the body works when it comes to fat, muscles and water weight. I learned how to eat which is extremely important. This is so important inorder to keep the weight off and it feels good to accomplish the workouts day after day. The workouts sessions are flexible and they even have payment options. So there is no excuse to starting your journey to a healthier you. The coaches are awesome and the groups are motivating which is something I lacked six weeks ago. I joined the boxing gym a couple months before this review. This is a great boxing gym if you want to be a competitive boxer, just get incredible conditioning, or just want to have the skills and knowledge of fighting with your hands.
Coach Rasheed will keep you honest. He puts a high premium on fundamentals and getting your technique right, and then building upon that chain. If you want to just get in there and hit heavy bags, there’s room for that too, but you’d will do yourself a huge favor to listen and practice the drills and mechanics that he emphasizes so heavily.
The strength and conditioning is also very intense but the coaches are also aware of where each person is at in their fitness. They will push you to be your best and not cut any corners. Expect to get incredible workouts, but always designed around conditioning you for a boxing match.
Coach Lorenzo is very laid back, has a great sense of humor and comes from a legendary boxing family. His classes are always fun and he’ll sneak in a few tricks for you to practice if you get his ear and show interest. There are also high level amateur boxers who stop by often and spar with the students, which is a real treat.
In fact, I have found, whatever you express your interest in, they will work with you. There is a feeling of accessibility, friendliness and community amongst the personnel.
The members of the gym are also all great. The atmosphere is friendly and helpful and supportive. You’re working out so hard there isn’t much time to socialize, but between sessions don’t be surprised if you make a few friends.
There’s students from every age group, walk of life, and gender.
There is also a class more for cardio- boxing as exercise - that I haven’t done but the two female coaches are very friendly and seem to be inspiring for the students.
There was a recent change up in the schedule which I was worried a bit about, as it was hard to get the technical development I was craving. But the recent changes have drastically turned out to be for the better.
Coach Rasheed has really ramped up the training, and the focus the past few weeks, and the changes have greatly improved the output for everybody. He’s made more time in his schedule to focus on preparing the team for competition and it has made all the difference in the world. It’s precisely what I wanted when i signed up.
The payment plans work out well if you make use of your time. They have a few options, but all of them give you ample time to develop your skills. Once you arrive for a class, you don’t stop to the end, and you won’t leave anything in the ring. You’ll finish each session satisfied and deservedly tired. The training is intense and well worth it.

My son has enjoyed his time in youth boxing. Each day practice is reliably held. He has fun, seems to be picking up some knowledge, is getting exercise, and it only amounts to spending a couple bucks an hour as a parent. I hadn’t exercised regularly since before the pandemic – probably early 2019. I have shopped around and tried different gyms and programs in town, but didn’t find anything I really liked and wanted to stick with.
CFB has been great! I love going there – it’s always a great workout – challenging but in a good way. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, motivational and make you feel at home there. It’s a great workout crowd – it feels team oriented. You can feel the positive fun vibe the minute you walk in the gym. I hate to miss a session!
I have been going to CFB for about 3 months now, and feel great – I have more energy, I’m sleeping better, more mindful of what I am eating and feeling better overall.
I highly recommend the program to anyone that wants to get fit, stay fit and have fun in a clean, comfortable environment.

Before starting Ladies Boxing Boot Camp I was not someone who particularly enjoyed a workout but this program has changed that in such a fantastic way. Coach Rasheed and everyone at the gym is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Coops energy and positivity at 8:30 in the morning always makes me smile. The workouts have pushed me to do things that continue to surprise me and have made me stronger. My son is in the Youth Boxing Program. He loves it! It has taught him that working hard, being disciplined and being accountable will help him achieve his goal of moving up in the program.
Since joining he has been more courteous and ready to jump in and help out with chores and jobs around the house.
The coaches make the training fun, but difficult and hold the kids accountable if they slack off or are not working hard. I highly recommend Cape Fear Boxing. He can't wait to go back on his scheduled days!

Don't wait. That's the only advice I can give you. I had been contemplating joining for years before I finally did. It took being told I was on my way to insulin injections if I did not take action against my Type 2 diabetes. I had already changed my diet, but that alone was not enough. I had no direction where to start with fitness and just guessing at an open gym was not going to cut it. The classes are quick, convenient, and most importantly effective. In just 3 weeks, that's not even a whole month, I've lost 6lbs and 3.8 of that is body fat. Due to my job I can only manage 3 days a week, if I could do more days than that I can only imagine the results. The coaches are amazing and motivating. A true community vibe nothing like commercial gyms. Do it. Show up and try one class. I promise it'll be the best decision you make for yourself.

