Really love Club Pilates! After a severe sports injury a few years ago, it was hard for me to find something that I would be able to do with my injury and the resulting permanent limitations. Both my nutritionist and research kept pointing me back to Pilates. I went to the first introductory class and was HOOKED! It works out every muscle of your body! The studio is clean and relaxing. The instructors are encouraging and helpful. I highly recommend!

I recently took the intro class at Club Pilates and loved their workout format and immediately purchased a membership. I really love the group workout sessions and the Instructors are amazing. They ensure everyone is doing the workout correctly and provide modifications for all fitness levels. The place is tidy and well maintained. Overall it has a friendly atmosphere and energetic vibes. Highly recommend this place and do take their free Intro class to experience the workout format.

I took my first Pilates class here and was nervous it would be intimidating or hard to follow, but that was the complete OPPOSITE of my experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming and Moe did a great job offering cues and adjustments. It was fun and challenging and I left signing up for the membership! Highly recommend!

I have been on a weight loss journey since April, I set a goal for myself and when I hit it my reward was to book a Pilates class! I booked a free Pilates intro class at Club Pilates Indian Trail!! Everyone there was so nice, the instructor was knowledgeable and made everyone feel very comfortable! I work out at a gym regularly but it was my first time trying Pilates. Challenging class. Didn't catch many pilates principles or "why" factors.. Would have loved some lateral flexion and rotation moves. Nice pace and use of equipment. A few missng safety issues..I will be back again for sure.

I take Kim’s cardio Flow 1 class and I really enjoy it. I signed up for the class not really knowing what it was but Kim was patient and kind to help me the jump board and reformer adjustments. It is a fun class that combines the cardio and Pilates into one so I get a good workout. Being overweight and older it is important to me to feel comfortable in the class and not like the kid that never got picked to be on the team.

living with chronic pain for years, going thru cervical neck fixation surgery due to a swimming accident , being unable to turn my head , then having a doctor tell me “ you’re just at the end of the road” at 58 I really had little hope. All that changed after only a few classes at Club Pilates. The Into Club Pilates session was informative and thorough. The fact that you’re in there with all beginners really takes away the intimidation factor. It feels as if we touched on and met several components that would otherwise be entirely foreign to a newbie. I was inspired enough to join and have already signed up for future classes!

I have been thinking about doing Pilates for years, and finally decided to make it happen. I have an old injury and Pilates was recommended to me to help strengthen my core, stretch out my body and get back into shape so I can cycle again without pain.
I booked an intro class with Ro at Club Pilates in Indian Trail and it was awesome and a very positive experience. It can be scary to try something new, and the entire staff made me feel very welcomed. Ro was great and even spent time after class speaking with me about my injury and showing me some stretches I can do in my own time to help get back to where I once was. If you are thinking of trying Pilates, I would highly recommend this studio and don’t feel intimidated, they are super cool and friendly and willing to help and answer questions. I ended up joining that day.

Before I started Pilates, I could NOT force myself to exercise. I always felt kind of clueless and like it wasn’t working. Well turns out I was clueless and I needed to find something that empowered me to change. Pilates has made me feel good about myself and my body. I am so much stronger and in tune with myself. I signed up for the FREE intro class and had a great time. You must bring grippy athletic socks (I got mine from Walmart for $4) if you don’t you will have to buy the ones they sell which are $20.
It was great for an intro class. There was no sales pitch at the beginning- we got straight into the workout and exercised for the entire 30 minutes. It was a full body workout which helped me to move my body in ways I never had before. Megan, the instructor, was fantastic at explaining the reformer machine and making me feel welcomed by answering all my questions. I wish the membership fee was better priced because I would love to go regularly. I would 100% recommend the intro class to anyone curious about reformer Pilates!

Club Pilates, Indian Tail, NC is an exceptional place to get into shape. It has helped me overcome an Achilles issue, back problems and has improved my flexibility tremendously ( I can do a full squat now!!!). I do not understand why more males do not do this program. My wife and daughter talked me into it and boy am I glad. The staff is wonderful, and the other patrons treat each other like family. Everyone wants each other to be successful and healthy. I come from a football and wight lifting back ground as well as the military. The workouts leave me feeling more fit and are as hard as any training I ever did in my previous life. I cannot wait to continue my journey.

I have been going to Waxhaw and Indian Trail pilate club for over 4 months now. Every time I go there, the experience is as good as the first time. The environment is very good and clean, and all the teachers are very responsible, which makes me feel comfortable to go there.
With the pilate practice in these few months, I have not only lost some weight, but also I’m pain free now. (I use to have waist, shoulder and neck pains). So I think pilate practice is very good for my body, and with the right guidance of the teachers, the practice effect has achieved very good results. I will continue to practice Pilate at Waxhaw and Indian trail Pilate club.

Club Pilates hosted a few of my friends and me for a Girls Day private class to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was my first time in a Pilates studio, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was so fun! Our instructor, Ro, explained everything and offered accommodations if anyone needed them. I liked moving on the reformer to work abs, legs, and arms. The workout felt easy, but the next day, I could feel that my muscles had a good workout! Talk with them about planning a private class for your friends, and be sure to ask for Ro to lead it!

Club Pilates Indian Trail has been the most impactful training program that I have participated in since I both owned a gym and ran a separate sports complex 10 years ago. The classes are designed to challenge every muscle group with a specific focus on core strength and stability. The trainers are professional, friendly and take care to make sure each client is maintaining proper form and suggest modifications to accommodate individual needs. The facility is inviting and equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each class.
Best of all, it is fun and addictive. This is one of the best forms of exercise to maintain and improve stability, burn fat, fatigue and strengthen joints and muscles for every fitness level.

