Our club and gym memberships are for everyone, ranging from young adults and senior memberships, to whole family memberships. Join today at our Green Valley location, in the same business park as Guilford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and Green Valley Medical Center.

I love coming to this facility. The staff is super friendly, the pool is heated and always free, and I love the steam room and jacuzzi. The yoga classes and teachers are excellent!

I wish I could give half stars so I could say 4.5. The staff have been great. But there are things that need to be improved. The pool is across the main workout /lobby area from the locker rooms. To shower before going in the pool you would have to either dry off or drip water across the lobby. It would be nice if towels were provided. The pool is smaller than the oak branch location but there are racquetball courts which is a plus.

There have a bee several of us that have called and asked them to keep the colume to a respectful level early in the morning. Since the pandemic they host outdoor classes and crank the volume. I dont want to hear you at 6am every morning. Their first Solution was to offer memberships 🤣. I am going to start calling the police. We have tried communicating to you directly 🤷♀️

It was OUTSTANDING. Very clean amd and well equipped with all the latest workout machines ad well as free weights and stretching bands. Locker Room was spotless. For now, bring your on towel and water bottle. ENJOY 🙂

Green Valley has the best housekeeping staff. The men’s locker room smells so nice now and is well kept. The machines are cleaned well! My opinion the Housekeeping Staff should be compensated more for what they do. They are the back bone of this company. They make sure member such as myself do not get infections by disinfecting the equipment constantly. I applaud them for their hardwork and dedication.

They talked me into having my monthly fee automatically withdrawn, and three months before my contract was going to expire, I called to make sure the contract would REALLY expire and that they wouldn't continue to charge me.
We not only spoke three separate times re this, I also asked for and got a PDF saying the LAST time they would charge me is October 26.
Well, guess what happened November 26? They took $69 out of my checking account. Tread carefully when it comes to automatic withdrawals from this company.