Before I started at Cape Fear Boxing Ladies Bootcamp I didn't know where to start with working out. I was very hesitant because of my Arthritis. Since starting I have lost about 10lbs of body fat in 6 weeks!! Every coach is very understanding and I have blast every session, their energy and motivation keeps me moving! Since starting I feel better and look better. I never feel out of place or less than others, the environment is very diverse and welcoming. Found them through a Facebook advertisement where they were offering 10 ladies or so a FREE 6 week challenge. Called to ask about this ad and I asked if there was a fee which is reasonable if they are investing 6 weeks in your progress but they said there was not just some criteria to meet because of course they use you as proof or promo that they make body transformations possible. Again all good and well but when I arrived to hear out the criteria’s to meet they start telling you all the basics you have to be consistent, follow a diet plan make it to class 3x a week. I was interested because of the boxing side of things I wanted to pick up a new hobby that would help me tone/ burn fat and if it was a good fit based on those 6 weeks I would gladly invest in classes. Usually places will offer a month trial whatever. However the entire strategy and ad as well as the owner became deceiving once they asked for a $600 dollar deposit ( now let it be known the classes individually are $10). That would mean for 6 weeks, 3 classes per week would be like $180 or so. I was confused why I would have to put a $600 deposit?! SCAM VIBES. He let me know that I would receive this money back as long as I lost the body fat I was suppose to. Now again I’m an active person. I train 6 days a week and I know what it takes to lose weight and reach my goals. This seemed like a great way to take advantage of people that aren’t confident in getting in shape and that don’t know what they are doing. Just make sure you’re not being taken advantage of with these false advertising and crazy promises. Even after explaining to the owner how deceiving the advertising, the phone conversation, and even the in person conversation was he began to try and go in circles and offer a week free long session and I don’t think he cared for the actual customer loyalty or the principle of the thing. Do not recommend this gym at all.

me and my best friend went in there talked to a man about everything, rejected us for the boot camp recommended the punch card sessions, then he got mad when we said let us think about it because we didn’t have the money atm but will in 3 days, and changed his whole demeanor, he said “what is there to think about” and basically ended the whole meeting right then and there, we didn’t like his attitude at the end and went else were, we feel like he rejected us from the bootcamp to keep their success rate up, just assuming no one can keep up

The instructions (Coach Rasheed and Coach Coop) are so motivating and enthusiastic about every workout and every member! 6-week FREE program for "best fit" female candidates is a bait & switch. I went in for an orientation and immediately recognized the sales dance - nothing is FREE. Rasheed Diaab (Owner) has been using this "6-week Free program" for years, to get people in the door. This "intense" program offers a lot (structure, nutrition, discipline, commitment, etc.) with dedicated coaches, but it requires hundreds of dollars upfront. Once your established goals are achieved in that time period, which he GUARANTEED (another red-flag), the money you have paid is applied towards a membership. When I repeated back my understanding of his explanation, he confirmed I was correct. When I said $599 was beyond my current budget, he described & wrote down his "Punch Card" plans on my orientation paperwork.
Rasheed offered two Punch Card plans:
1) ten 30-min sessions for $200, or
2) twenty 30-min sessions for $300.
After a short silence between us, he offered me a deal of the same ten sessions at 50% off. I wanted to take some time to think about it and plan my budget, so I told him I'd call within a day or two, but then he crossed out the 50% deal. I asked if that discount disappears unless I paid right then, he said yes. Final red-flag, so thank you, but no thank you.
Based on all the reviews I've read, and the atmosphere of the gym during my orientation, I may have enjoyed this environment. This two-star review is solely based on Rasheed's misleading advertising and pressured sales pitch.

I first heard about Caoe Fear Boxing from a co-worker who would post pictures after her workouts. She invited me to attend a class, and I decided to join. The workouts are a WORKOUT! I ended up losing 18 pounds during my first 21 days. The coaches are great and the classes fit my schedule since they are just 30 minutes. Prior to joining, my "workouts" consisted of a daily walk and yoga & line dancing once a week. I still do those things, but the morning workouts give me that boost I need. I also found the boxing portion if the workout intimidating. I like to say i have a love/hate relationship with it. However, i have gotten better. 😊 I have a long way to go, but I believe I'll get there!

Both my daughters attend Coach Rasheed boxing program. I appreciate the discipline he asks of my girls. Coach is able to identify what they need to work on and he is able to communicate that to my daughters. Coach explains technique so that all the kids understand what he is asking from them. Coach's facility is clean, nice and big. It has plenty of space for the kids and chairs for parents to sit down and observe. I like that the chairs are far way from where the kids practice. Parents can be a distraction. I highly recommend bringing your child to this amazing program.

As a former softball player, I really miss doing group workouts and having that accountability. I felt like my workouts I was doing by myself weren't really doing anything and I didn't as fit as I wanted to be. After researching places for HIIT type workouts, I came across Cape Fear Boxing. Meeting with Coach Rasheed was extremely beneficial to getting started here. Their Ladies boxing boot camp workouts have been just what I've been searching for! It's so nice to have a place that doesn't interfere with my work and school schedule. Having in and out 30 minute high intensity workouts has already been a game changer for me. We signed up for boxing in the middle of December 2023 and had no idea how much hard work it truly is. My son has done sports since he was 4 and this by far has put so much dedication in him. We had a few complaints on his end but his coach assured he would figure out a better way to train him and keep him happy and so far it’s worked. We LOVE Cape Fear Boxing and truth be told, it's a big reason why we are not heading back to Montana sooner where we spit our time living.
My son, 9 years old, started back in November and is actually so excited to go. I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant being that he has ADHD and is very (very) easily distracted, but the way the program is structured and how the coaches are, it keeps my child's attention.
We've tried karate and MMA, both were okay, but it was always a chore getting him to be excited for practices. With boxing, he's all about it despite the fact that I know it works him hard. Outside of the gym, he's even willing to partake in practices and movements that he knows will help him with his boxing performance at the gym which is HUGE for him.
I would absolutely recommend Cape Fear Boxing to another parent and am so thankful that I know my son is in phenomenal hands with this excellent program!

