Christina is such an excellent Pilates instructor! Her guidance is clear and smooth and she offers opportunities to ramp up your workout with each new move, which allows you to push yourself when you have the energy. Yet you can also keep working and pushing at a slightly reduced load, on those days when you are feeling sluggish or you have a minor injury. I always appreciate all of the options that Christina gives us!

Madison is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and patient and kind. I did a trial class but I have pretty severe autoimmune dysautonomia and of course it acted up, and I had to rest. I’ll have to wait for my health to stabilise to sign up, but I loved the class, even if my body is mad at me. Would definitely recommend!
