Perry at Elevation Fitness is great. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I wanted to gain strength and improve my balance. Perry assessed my capabilities and designed great workouts. Very quickly I got much stronger and had almost no more balance issues. Perry is a great motivator, pays attention to detail, and is good at explaining the different techniques of exercises. I highly recommend Perry at Elevation Fitness.

Go see this man. Not only is he a genius at assessing physical issues and goals he is also the most positive, magnetic personality you'll encounter. It helps to show up every session when the trainer is a joy to be around.
I provided info on my posture, mobility, and strength issues from 20 years of working at a computer. Within weeks he'd already corrected much of my lower body stability problems as well as some weak back muscles giving me trouble with posture.
Next we moved on to strength and even though I'm over 40 years old we managed to put on 9 lbs of muscle in just 8 months while still lowering my body fat percentage (proven by DEXA scan).

I have been meeting with Perry for 8 months now. What keeps me coming back is not only the professional knowledge that he brings to the table but also his unbridled passion for what he does. It is infectious in a great way. I came to him as a sedentary 9-5er with a "skinny-fat" physique and terrible posture which began to cause lower back and knee pain over the years as an IT professional. I had low self esteem regarding my physical appearance and initially felt intimidated by the prospect of finding someone in a lot better physical shape than me to help me improve my physical fitness. I can't imagine that my situation could have turned out any better than it did. Meeting Perry has changed my life in more ways than just my physical fitness. Through my training with him I have learned to identify the things in my life which distract me from reaching my fitness goals and how to disassociate from them and replace them with healthier habits.

Based on the information he gathers, he will put together a personalized plan that is both fun and challenging at the same time.