A couple of weeks ago I was struggling to find a way to work out due to the hours I was working at my job. Not only finding the time to fit a work out in, but also finding a work out that I could fit in a short window of time if need be. Then I found Cape Fear Boxing. These workouts will have you sweating in minutes and feeling like you just ran a 5k at the end of the 30 minute workouts in the best way possible. They challenge you, have a variety of exercises, make you feel strong, and surround you with people that want you to succeed. Before starting the Boxing Bootcamp at Cape Fear Boxing, I was struggling to stay motivated and could not find a workout routine that I enjoyed. The Boxing Bootcamp fixed both of those problems for me. The coaches keep you motivated numerous ways during class and outside of class. The workouts are fun change every day so you don’t get bored.

I really wish I could continue boxing with y’all. My heart is sad that I never stepped into the ring for sparring. The time is just bad for my family, and my kids rely on me putting them to bed.
For me, it’s been like that old trope, when a young person meets someone they would fall in love with, but they’re already in a relationship, and they say—This is the right love but at the wrong time.

The coaches at Cape Fear Boxing take a vested interest in everyone who train at their gym. Anytime I ask our son about his training experience, he seems to enjoy the challenging workouts and sparring sessions. We trust Coach Rasheed and Coach Lorenzo when it comes to pairing our son with opponents that are of similar strength and experience. Safety is paramount; we’re confident that our son will not be put into a boxing match with a dangerous opponent.

I really enjoyed my time at CFB so far. I was a little unsure and out of my comfort zone when signing up because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to keep up. The coaches and community have been very encouraging and I enjoy going. It definitely challenges me and I like that each day is different and it’s fast. It gives me options to fit in with my schedule. I feel like I can feel and see a difference in my strength since I started 6 weeks ago and I signed on for the year and am ready to keep improving! I was REALLY excited & looking forward to joining their 6 week program as a much needed answer to a prayer when seeing their fb ad because I’m in a situation that has me in deep need of blowing off steam & what better way than punching something???!!! Though it’s 40-50 min. away & my car’s AC stopped working in this heat wave, I made an appt. yesterday when in town.
The appt was in half hr but as I believe I told him, I yearned for an icy healthy smoothie 1st so my GPS search for smoothies brought me to an herbalife store 1.5 mi away that doesn’t even sell them. Then it said Smoothie King was about the same distance. Not realizing how much further away it was putting me from them, I went, only to learn I’d be 18 min late when picking it up there. I called & left a message apologizing about my anticipated lateness of the given appt time.
The owner came out looking at his watch so I assume he never listened to it. Then he asked for my ID. Taken off guard & considering all the ID theft & theft attempts + potential I’ve fought, including several this year alone, I made a face & asked why?
His response was “Why don’t we just cancel this appt?” WTH? Who does that? I asked a simple question only to get such an awful & rude response — from the “owner” of all people! He wouldn’t answer my question but then questioned me about why I don’t want to show it at that! My answer still made no difference. By then I was beyond disgusted after driving all the way there just for that anyway.

Since my son Logan has started attending Cape fear Boxing I’ve noticed quite a few changes in him in such a short period of time. He has shown more attention to detail with different task that he has around house. He had a rather irregular sleeping pattern and is a high energy kid, I’m noticing on days that he has training he comes home and gets more adequate rest due to the energy he burns off at training. My overall experience with CFB has been an amazing one so far. I’m excited about his future and ready to see his instruction from coach Rasheed transfer into more areas of his life.

I decided at the beginning of the year that I needed to make a change and started working out and lifting weights on my own in March. After doing that for 4 months and seeing little to no results, I realized that I needed help and decided to look for a gym to help me get back on track and hold myself accountable for the poor diet decisions that I was making. I also wanted to gain some of the muscle that I had lost and shed the extra pounds I had acquired. I knew that I picked the right gym during my first meeting because these were all of the topics that came before I could say anything about them.
In the first half of the 6 week program, I lost 6.6 pounds of body fat while gaining 3.1 pounds of muscle. My goal weight for the full 6 weeks was 7.4 pounds, so I'm already more than halfway there in half the time. My diet is better and it's getting easier and easier to make the healthier choice for meals and snacks. My endurance is SO MUCH better than it was when I started, which is something that I didn't give a lot of thought to. I always avoided cardio during my home workouts, but I've now added it to my routine as well because of how great it makes me feel. I'm also much stronger already than I was when I first started, and that's after lifting heavy for 4 months prior to joining.
This program is effective, fun, and there's a really great and supportive group of people around you and cheering you on. Everyone has been absolutely lovely, and I really look forward to going every day. The support that you get from the group is so positive and the extra accountability helps keep you on track.
I would easily recommend this program to anyone that wants to get moving again or just wants to shake up their normal workout routine. The added boxing element keeps things new and fresh for those like myself that have never boxed before. I'm so glad that I found this program and I don't see stopping even after my 6 weeks are up!

