I joined CrossFit HTS about 2 weeks ago. I knew I was going to continue after my week trial about 2 months back. I have had an amazing experience thus far. HTS has a very welcoming community and you feel right at home. It does not matter if you’re a beginner or you’re advanced , the trainers will make sure you’re guided throughout the workouts to ensure proper form. I love that each workout challenges you. One thing for certain, you will always get a great workout with either trainer and that’s a plus!! You will not be disappointed if you join!

I love it here! I came for postpartum pelvic floor strengthening and I stayed for the awesome community, the great workouts, and learning lifting. The coaches are great and are here to support your goals. I, personally, am working on heavy lifting and feel like I've found the right place. Everyone is welcome here!! Come join us :-)

As someone brand new to CrossFit and lifting, I was a bit worried at first that I would not be able to perform the moves or be welcomed. That went away in the first 2 mins of walking into the gym. Everyone made me feel extremely welcomed. The coaches are fantastic. Each coach understood that I was brand new to this type of training and took extra time with me to learn, modify and scale. I've been able to do every work out thanks to their professionalism and kindness. By the second class, I knew I had found 'home' and signed up as quick as I could. I can't think of a single time I have woken up and thought "heck yeah time to go work out" but that is what this place does. I am not only excited to do the work out and grow, but also to work out with everyone. The entire community has gone out of their way to not only introduce themselves but to also make me feel like I belong. If you are looking for a new gym, even if you have never done anything like the sport of CrossFit, this is the place to join!

Yani, the owner of CrossFit HTS has created the perfect environment to train at your level and get fit. Yani makes everyone feel special and truly cares about your fitness journey. The coaches are informed, encouraging, knowledgeable and happy to help scale a WOD according to your individual need. There is no pressure to do anything that a member is not ready for.
The members CrossFit HTS are wonderful — friendly and helpful, they range from beginner to advanced, young to mature.
Let me also add that CrossFit HTS is kept extremely clean - something hard to do in any sort of gym.

The CrossFit HTS gym is a great place to workout and the coaches are great and helpful with your skills. I have been attending 170 classes at all times. Grateful for all the coaches, community and especially the owner, Yani. Every time I go to the gym I'm getting stronger, especially when long time ago they had a mobility class on Saturdays (hopefully they get the mobility class back). And even, now they added a yoga class, which is a nice class.

I fell in love with CrossFit four years ago, and I'm grateful to my original gym, but I recently moved to CrossFit HTS because of the community that the owner, Yani, has painstakingly built over time. I find the culture of the gym welcoming, the connections with coaches real and helpful, and I never feel overlooked because of my age (55). Athletes at HTS encourage each other to embrace their goals -- fitness, training as an athlete, simply moving and getting mobile, resistance training for health -- with equal amounts of enthusiasm. I like seeing people my age at the gym going for it, they inspire me, and the culture that Yani has built encourages this. I'm particularly grateful that Yani welcomes teenagers like my daughter -- it's been a delight to see her light up with enthusiasm for the gym and for Crossfit. 100% recommended!

I have happily attended 283 classes at CF HTS (the app keeps track for me :)) & I am so grateful for the community, the owner Yani, and for the programming that brought back my enthusiasm for Crossfit after several years away. The coaching is solid and the space is affirming for women and for older athletes (great group across all age ranges). A great gym to attend once while in town visiting or almost 300 times!

Finding CrossFit HTS has, without a doubt, been the single most important change I've made to improve my health in my adult life.

Figuring out fitness as an adult is so hard. Juggling work, kids, friends and life while trying to hold back the increasingly apparent and detrimental effects of aging on one's overall health is a tremendous amount to manage. It's all about getting the most return on your time investment.

I've tried everything over the years: running, biking, swimming, triathlons, spartan races, yoga, Orange Theory, F3...you name it. I enjoyed all of those things, but nothing, absolutely nothing comes anywhere close to the return on time invested I've experienced with Yani & her team at CrossFit HTS. I know that if I show up 3 times a week, I'll be getting in increasingly better shape instead of increasingly worse shape. I simply cannot believe the gains I've had over the past two years, and all I've had to do is walk in the door--they take care of the rest.

I only joined because a friend suggested it. I would have never considered joining a CrossFIt studio because I had an image of a bunch of over-amped dudes throwing weights around and yelling. This is not at all the case. Yani and her coaches set an incredible, welcoming, FUN, and wholly inclusive tone. I'd never done CrossFit before or really ever lifted weights. I pretty much knew nothing. They taught me everything. The specific care and attention they give each person feels almost like one on one instruction. Health and lack of injury is their number one priority, and they deliver. Since I joined as a novice, I've watched countless other men and women join and thrive at all levels of age, ability, and fitness levels.

The greatest testament to the long-term health benefits of CrossFit are the people in there who are in their 50's, 60's, and 70's who are all (yes, even the 70+ year olds) doing things I couldn't imagine doing in my 30's. I'm regularly surrounded by everything from teenagers through to septuagenarians in the gym. They are all an incredible inspiration to me. Seriously, y'all--watching a 71 year old do handstand pushups with ease will make you find that next gear in whatever exercise you're currently working on.

Above all else, this is a COMMUNITY. A welcoming, caring, expert, and fun community. They couldn't make fitness easier, more approachable, more fun, or--most importantly--more impactful.

I'm new to crossfit and just started at CrossFit HTS. I really enjoy the challenging workouts and structure of the classes. Every class is different. The coaches have been great at helping me with things that I have never done before, making sure that I'm doing the exercise safely while still getting a workout. The people who come to classes have been very friendly. There isn't any judgement and everyone is very encouraging.

I just started attending CrossFit HTS and already I feel so welcomed by this awesome community! Not only do you get a great workout, you get to meet amazing people along the way.

CrossFit is one of the more expensive fitness options, but there’s no other gym membership that has offered the same sense of community and motivation that I have found here.

It’s also nice to be able to safely do workouts using barbells. Personally, I need a coach there to remind me to lower my butt when doing power cleans and things like that or I end up tearing my shoulders/back up!

I've been here for about a month now, and I see myself working out here for a long time.

These classes are fun, and everyone is super supportive.

Probably my favorite part of this is the level of expertise of the coaches! I'm learning so much, and I feel very safe while trying new stuff.

We love CrossFit HTS! Been attending classes 3x/week for almost a month. We (husband and I) really enjoy the atmosphere of supportive coaches who always provide lots of movement options and teammates to cheer each other on. Each class feels like a full body workout which is great when you can't or don't want to make it to all of them. We've found the programming to be great cross training for running and triathlon training! This is our second CrossFit gym experience and we're really happy to have found another great community that is welcoming to all levels and goals.

There is a focus on overall well-being not just lifting weights and at the same time they are definitely comfortable helping you find your physical limit. I'd been intimidated by CrossFit in the past, not because of the workouts, but because of experience I'd had at a couple of CrossFit gyms in NYC.

All of that changed when I went into HTS. Yani and the coaches have done something truly awesome - they've set up a gym and CrossFit program that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and also manages to push you at whatever level you're at.

Whether you're new to exercise or experienced at lifting, gymnastics, or endurance, Yani and the team at HTS have a way to make the program work for you.

I have been a member of CrossFitHTS for a few months, and I LOVE IT! From day one, the team has welcomed me as part of the family, and I know I can text the owner, Yani, any time with questions or concerns. The workouts are tough, but the coaches are incredibly supportive and helpful. The 6 am weekday classes work great for my schedule, and the 24/7 access is super helpful on the weekend for squat day! Would definitely recommend!!!
