For starters this is a great program. You can do the whole thing, or different phases for what you are looking for. You can also change the exercises as long as you are hitting the same muscle group. I don’t have many critics for the program if you want to add something then add it if you feel you are lacking in that area. The off days are super nice and needed if you are putting in the work and going hard. Most people will have a hard time getting used to 3-4 days a week lifting and the other days resting. Coming from my experience of lifting 6 days a week, it did take me awhile to trust it but the results speak for themselves. I’m super happy with the program and will continue to do it. If you are in the military, phase 2 and 3 you could rotate back and forth with all year with maybe doing phase 1 once or twice and be in great shape, super strong and maintaining great recovering.

Working with Coach Chris through the ECTSOFIT program has been a game changer for me. As a retired Army vet, I’ve been through a lot of training in my life, but nothing has challenged me or pushed me like this.

I can't say enough about Chris and ECT SOFIT! His passion for fitness and his clients is unbridled and the program is ultimately flexible and can be scaled up or down easily, depending on fitness level. He strongly promotes the "mind/body connection" and I was VERY sceptical of the whole ZEN approach, but it genuinely works. I'm 56 now and am in better shape than I was at 46! I've dropped 7% body fat and am outgrowing shirts. It will be eye opening, when you start really examining how/what you eat too!!

Just finished the cut in the F3EA Program and I feel incredible compared to a couple months ago. Chris is very personal in helping with nutrition to make sure you reach the results you want. I started seeing progress in less than two weeks. I already worked out about every day but this program was a game changer. I'm stronger and leaner and my body feels more stable. I used to need a lifting belt when squatting over 315lbs and now I'm doing multiple reps with 405lbs without a belt and I can tell my back and core is stronger. I have more energy during the day with the correct nutrition and sleep better at night. This program hasn't only made me get in better shape but learning from Chris has made me feel like I can apply this to my life moving forward to stay in shape after the program. Just want to thank Chris at ECT SOFIT for the excellent challenge. I’m almost finished with the 3rd part of the challenge and it has been extremely motivating. This challenge has helped me refocus on my fitness and nutrition. I have been consistent with my workouts and have paid a lot more attention to the stretching and mobility days. This challenge has helped me tremendously. I started out at 220 pounds and am now hovering between 206-208 pounds and my body fat has decreased as well. Thanks again for the motivation and guidance. Chris was very helpful and encouraging during the process of shedding some well earned “Dad weight”. He coached a process that was subtle in its approach to instilling better decision making while preparing food and family meal plans while also being flexible in my desire to continue to try and lift heavier and heavier weight.