Before finding Cape Fear Boxing I hadn’t worked out in well over a year. I was four months postpartum with my second child when I joined the six week challenge, and in desperate need of getting healthy again; for myself and my girls.
I sat down with the coaches and established a plan and set a goal for the program. In just 21 days I was able to lose 5.5lbs of body fat! Not only that, but I felt stronger and had more energy!

I signed up for the 6 week program for the ladies boxing boot camp and when I say that this gym has benefited my life in so many ways I mean it! I lost 4 pounds within that six weeks and I feel so much better! It has been such a fun experience and the coaches are absolutely amazing! CFB has my heart. The past year I was looking for a gym or fitness program that motivated and provided structure. I tried different apps, drop in sessions throughout the community & a generic gym membership- nothing stuck. I felt defeated. I had never boxed before, and also have no athletic background, but decided to try ladies boxing bootcamp. To my surprise, I have absolutely no regrets. I lost 4.4 lbs of body fat in my first 21 days. I feel better, have more confidence, and finally have that heathy routine I've been after. Cape Fear Boxing has inspired me to reach my fullest fitness potential in so many ways! Before I came to CFB, I was in a rut with my exercise routine where I felt like it was more a chore. Not at CFB! The workouts are so fun, challenging and fast moving, before you know it, your workout is finished! I enjoyed coming to the early morning classes because then you have already accomplished your fitness goals as the sun rises! If I could not come early, there are several times I could choose from that allowed me to keep my fitness routine, no matter what your real life schedule entails. The coaches are awesome, motivating, encouraging and positive. I feel invigorated every time I leave the class. They also give you so much more than workouts that keep you aware of your water intake, nutrition factors and portion control, all things I greatly needed. It really called attention to me not drinking enough water, that is a huge key to better performance mentally and physincally that I think we as busy humans do not even realize! Running a small outdoor seasonal business, my job is physically and mentally demanding, and Cape Fear Boxing got me ready for it and then some. I now have other fitness goals like running again after many years off and possibly trying a marathon I have always wanted to do. I also feel totally in downhill skiing shape, my winter escape after a busy summer! I feel in better shape than I have in years! I miss the classes when I can not go due to high work volume times. Yet I have learned through CFB, to make time for yourself, that half hour class is invaluable to your mental outlook and physical wellbeing. I plan to make this a permanent part of my fitness life as a twenty-five year resident of Wilmington. Before I joined Cape Fear Boxing I had given up on losing weight. I have a desk job and had reached the point where I was so stiff and tight I could barely walk most days. My youngest will be seven in August and I had tried P90X, Zumba, and Pilates with very minimal results.
Cape Fear Boxing made me accountable. They followed up weekly to see how I was. They answered personal questions along my journey and provided solutions and help. They set a 6 week goal for me to lose 8.5 lbs and just in the first three weeks I had lost 5.8 lbs. I turned 40 in January and thought those results this late in life would be impossible for me.
I would definitely recommend this gym. The members are so nice and welcoming and the coaches acknowledge and truly care about you personally reaching your goals. I finally look forward to working out every day!!!

I love this place! Before I started here, I was trying to get in shape on my own, but I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough to make a difference. Joining Ladies Boxing Boot Camp at Cape Fear Boxing is one of the best things I have ever done. Not only has it been good for me physically but also mentally. Before joining CFB, I was not doing any consistent exercise. Now I feel like I am making my body and my mind stronger. Every class gives me a sense of accomplishment and I can work at my own pace. I have done so many fad diets that did not work. I would lose 4 or 5 pounds and gain them back and more. Since I have been going to workouts, I have lost 8% body fat in 3 weeks. My goal was to lose 10% in 6 weeks. I will truly surpass that goal and lose more than 10%. This will be so easy to do because of the support, resources and accountability CFB has in place. There are weekly calls checking to see how I am doing and if there is anything they can do to help or if I have any questions. I found the owner/manager/head trainer (can’t remember his title) of Cape Fear Boxing to be quite offensive. When I inquired about the cost of training (most of us aren’t on an unlimited budget), he kept dodging the question. Then he asked me personal questions regarding my home life, and when he learned I have animals and I’m a homeowner, he decided to inform me that “maybe my fitness and health aren’t a priority.” You were very rude and insulting on the phone. I was blown away! No, I will not give up my rescue animals and roof over my head to attend your gym. I’ve never dealt with such a passive aggressive, judgmental person. Know your trainer, and don’t give in to this kind of pressure. Financial obligations and responsibilities are a part of life, and it should not be twisted into a negative reflection on you. I DO take my health seriously, and I also have a life and family outside of the gym. I’m thankful for them every day, and you will NOT tell me where my money should go or imply that my rescues and/or home are a burden to my fitness budget at your gym. Wrong on every level.

