I’ve practiced Pilates from home & when you go for the studio experience at any level of experience it’s a total body discovery with the reformer- a love letter to God. Rhys’s classes are challenging for me even at level 1. He always brings thorough preparation, focus, and energy to his routine. He has a way of encouraging the class to push for advancement in fitness, but always stresses the foundations of technique to keep us safe and connected to the core/breath. Somehow, he is able to give individual coaching even in full classes. He brings his best effort to each day and expects the same for students. If learning the “Pilates way” is what you’re there for you will have all the feedback you need to make those connections. You will leave feeling the work, while being loose, fully oxygenated, and energized.

I fell in love with Pilates because it's a real workout experience without any of the hunk and lunk. It's the kind of exercise I excitedly talk about and try to introduce to everyone. I was curious about what pilates is and I got an ad for a free intro session. Its pretty sketchy when they offer a free session and when you show up, you're required to purchase their equipment to even do an intro session. The receptionist has a weird attitude. Hugely disappointed.

I adore Ali. While not as technically based as I prefer(I am an instructor myself), her classes have a great flow with minimal transitions and you work every body part in every direction. She has clear and concise cues and a positive vibe. She also chooses music that is fun. You start class and before you know it, the class is over! The classes itself and instructors are fine. Administration is awful. The classes are always booked a few weeks out if you have a job and need evening classes, they then require you to email if you want to roll over but then this becomes a never ending process. If you need to pause, it's another fee. Even if you email to cancel they still charge you again after for a "final billing". Highly recommend not getting a membership here. I just wasted a lot of money. Very disappointed.

I've never been one to stick to any exercise routine or make it to exercise classes until I started Club Pilates 6 months ago. I’m getting great instruction on where to concentrate on the body, correct posture to get the most out of the workout while protecting the areas of concern (for me lower back) I have also learned several ladies have reduced their osteoporosis to osteopenia by coming to these classes❣️❣️❣️ I want to thank Rhys for his great teaching skill and wisdom in his craft…He is wonderful in making the instructions clear and educating us in what the body is benefiting from each thing we are working on, Thank You Rhys!

I felt the exercises Kay chose to teach were great, I felt like my body got a decent work out in but the only thing that is a little frustrating is the explaining of each exercise. It is kinda a set back because it just throws off the flow & rhythm of the transitions & with that I don't get my full reps in because I'm just trying to figure out & understand how to do it for the first 2 min of each exercise. But overall my experience was good, just have to get better at explaining. :)

I started pilates here in may and went faithfully for 7 mo— i enjoyed the classes and the teachers are all very good. Little did i know how much the increased core strength and balance would be needed! I have recently broken a leg and am non wt bearing so i really see the value of balancing on one leg, increased upper arm and back strength to lift myself everywhere, and core strength to support all activities with only one leg! SO SO glad i had the pilates headstart!!! I do not think i could have managed without it! Great program for core strength and balance!!- you never know what life will bring you!!

This is the best exercise experience. The instructors take time to account for any modifications one might need due to injury or inflexibility. They also explain everything very clearly. The classes are fun and structured for any age. No class is the same so the variety adds to the fun. Additionally, all of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. You feel very comfortable and not the least bit awkward on your first visit. I highly recommend.

I am amazed at how Biltmore Club Pilates and my aging body have become a great team. After moving out of a 3 story home to a 1 level home and with COVID restrictions, my body was in shock not getting the appropriate exercise and movement necessary for Healthy Aging! The instructors are great and so helpful for someone still learning the great moves and stretches.
