I live closer to the Park Road location, which I love. But the Carmel location is a weekend favorite for me! I love the new space and the options. I've enjoyed the warm classes and am looking forward to trying CYStrength!

After years away from the mat, coming back to Charlotte Yoga has completely reignited my love (and a bit of an addiction!) for the practice. Full disclosure, I'm a CY teacher. That said, I'm also a student and these are some of the things I love about the Carmel studio:
• Infrared heat that warms objects, not the air, so I get a great sweat AND I still feel like I can breathe.
• A simple, elegant practice room with soft floors, cozy lighting and plenty of space.
• Little touches like mat markers each with a different motivational mantra, and a bird feeder that's always busy out front.
• Private shower rooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels.
• The nicest front desk team – yes, I'm probably biased, but this crew truly makes you feel at home the second you walk in.

Coming to practice at this yoga studio has been such a great experience. Everyone is so welcoming, and the place is beautiful.
