Words. Don’t come easy… I know! Now the song is stuck in your head too (you’re welcome) because it’s true. I loved this experience so much and am so grateful that I found Julia and her immense knowledge and passion for Pilates done correctly. I am so excited to continue this journey. Heart, mind and spirit is definitely aligning (conspiring?) to support the body to become stronger and shine as it was meant to and all that in just one reforming reformer session!

I started taking private lessons with Julia almost two years ago, and I truly couldn’t recommend her more! I rave about her to anyone who will listen because her classes have completely transformed my body. I first began working with Julia while training for a half marathon, when I was struggling with severe back pain from scoliosis. Within minutes of meeting me, she was able to identify weaknesses from my ankles to my hips - each one tied directly to the issues I’d been experiencing.
Fast forward to today: I continue to learn something new in every single session. I no longer struggle with back pain, and my alignment and stability are better than they’ve ever been. Thank you, Julia 💗

As someone brand new to Pilates, I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher than Julia! Her sessions are so personalized, and she explains everything in a super simple way, while also making sure I’m comfortable — and continuously challenged. My husband and I go to Julia's classes weekly. She customizes every session to our needs, ensures we have the safest and most accurate technique, and has strengthened our core and back muscles so we can stay active as we get older in our favorite hobbies such as golf, snow skiing, vinyasa flow yoga, and running. Julia is also a pleasure to work with.

I have dealt with chronic back pain for over 20 years. Physical therapy, acupuncture, medicines of all kinds both eastern and western. Working with Julia has truly helped to manage and reduce my back pain where no other method has come even close to working. Some of the tweaks she helps with are so small I would never have made this progress on my own or in a class even with the best instructors. Highly highly recommend for anyone who suffers from any sort of pain from misalignment or anyone who wants to learn really good Pilates form!

Julia is such an amazing instructor! ❤️ She tailors her classes to be for beginners/intermediates/advanced so it makes wanting to excel each time so fun and lighthearted with no pressure to be perfect! She's also spiritually gifted and I've gone to her multiple times for her guidance and she treats her messages with care, honesty, and creativity. Highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Julia for several months - not only is she an amazing knowledgeable instructor but she is also smart with a unique sense of humor. She cares about her clients and gets as excited as I get when I make progress. Having done Pilates in the past in a group class was not even close to the benefits of having 1:1 sessions with Julia. She is hands on and incorporates stretching as well as PT in our sessions. Consistency is key! You will see and feel the benefits if you come regularly .Julia’s Mat classes offer a different environment to practise in a group setting and would be a great intro to Pilates for beginners. It is refreshing to see a professional passionate about what they do! Thank you Julia for taking excellent care of me, So glad you decided to move to the Queen City!

Julia is fantastic. I completed a few sessions with her and I am impressed by her eye for movement patterns and knowledge base. She provides excellent cueing. She is easily able to adapt and modify based on your needs. I always felt lighter and taller and my body felt amazing when I was finished with out session. She sends excellent follow up exercises for me to complete at home to improve carryover. I am a physical therapist and I feel confident in sending patients to her and know they will get the same individualized attention that I received.

Julia is an amazing and truly gifted specialist.
Literally everyone needs to go see her and here's why:
1) My pilates sessions blew me away - it immediately helped my posture, alignment, stability and I felt worlds better every time I went. You'll be glad you invested in yourself!!!! 2) She's a physical, spiritual, & emotional healer. Since I tore my ankle ligament 3 yrs ago (surgery 2 yrs ago), I could barely stand for longer than a minute. A month ago, Julia performed a healing on my ankle. That night I stood & danced for about 4 hrs at a dance party and felt zero pain. I'm still going strong and I can't believe it.. but then again I can because that's just how amazing this lady is.
I'm so thankful to Julia for sharing her gifts with the world and for making a huge difference in my life and well-being! 💓