I only visited for the trial class, but I can tell you I could feel the reward from just taking that one class the next day. The cost is a little more than I’d like to spend, but it’s worth it to get my health back in check. I’m joining Club Pilates, because like the instructor said the benefit to your health is worth it, but also because I know I will reach my fitness goal if I dedicate myself to the cause of getting fit and healthy again. By investing in my fitness goals, I believe I will be physically, mentally and spiritually healthier, and I will reap the rewards of finally looking and feeling better about myself. Update: A manger did reach out to me, and a refund was issued for the overdraft amount. Aside from terminating my contract, my expirations with this gym was excellent. The instructors are knowledge and helpful, and everyone i infected with, clients and staff, was very friendly and welcoming.
I would NOT recommend this club. The instructors are great however, their business practices are underhanded. I signed a 3 month contract (minimum requirement) which required a 30 day written notice to cancel. My 3 months ended on June 2. Since the contract gave no information on how to submit written notice (no link or email, etc.), I have verbal notice at the front desk on May 1 (32 days prior to the end of my contract). I asked the girl at the front desk about the written notice and she said that she wrote it in my account and that was all they needed. She then told me a manger would reach out to me. A manger reached out to me on May 10 trying to retain my business. When I still said no, she said she would send me a cancelation form. Later that day, I received the cancelation form which was dated May 10. Before signing, I called the club to verify my cancelation date and was assured that the May 1st date was noted on my account and as long as I got the cancelation form to them by June 1, I would not be charged. Apparently, I was lied throughout the process. On June 2, I was charged for another month. I called them again on June 2, and left a message. It has been 10 days, and no one had bothered to call me back to try to straighten this out. Maybe their is no way for me to get my money back, since I did unwisely sign a document that was not dated based on my actual notification date, but I may be able to stop others from falling into the same trap. Do not sign a contract with this establishment.

I went in for an introduction class not to be able to complete the introduction class. They text and call multiple times prior to the class day, but don’t tell you how to prep for the class. Another woman and myself drove all the way up there to have to leave because they don’t do a good job at preparing you for what’s needed for the class like over priced slip resistant socks, they don’t take Apple Pay or cash. Honestly, I won’t be back such a bitter taste in my mouth at this point.

I have completed a month worth of classes and I must say I’m a fan! I’ve done the reformer class- cardio sculpt and suspend class all at Indian trail location. The instructors have all been friendly and super supportive when explaining your new. The classes themselves are no joke! However don’t give up- suspend I believe it’s going to be my favorite- YOU WILL BE SORE ! Scheduling classes is easy and done straight through the app. So far I love it and I’m committed!

The intro class wasn't much of an actual class, they just show you how to use the equipment and a few typical pilates moves. The instructor Ro was lovely, but the second the class was over it turned into a sales pitch in the studio. I was a little annoyed but not deterred, until we left the studio and were immediately handed clipboards with paperwork to sign up for the membership. We then went out into the lobby where the instructor, receptionist, and two owners completely ambushed/cornered us asking if we were going to sign up over and over. It was extremely uncomfortable, awkward and pushy. I have gone to a few free classes at boutique gyms before and I have NEVER ever been harassed like this about signing up.
Please take this and learn from it. I loved the instructor and I wanted to sign up until this exchange after the class that just left me feeling icky.

Club Pilates is amazing!! I am a 42 yr old Mom and I have not worked out in over 20 years. I was a little nervous, but after taking my first class I quickly grew obsessed and have been almost every day since. I freaking love it so much!!! The reformer is my everything. It works every body part out and you don’t feel it until a day later which is the good hurt. It’s incredible! All of the instructors are outstanding, fun and so helpful. It is a small group each time which I love because I am not coordinated and always need help lol. I also love that they offer classes very early in the morning and late at night. Also, I wanted to share that the scheduling has been a breeze and I have had no issues getting into a class. Club Pilates is money well spent.

I love the CP Suspend class with Mary Rose on Mondays at 9:00!!! The TRX suspension training helps my upper body strength. I would love to have an opportunity to take this class more than one time a week. Mary Rose is the perfect instructor for this class.

I went for an intro class & had Ro as an instructor. She was very informative in explaining the history, benefits, moves, & more of Pilates. I wish we had more time to actually do moves. That part was more like 15 mins. Vs. 30.....but still helpful. I did take a full 50 minute class the next day with Michelle & got to experience more of the practice of pilates. I strength train & do a variety of other fitness workouts, but I've always wanted to incorporate pilates. I did join, but based on instructors recommendations there are only 2classes that I can take however, I am committed and can't wait to see what results I get in 90 days.

I’ve always loved Pilates as a great low impact way to stay active, and this studio with the reformer machines and other equipment really takes it to the next level. I am new to Pilates and after 3 months of classes, I REALLY enjoy the classes and instructors. The instructors are always encouraging and helpful to ensure you are doing the correct Pilates technique no matter what level of class you are taking. Each instructor mixes up the class routine so you never get the same class routines twice. That's what makes it really enjoyable for me.

I love taking classes at Club Pilates Indian Trail! Everyone, staff and participants, are so friendly, supportive, and welcoming every time you're in the studio. It feels like a community, which is exactly what I was hoping for when I signed up. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, energetic, and mostly of all, make sure everyone is safe during class. It's a great workout and there are so many options for classes that I constantly find something that works for my schedule. I signed up for 8 classes/month to see how I liked it and upgraded to unlimited as soon as the month was up. 10/10 recommend!
