Hi! I'm Emily. I provide strength training to individuals and in small group formats. Strength training is beneficial to everyone, at any age. It can help you lose weight, gain muscle, improve balance, and generally make you feel better. I work out of a small studio in the Five Points neighborhood in Raleigh. Training with Emily has retuned dividends. My overall strength has improved immensely over the last three years and I love the definition in my abs and arms. The workouts are constantly refreshed with new sequences to keep it interesting, tailored to what you might be wanting/needing, and incorporate stability work for balance. The company and play list are always awesome.
The community aspect to Emily's workouts is incredible. I went into this for my physical health and have ended up with so much more in the way of friendships and connections. The mornings I start out with Emily help set a great tone for the rest of my day.

Best decision I made for myself in 2023 was joining Emily’s small group training! I was looking for something to supplement my weekly yoga classes and this has been the perfect fit. The group of people she trains are some of the friendliest, kindest, most welcoming, genuine folks I have met as an adult. That’s a testament to the community Emily has created and a direct result of Emily’s own personality. She is an absolute gem of a human! Her movements are extremely creative - she rarely repeats the same things! She’s always challenging us to try new things but is also very accommodating and provides modifications as needed. I truly look forward to her classes which is a far stretch but my usual feelings about going to the gym! Come join us! You won’t regret it!!!

I’ve been working out with Emily Jackson for the past five years. Over that time I’ve seen noticeable increases in my strength; notably I’ve been able to play tennis without running out of steam before the match ends. Her workouts are limited to three or four individuals at a time and are focused on your fitness. Tell her what you want to work on; she’ll help you achieve your goals.

I have been personally training with Emily Jackson for almost 4 years! Although I have had personal trainers for many years, this is the first time that more than just physical health is addressed! I have personally connected with Emily and her other clients! Each session is a whole body individualized workout including both physical and mental health! Emily worked with me as my personal trainer for 3 years. My husband joined me and Emily trained us as a couple. Her workouts were tailored to my fitness level at all times. She knew my injuries and modified exercises that would cause me further injury. I’m 60 now. I look and feel better than I did at 40 thanks to personal training with Emily.
