Fantastic box in South Charlotte (technically Pineville I'm told). They graciously allowed me to drop into their Sunday CrossFit Open heats, welcoming me as if I were a full time member. The owners were hospitable, the members friendly. All fitness types and ages doing burpees in harmony!

Been going for a few months. Great people and good coaching. Clean, organized, and well supplied. Good solid box you’ll like, just come in and give a try. WODs are good for whatever your level.
