I dropped in into Crossfit Full Armor unfortunately only for 1 day while passing through town. Eric and Thad were very welcoming and personable! The programming is on point with what Crossfit is about. I got to meet several other members and it is obvious that they have created a welcoming community! I will be dropping in next time I am in town, hopefully for more than 1 day!

This has been my first experience working out at a gym like this in a really long time. My instructor has been incredible. He's been very patient and encouraging as I've gradually learned all of the exercises.

As someone who has been lifting and involved in multiple sports for over eight years, I never considered doing CrossFit. However, after just one class, I was immediately hooked! While the workouts are challenging and fun, it’s really the community and the helpful coaching from Eric that really makes this gym enjoyable! My teenage daughter has been working with Eric for the past nine months and we have had a very positive experience. My daughter is very fit and likes to be challenged. Her workouts with Eric are probably the most challenging she has ever had, but also very motivating for her because she can see the results physically as well as how much stronger she has gotten. She has suffered from a track injury and Eric has been great at working around that while still giving her solid workouts. As a busy parent, I have also appreciated Eric‘s flexibility with scheduling. I would highly recommend Eric.

Hey, that's awesome! So, I had this incredible experience at Sport HQ Fitness with Eli as my instructor, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! Eli's energy and enthusiasm were off the charts, and they really pushed us to give it our all. The workout was intense but so much fun. The music was pumping, and the whole atmosphere was so motivating. I left feeling super accomplished and ready to take on the world. I have been training with Eric for many years and he is an incredible trainer. He creates new and challenging workouts that are never boring. He always pushes me to challenge myself, try heavier weights, or get in more reps. He is kind and easy to talk to. I have struggled with knee issues my entire life and he is always willing modify while maintaining a challenging workout. Not only will he modify, he also will provide exercises or specialized stretches to strengthen muscles that will help with the pain.