Before I started at CFB I was working out at a regular gym doing regular cardio(elliptical, treadmill)and weight machines. Since joining CFB I have felt increasingly more energetic and seen much better weightloss results more than ever doing my daily mundane gym routine. Even changing up my routines don't come close to what I get at CFB. Coach and my trainers are phenomenal! Always giving inspiring words to push me. My goal was 7.4 lbs of body fat in the 6 week challenge and I crushed it at 9.4 lbs of body fat loss! First time I've see the scale move in that direction since my menopause weight gain 2 years ago. I've always struggled with my weight. I've spent so much of my time counting calories, intermittent fasting, working out the wrong way, and starving my body to achieve my weight loss goals. Nothing worked for me, and I became discouraged. I didn't know where to start. A friend of mine told me about Cape Fear Boxing's 6 Week Ladies Boxing Bootcamp and it piqued my interest. I made an appointment, and I did an InBody Assessment with Coach. We sat down and discussed what my short-term goals were and how I was going to achieve them. My short-term 6-week goal was to lose 12.1 pounds of body fat and in 21 days, I'm more than halfway there. So far, I've lost 8.4 pounds of body fat! I attend at least 5 to 6 classes a week. I follow a meal plan and it has helped me change the way I view food. I'm gentler with myself when it comes to "bad" foods. I've discovered foods that I love and foods that I could definitely live without, but it's been a fun journey. I love coming to Cape Fear Boxing! Before the program I only walked the dogs and did minimal yard work. I felt lots of fatigue and would get out of breath quickly.

The coaches are very professional and know how to keep things fun. They definitely know what they’re doing and will help you 100% to reach your goals. The training is spot on exactly what I was looking for and I can’t wait to see how far I will excel with the coaches guidance and hard training.
I’ve spoke to coach Rasheed about wanting to cut weight and with his help I’ve been able to lose close to 10 pounds of body fat in just as little as 2 weeks.

Cape Fear Boxing is the best experience I have ever had working out!
Before starting at Cape Fear Boxing I was unmotivated, couldn’t fall asleep or stay asleep, and had constant anxiety. I was stuck without direction, discipline or the support I needed.
Since starting at Cape Fear Boxing I have the greatest support system with a staff of coaches who live what they teach. They’ve shown me discipline and follow through. As a result of going there I now sleep at night, have less anxiety, I’m excited for each workout. I’m losing weight, gaining muscle and strength and I look at the gym as my home away from home.

Even-though I didn’t sign up, due to time restraints, I wanted to write a review recommending this gym! Coach Rasheed was very honesty and upfront during our orientation interview. He kept it straight with me about my personal goals and his goals for the gym. He could see that even though it was what I wanted, joining the gym now wasn’t the best time for me. I appreciated that he didn’t try to push a membership on me knowing that it wouldn’t be a good fit. To me, that’s good honest business.

I joined the Cape Fear Boxing Ladies Bootcamp and lost 7.4 lbs of body fat in 21 days! Before the bootcamp I was trying to eat healthy but was not effecting change. Prior to starting Ladies Boxing Boot Camp, I was going to the gym once or twice a week to walk on the treadmill or use the rowing machine. I hadn’t done any intense workouts since I swam competitively and it’s been about 25 years since I stopped swimming. To say I was VERY out of shape when I stepped through the doors at Cape Fear Boxing is an understatement. CFB has been a life changer for me. Not only did I lose 5.4 lbs of body fat in the first 21 days of the 6 Week Challenge, I feel so much better overall. I’m happier, I have a lot more energy, and I am sleeping better. I love working out at Cape Fear Boxing Center. I have been enjoying the boot camp workouts since Nov 2022. It is one of the best decisions I have made in my weight loss journey. Before joining the boxing center I was with planet fitness. My normal workout would be walking on the treadmill and riding the bike. After a workout I feel good by didn’t see much change in my body. But since joining the ladies Boot Camp at Cape Fear Boxing I’m getting stronger and really noticing a change in the way I look. The first class was so hard I said to myself once I get through my initial sessions I’m done. But around the 5th workout my mindset changed and I started enjoying the workouts. It’s definitely challenging, but I have a lot of fun and it’s very rewarding. I never thought I could do this but I love it. If you want to see real change in your body and workout with some amazing, helpful and encouraging ladies this is the place you want to be.

I just finished my 6 week challenge at cape fear boxing. I am thoroughly impressed with how my body has changed already. I lost 6.2 lbs of body fat and gained muscle. I feel more energetic & confident and also I have a routine now. getting up way earlier than before and starting my day off right. Meal prepping has been essential for me. I am very busy all of the time and need to remember to eat and drink water so their meal guide helped me with that alot !
The main thing I gained is having the confidence that my body can do it. That I can do it, if I work at it. The cape fear boxing coaches and ladies that attend are the ones pushing you to show up and make it happen. the challenges they have are fun too and remind you to be present and not to forget the goals you have for yourself. 30 mins at least a day isn't too much. The workouts are fast and very effective & ever changing.

