I’ve been enjoying working with Nat for four months. He has a client-centered approach, always checking in with where I am today - how did I sleep, how have I been eating, what’s my stress level, how are my muscles/old injuries feeling- and adjusts my workout program accordingly. I like that when I travel, he makes a program for me. Nat makes sure I’m moving safely and making progress. Highly recommend!!

Working with Nat has been awesome. We have been weight training and his patience and guidance has been such a blessing. Making the connection neurologically to the muscle and muscle groups we are working on. Devising a program that fits with my ability and age. Tracking and progressing at a pace that is safe but challenging. And seeing the results on a week to week basis has been so rewarding.
