Vito and Devon trained me here, and Vito still trains me. This place completely changed my outlook on training and honestly changed my life. I went from being unmotivated to becoming a gym junkie. Vito knows his stuff and will start getting you right from day 1. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start moving their fitness in the right direction. It's a family-type atmosphere as you get to know the trainers and the other people that go there. If you want a gym that doesn't sell you gimmicks and just works on getting you in the best shape of your life, this is it.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but Charlotte Rips is a unique and what I believe an untapped resource for those like me that have spent years, time and money on systems, plans, programs and methods that don’t work. I primarily work with Vito. He always encourages me to go beyond what I think I can do, to stretch myself in ways that I didn’t think I could, and I always walk away feeling energized, accomplished and never sore. The fact that I have been motivated to continue with consistency and persistence to the program Vito works with me to develop at each appointment for almost a year now is a testament to Vito’s style, personality and total passion to help anyone achieve their fitness goals and beyond. When our schedules don’t match, Sheena has been there for me to keep me going and offers me the same type of experience. The community of other people that show up there is inviting, because you’re seeing the same people day after day, week after week, and you get to know them. That was never my experience with standard commercial gyms. It is never impersonal or unfriendly. I have gained more than fitness from Charlotte Rips. I have gained an extended family. And…just when I didn’t think it could get any better, I have discovered Krystal Shannel who works miraculous magic as a massage therapist. If you’re looking for a new and exclusive experience that is failproof, I highly recommend Charlotte Rips!

March 19,2014 I sat down with Vito to do my fitness assessment/consultation weighing 193 lbs, needing to purchase size 14/16s & XLs, & completely out of shape. April 2014 I started my journey not able to complete a push up but wanting to lose weight, get in shape, and be able to look "good" wearing a bikini. As a cancer survivor I truly just wanted to be healthy!
From April 2014-present (yep, I'm still a faithful client with new fitness goals) I have watched my body transform! I'm still in shock by with my new body. I have lost over 30 lbs, inches, body fat %, & insecurities while gaining muscle, a new love for my "physically" fit body, education on the proper nutrition and fitness, that it will take to maintain my results, and an addiction to a fit lifestyle.
In August I was able to purchase 5 bikinis to celebrate my 35th birthday & show off my new body in Jamaica! Replaced my entire wardrobe with my new size SM/Med and 4/6s! In September 2015, updated my goals to body building! I never expected anything less because I knew I was training with the best!
