Chris is a fine man and really knows what he’s doing when training people of all ages. He is very sensitive to the surgeries I have had and has designed a program of stretching and strengthening exercises and in one month, I noticed a difference in my strength and endurance. I highly recommend Chris if you want to get healthy the right way.

I would highly recommend working with Chris because he really encompasses a holistic approach while focusing his attention on my specific needs. I love that he takes the time to check in and do the breath work and stretching along with our workouts . He’s a great listener and leader and is very open to learning new ways to improve our sessions. He has a very calming demeanor which made me feel at ease. I really enjoyed our time together, the hour just flew by.

My muscles are really tight, so Chris helped me with a stretching session. He was very patient and listened to what I had to say. He also gave me modified versions of the stretches when necessary. A couple weeks ago, I found myself staring at a golf ball for the first time in 10 years. I was with a work colleague, and I wanted to perform well. I quieted my mind, settled into the moment, drew the golf club back and knocked the ball a solid 150 yards, straight!
Working with Chris for the past three months has built my awareness of my body, improved my strength, and given me the confidence to try new things. When you have a solid core, reasonable flexibility, and improved strength, you have the foundation to go out and do it!

Chris was recommended to me and I decided to work with him for several days so I could begin working out in a safe way. Chris exceeded my expectations! He really listened to my concerns and my goals, worked with me slowly and precisely, never pushing me to do more than I was capable of.
He wrote out a detailed, personalized workout routine and thoroughly explained all the machines at the gym (I felt a little intimidated walking into a gym again after so many years). He was always on time and has a wonderful positive energy! I highly recommend Chris to help you with your fitness goals!