The last 2 years have really put me through the ringer mentally and physically. I was constantly tired, gaining weight, and feeling poorly in almost every aspect of my life. But since joining CFB I am in a better head space and my fit/solid body is coming back rapidly. In my first 6 weeks, I lost 4.5lbs of body fat, and gained muscle. Before starting at Cape Fear Boxing, I was all over the place (to say the very least! 😂) I was an all-around athlete growing up, but have had multiple ongoing medical issues since that has made it pretty difficult to keep up with any kind of exercise schedule, let alone even want to exercise at all!
This program at CFB was not only fun (….which is not something I say in ANY reference to “working out”, haha so that is HUGE!!), but it made me stronger physically, getting some of my lost muscle tone back, and mentally, knowing that despite my medical issues and lack of exercise over the years, I was actually able to complete the workout, and do so pretty well! The challenge is great, no matter what your level is, and every coach is there to help you along every step of the way. They are the best cheerleaders during the workout. The support system alone, in terms of not just coaches, but also other gym members, is amazing!!! It’s hard to not leave this place without a smile on your face.
Which is why I would HIGHLY recommend this boxing gym and this 6 week program for just about anybody—because like I said, I am one to usually hate all exercise/things that make me sweat, I’m frequently tired and have constant body aches, and never any motivation to move my body, etc… and if I can have FUN during these workouts, AND I’m always leaving happier than I entered, it is pretty much a guaranteed success for everyone else who is willing to at least try. I am forever grateful for Cape Fear Boxing—for the coaches, my gym-mates, even the gym puppies! 🥰 I am more fit and more confident than I have been in a long time, and it’s all thanks to CFB!! Came for the six week boot camp…stayed for the results. When it comes to caring for my body, I know all the things but implementing them is hard (and made harder by a cute baby who has a personal vendetta against sleeping). The focus on accountability is what sets this apart for me—you haven’t signed up for class, you haven’t showed up to class, a (friendly but persistent) phone call is coming your way. For me it’s literally the only thing that works and I’m glad to be able to stay on for the rest of the year. I have never had more energy or just felt well (thanks exercise hydration and nutrition). And there’s definitely some mental health benefits to wailing out all your grumpiness on punching bag multiple times a week :D

After many years of trying to get back in shape and establish healthy habits for myself, I am so excited to have found the cape fear boxing program. I was scrolling through Instagram, when I saw the ad: Cape Fear Boxing. Ladies Boxing Class. Six-week challenge. Results guaranteed. It was time to make a change. Time to start feeling better, feeling stronger, and taking care of myself. So I just did it. I hit the 'sign up' button on the Instagram ad.
Best. Decision. Ever.
Cape Fear Boxing is awesome. The people are WONDERFUL. The strategy WORKS. Coach Rasheed will sit down with you, talk through WHY you want (or need) to be there, and help you set goals. And the goals are based on real data - they do a scan to determine your body composition and your goals are to improve your body based on its composition (makes sense!). He offers strategy, accountability, and some basic (and easy!) nutrition guidance. The people at the gym are inspiring. They're all there to create a better, stronger version of themselves.
The workouts are just perfect. Everything is broken down into small (but mighty) exercises - some as little as 30 seconds. You can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds. The exercises are fun and there's such a variety. By the time you keep rotating through the exercises, next thing you know, you're done. Because you can do ANYTHING for 30 minutes too.
I signed up for the 6 week challenge and set a goal to lose 7.1 pounds of body fat. I surpassed my goal and lost 8 pounds of body fat in 6 weeks! It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone - old, young, fit, use-to-be-fit, never-been-fit, anyone! Even if you need to work around sensitive knees, back, whatever - they have modifications. They are truly there to help you succeed.
They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, and I really did feel that. Now that I'm in my 7th week, I'm in the groove and love getting in lots of work outs each week!

After seeing an ad on Facebook I decided to drop in and see what the ladies Boot Camp was all about. I met Coach Rasheed who was so welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. I purchased a punch card of ten classes and did an orientation with Coach Tee who again was welcoming and encouraging. Today I actually did my first class. Coach Coop was seriously AMAZING! I walked in feeling nervous and she put me at ease. She was so kind, introduced me to the rest of the group and encouraged me to let go of an idea of perfection. I loved the class and the group. Went in and signed up for the 6 week ladies boot camp program. Paid $300 up front for the class, was going to pay for the next 300$ over the next 5 weeks. I was dedicated. On my first day of class, I pulled my back badly and had to back out of the program. I asked for a partial refund, and I got told I OWED 150$ to cancel the contract (aka 450$.) Long story short, I talked to coach Rasheed to try and work with him, with him keeping the 300$ and me being able to rest to heal my back. That wasn't good enough. He wanted more. I paid 300$ for a body scan, a meal plan, and one class. He said his resources were invaluable. He didn't care he just wanted more money. Don't risk doing business with them. They don't care if you get hurt, only that they get their money. He told me he was protecting his business from "people like me." What a sham. He'll comment on this with a lie trying to discredit what I've said. Don't believe it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cape Fear Boxing! After a year and a half of working out on my own, I was stuck and frustrated. I could not figure out why I could not get the final pounds off. After the first three weeks (and not a single rest day), Coach Rasheed challenged me to rest one to two days each week. (I admit that I did NOT think working out five rather than seven days a week would help me lose body fat more quickly, but I tried it anyway.) During Week #4 I lost as much as I had in Weeks 1-3 put together! I could not believe it! I continued the rest days through Weeks 5 and 6. By the end of the challenge I lost 7.5lbs of body fat! And, more importantly, I learned how to focus my time at the gym while also letting my body have time to recover. That change in mindset was the turning point for me!
I have belonged to a lot of gyms. The difference with Cape Fear Boxing is that they sit down with you at the beginning to measure your body fat, lean mass, and water weight. They show you what the healthy weight range is, ask you what your goals are, and set a plan to help you achieve those goals. It is not just working out. They also coach you about nutrition, particularly in eating enough protein and drinking enough water. And they keep up with your progress, re-measure your body fat over time, and are knowledgeable enough to recommend changes to your routine. I was really impressed with the level of coaching they provide. All the staff are fantastic! I really enjoy the workouts at Cape Fear Boxing!

