This is a good gym. It only has 1 squat rack, and 1 deadlift/ Olympic lift area or 2 if your smart and kinda just create your own little area. But the gym isn't too busy, so most of the time it's not a problem. It's got a nice room to warm up in/ stretch. I lift mainly with free weights and this gym has everything I need. But it also has machines and cables and stuff.

We love this gym! It is such an encouraging environment. Mitch is our daughter's trainer, and we have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about him! He really knows how to encourage her and help her stay motivated, while providing her with high quality workouts! Highly recommend!

I recently joined this gym so I can workout during my 13 week contract in NC. I really enjoy the clean friendly environment. Everyone from the staff and patrons are super friendly and helpful! Members of the gym are so willing to make sure equipment is right for you without you ever asking for help. I'm really happy with my experience so far.
They also offer different classes that I have to try soon!

Top notch place to workout, I've been enjoying my time here the people working here always upbeat and very welcoming. the community of people in the gym happy and respectful for others, they have everything needed to get the job done and more workout classes, trainers there's no reason to not be successful if you put in the work.

I had my first workout today. So proud of myself. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. I'm self conscious about my weight but the staffer training me how to use the equipment was so awesome at put me at ease. He made me feel that I was in a safe space, a no-judgment zone. I appreciate it so much.

The facility is clean and uncluttered. Can't wait toi the Wallace center opens!

I workout here at least three times a week and everytime I walk in this gym the staff are so friendly and professional. Some of them help from Time to time with my workouts and gives me advice on how to get better lifts. I am very satisfied overall.

For the location it is a good find decent equipment and has great hours. Getting three stars due to membership costing the same as gold gym which you get a lot more for the price.
