I love working out with Jen! I haven't had luck with fitness trainers in the past, but Jen's 30-minute sessions are something I really look forward to each week! They're challenging enough for me, and we very gradually increase intensity with each session. They're never so intense that I dread going back. Jen will make sure she's training you at an appropriate level. I appreciate her kindness and flexibility with me so much. The bonus is you're not working out in a crowded gym!

I can’t recommend working with Jen enough!! I had been thinking about joining a gym for months but had never done any strength training and really wanted some 1:1 help with getting started. Jen has helped me truly fall in love with fitness, she is AMAZING!!! Makes working out so much fun- she motivates you without ever making you feel judged. I’ve been working with Jen at Elevate Fitness for a month now. If I didn’t have her pushing me during my workouts, I wouldn’t do them!! She’s motivating and uplifting. And her jokes during planks help too!!
I haven’t checked my weight loss or taken measurements yet. But I can feel and see a difference in my muscle tone, I have great energy and I’m motivated to workout outside of our scheduled trainings!!

I can’t say enough good things about Elevate! I started strength training with Jen this year for 30 minute sessions twice a week and I love the results I’m seeing! I love working out with Jen because she makes the experience really fun and is super encouraging. You will definitely see results because Elevate develops workout routines that fit your goals and start from where you’re at. You really won’t find a better cost for personal training anywhere else. They’ve been very safe and sanitary during covid which I appreciate a lot. I’m so glad I found Elevate and my only regret is that I wish I started sooner!