This year I set myself a goal that I have been wanting to reach for years. I started going to the gym and got into a routine but after a few months I wanted/needed to try something else. I decided to try Cape Fear Boxing and challenge myself to work out differently than I was used to so I joined for the 6 weeks bootcamp.
I started going to the early classes and I absolutely LOVED IT! The coaches were supportive and pushed me to give my best so that I get the results I wanted. I lost 7.6 lbs. of body fat in 6 weeks and turned into an early riser for the gym. I feel so much more energized throughout the day and it really changed the way I work out, for the better!
I would recommend this to anyone that's looking to either lose weight or just tone up. Lots of us might want a workout buddy to keep us accountable, they are everything you need to reach your goals and more! They work with you on nutrition, fitness and they are overall a great community!

Here I am to spill my heart. I'll be honest before this program my fitness and nutrition was always off an on. I'd lose weight, gain it back, and my motivation differed every day. I saw this program come up online and said to myself "hmm, let me check this out. What is this about?". A few days later, I went into Cape Fear Boxing, spoke with Coach Rasheed and he told me all about what they had to offer. I decided to take a leap of faith, and do the 6 week Ladies Boxing Bootcamp Challenge. I was nervous on my first day walking in, I'm not in the best of shape. However, once the class started all the anxiety melted away and the community of everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I've found my second home. I've lost 9.6 pounds of body fat just in the first 21 days, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon! I've never felt more encouraged and better than I have since coming here. So if I were you, reading this review, trust me for a moment and take a leap of faith and come check this place out! You won't regret it.

I came to CFB about a month ago to work on some personal fitness goals that I had for myself. I considered myself to be rather athletic because I play sports and I coached on my daily job. But frankly it wasn’t working. I knew something had to be done. I was getting to the point in my life where I wasn’t happy with myself and I decided to give CFB a try! I am so glad that I did. I have only been with CFB for about three weeks and I have already lost 9.3 lbs of body fat 🙂! I was blown away. The program not only helped me physically become more active, but it also connected me with a group of people that helped to support me and encourage me to keep pushing. Even through my own personal losses and challenges, my coaches and my classmates kept cheering for me and I’m so grateful for their support. I highly recommend CFB to anyone that is wanting to change their lives. I’m eating better. I’m feeling better. I’m moving in the right direction. I’m definitely not turning back.

I am writing this review 1 month after completing the 6 week women’s boxing boot camp offered by CFB.
Before I started this challenge I had tried different gyms, fitness routines, and diet plans, all with the goal of feeling healthy and strong.
I always felt average, but I wanted to be the best version of myself, which became overwhelming when trying to juggle work, family, social life, and planning workouts/meals everyday.
I didn’t know what I was in for but I made the commitment. 6 weeks. To complete a challenge that meant making time for myself. Committing to the goal of changing my everyday routine to better myself. What I found was a community of women wanting the same. That was the motivation I never knew I needed to lose almost 11 pounds of pure body fat in those short 6 weeks! I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been and the lifestyle changes that I have made come naturally now.
The coaches taught me what to eat, at what times, being flexible to my vegetarian dietary restrictions. The training was strategically planned and took the work out of planning exercises everyday. The community kept me empowered to keep going even through hard times. Everyday I went, I left the gym in a euphoric state.
Cape Fear Boxing is where it’s at. The coaches and community are phenomenal and I wouldn't be where I'm at today without them.

Before joining Cape Fear Boxing I was running 3-4x per week and doing core work almost daily. I was getting bored and needed variety in my routine. I enjoyed kickboxing in the past and the discipline it required, so decided to look into CFB. The accountability and encouragement from the staff are phenomenal! In 21 days I lost 8.9 lbs of body fat. I would recommend this program to anyone serious about making a change AND being held accountable to your personal commitments. I push myself on my own, but this program brought me to another level.

If you’re looking for a life change, Cape Fear Boxing is where it’s at. Before joining for the 6 week program, I would go for runs a couple times a week but felt as if I wasn’t going anywhere physically, especially after having 2 kids (8 months pp). I knew I had to do something different but didn’t know at all where to start. I joined cape fear boxing after I saw an ad and am so happy I did. After doing there 6 week program i lost 10.9 pounds of BODY FAT and that’s just from doing exactly what they told me to do. I haven’t been this weight since BEFORE kids. And I mean way before 😂. I feel great, have so much more energy, have this new confidence that I never thought I would have, and can’t wait to keep going! I wanted to be and do better for my kids, and be able to keep being and doing for them. Not only are the class times great, but the coaches, and the other women in class are AMAZING. Everyone is on your side and helps give you the extra push you need. Now what’s better than making true friends while working out. Coach Coop and Coach Tee are by far everyone’s biggest cheerleaders and I honestly couldn’t have pushed through without them each and every morning. I would 100% recommend, because this works, and they work, and I am forever grateful that they believed in me before I believed in myself. Thankyou guys!

