Very professional gym. I can not remember the name of the person who signed us up, but they were very pleasant. Because of this pandemic, we have not been able to go, but Allison was able to help us out. She is a great asset to the company. When we were able to go, the gym was affordable and had all the equipment we needed.

I have called corporate with no response and looking into getting a lawyer. This place is a scam and has been charging me all while being shut down during COVID. They are now changing the name and facility to HIT one fitness. I have bank statements and dates my membership is 29$ they were charging me $48.50
Monthly Sometimes twice a month! every time I try to call the no one answers and the machine says I can’t leave a message. I’ll Be showing up tomorrow and they better refund all of my money they have charged since March as well as cancel me ! Disgusting!

Used to really like this gym but it is like everyone is competing to see who can drop their weights the loudest. Not only is it dangerous to slam weights if someone is actually performing a heavy lift, it’s also not good for my ears. I mean it’s like a 12 gauge shotgun with these dudes in here. It’s honestly getting to the point that I’m going to start bringing ear plugs.

I been a client of this gym for over 2yrs. Today I came to the gym after a month not coming. I walk in the gym and this gym smells like pure WEED! I was on the elliptical and had to remove myself from there because the smell was so strong. I can't believe people are allow to stay at the gym smelling like this.

Friendly staff and nice place but management didnt tell me all the details of membership upon signing up. I was told i waa Not in a contract but the membership acts like a contract by forcing you to pay late fees(which is the price of a month of access) and random 40 dollar service fee. When i was tried to cancel and get a refund since i used 1 month, They told me i had to give 30 days notice to end my membership. EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD IM NOT IN CONTRACT. It felt scammy and like I was brought in for numbers instead of being a valued customer. If you sign up ask questions!!!

Pretty disappointed with your recent management. I requested via email my wife's membership of $19 per month frozen back in August. Workout Anytime failed to freeze it after correspondence they would and somehow accumulated $125 in charges over a 2 month span because of non payments. Management refused to work with me, had to call your location 3 straight days until I finally received a call back.
If you want to sign up with Workout Anytime, do yourself a favor and sign up at another location first and just visit this one under the other membership.

Used a free trial membership to try this place out. Wanted to the open a family membership for my husband and I, had to schedule a time to talk to someone. Everytime they called it was Thursday and I was at work, told them a better time to call was Friday before 3pm. No one would ever call. Instead a week or two later same guy would call, then apologize because he would remember I’m at work and say he would call Friday before 3. Never does. So not only have i been disturbed at work, but they can’t seem to keep to a scheduled time to give me information for a family membership. And since my husband and i both need to be there, and staff seems to almost never been around and you have to schedule a time with them, it becomes a problem when staff can’t keep a schedule. So just the problem with trying to set up a membership has been a huge problem. Now i read other reviews of it being hard to have staff there to use tanning beds. And i remember how hard it was to cancel my husbands previous membership. It really doesn’t seem worth it because I’ve been trying for a membership here for 3 months now. Disorganized and doesn’t seem like they want the new business so I’ve now started looking at other gyms. It should not take someone over 3 months to get information on a membership, but no one here can follow through. It shouldn’t even take 3 months to sign up for a family membership.

Thus place is turning into a dump. They took down towel dispensers, using handywipes from Costco and the help keeps quitting. Music is awful , geared towards rap artists. Door was no working again this morning and you had to depend on a gym goer to let you in. Finally someone got smart and left the door ajar.
Som genius left the AC on all night and coupled with the fact it was 27 out the gym was cold.
You want to lose members your doing a great job.

I previously wrote a less-than-stellar review for this facility, but I really felt the need to provide an update. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym does have a large crowd on most days but this is because equipment is in great shape and great quality of staff. They are expanding and have added more space (in the works). I recommend this location to anyone interested in getting in better shape!

Just signed up to be able to use the 24/7 gym. Arrived at 645 am and multiple people standing outside. Door is completely locked. No number to call to get this fixed. This is my first time coming to the gym after signing up and I'm regretting it. Very frustrating.

Have been coming to this gym for a couple of months now. The gym is small but is never overly crowded so getting to use the equipment is not too much of a problem.

When you first walk in, there is a plethora of cardio equipment from stair climbers to treadmill to ellipticals etc.
Also towards the front is a tanning room and a hydro massage area for people with the higher level memberships.

After the cardio equipment you find some weight machines such as preacher curls, pec fly machine, leg press, chest press, etc etc. They have a good variety in this area.

The free weight section is pretty small but the gym is never TOO crowded so getting time on the equipment is not much of a problem.
There is only one bench, one power rack, one incline bench, and one smith machine. There is an additional barbell they have out (4 total) for deadlifting or whatever else you may need it for. There are also a range of dumbbells with about four adjustable benches that you can use for any additional exercises.

Overall this is definitely a 5 star gym for me, especially at only $15 a month. I was previously signed up at Fitness Connection by the boardwalk and the University Area Planet Fitness. I prefer the smaller and less crowded feel of this gym. Plus, 24 hour access is huge for a student who also works 30 hours a week, this gym fits my schedule.

It is the smallest gym I have gone to, but it is never too crowded. It is open 24/7, so you can choose when you work out, and the staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. There is plenty of equipment to choose from, both cardio and weights, and I just really enjoy the atmosphere.

Fantastic gym in a great location! The staff here is awesome, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Wide range of equipment and free weights as well as 2 good tanning options and plenty of hydromassage beds! Very clean facility and locker rooms. I won't go anywhere else! I love this place.