Cape Fear Boxing is amazing!! Since my 20's I have always been physically active. For the last few years I was doing online workout programs at home and hit a plateau. I was not sure if it was the workouts or if it was because I am now in my 40's, and I was not being held accountable for meal planning/prepping. I was scrolling Facebook one day and saw the ad for Cape Fear Boxing and said let's send a message and see what happens. After my consultation I left feeling super excited and ready to start this journey. I was promised accountability and to be challenged. Oh boy was I held accountable and challenged. I was not only held accountable for working out, but for my meal planning as well. The workouts were not only fun, but challenging. In just 6 short weeks I lost 4.9 pounds of body fat and gained a pound of muscle. Results that I have not seen with any other program that I have tried, and trust me that's a lot. The non-scale victories have become more important to me since starting. When I signed up I was just going to do 4 or 5 workouts per week. The workouts are so fun and the coaches and other members are so motivating that I would go 6-7 times per week. My mental health has been so much better because not only am I getting my endorphin fix, but I am making friends as well. The coaches and other members are amazing. They were all very friendly and motivating. It is just an uplifting atmosphere that I love being a part of. I would definitely recommend Cape Fear Boxing to anyone that wants to be motivated, held accountable, be challenged in each workout, and make some wonderful friends.

I finally have a moment to sit down and write a review, and I'm glad, because CFB deserves a great one!
Before the program, I was working out once or maybe twice a week, because I thought I didn't have any time to fit it into my schedule, and that there was no way I could get a decent workout in less than an hour. Seriously, I could not have been more wrong!
Doing CFB's program, I found myself being more willing to wake up early, to find 5-10 minutes to fit in a few extra steps, even something as simple as remembering to pack a healthy snack for the day, so I wasn't tempted to binge eat at lunch or dinner. And I saw results- 8.1lb of body fat lost in 6 weeks- but more than that, I found myself becoming more confident in my body, wearing clothing that I hadn't felt good in, even if it fit, and just being happier.
CFB is an excellent program, and anyone who is on the fence, trust me-- just try it. Come to one class, and you will find yourself coming to a second. And then a third. And before you know it, it's just something you do. The support and positivity, both from the coaches and the rest of the class, is more than worth it.

Before I began this program, my only exercise was the walking I did at my job. I was eating on the go & barely drinking enough H20 to get by. When I signed up for this Boot Camp Challenge, I was educated about healthy food groups, meal preps and planning & the importance of my H20 intake. I have lost 3.8 lbs of fat, gained 1.3 lbs of H20 & gained .9 lbs of muscle. I completed workout routines that I didn't think possible for me. I did it! Every time I finished a class, I grew more confident of myself. My clothes fit better. I have so much more energy & higher spirits. One of the things I really loved was the everyday women there. No Barbies or Super models with nothing to lose. Everyday People. My people. Take a chance. Get out of your comfort zone. I certainly did & with No Regrets! We are She-Strong💪

I have been a member of CFB for over a year and have attended over 400 classes. It has become a part of my daily routine and I have gained so much more than a healthier lifestyle. I Should have given this review ages ago but better late than never!
Rasheed and Cape Fear Boxing is by far the best choice anyone can make if they’re looking to get fit, get motivation, confidence, or skill. It’s also a great place to make friends, join a new community, and learn how to push yourself to new levels!
I joined for competition and I learned a ton, made a bunch of friends, and it really mentally and physically challenged. I recommend boxing to anyone whether they want to compete or just get fit, but if you’re going to do it, I definitely recommend you do it at Cape Fear Boxing!

I joined Cape Fear Boxing in May 2022 for the Ladies Fitness Challenges and I did not know what to expect but the ladies and coaches were so welcoming. Being around others who are supportive and also working towards their goals is so encouraging to want to work harder. The coaches are amazing, they're right by your side pushing you and even sometimes doing the workouts with you. I absolutely loved my time here and cannot wait to get back!

Both of my boys were part of the youth boxing this summer and they loved it ! The way the coaches explained the purpose of everything they were doing to the children really helped them understand. Cape Fear Boxing is AMAZING! I used struggle a lot with motivation to exercise and eat healthy. I hated going to the gym, and once I was there, I didn’t really know what exercises to do to get me results. But after I started going to CFB, I actually want to go back. The workouts are short but effective, the coaches are super motivating, and after 6 weeks at CFB, I lost 6.7 pounds of body fat!! I feel better- not just more in shape, but I’m more motivated to go workout and actually eat healthy. And I’m held accountable which really helps me stay on track. I cannot say enough good things about the coaches here- they are compassionate and really want to help you achieve your goals! CFB isn’t just a gym- it’s an awesome group of people that share your goals, want to see you improve, and help you become the best version of yourself. The workouts are also FUN, because everyday is a different workout, it doesn’t get boring and you don’t get burnt out. I highly recommend checking out CFB if you’re looking to get in shape, lose weight, and actually keep it off. I’m stronger, leaner, and have more energy too. I surprised myself! Back in March 2022, I started a wellness journey. After working on eating healthier for a few weeks, I knew I needed to incorporate an exercise component. To be honest I was afraid to start because I hadn't worked out in over 10 years... I chose Cape Fear Boxing because the women look like real people and I knew that I could commit to 30 minutes a day. By watching my diet, giving 100% to every class and participating in the weekly challenges, I was able to lose a total of 16.2 lbs of body fat in just 6 weeks!!! 16.2 lbs! I never imagined that I would be able to get results like that... I would wholeheartedly recommend Cape Fear Boxing for one simple reason - the program works if you do the work!
