I’ve been working with Jodi since 2017. She knows her stuff and meets you where you are. I’ve been thru several joint replacements and have been able to continue to train by modifying my workout. Recoveries have gone smoothly and quickly thanks to the strength and mobility that I’ve gained and maintained by working with Jodi.

Jodi’s classes are a great mix of strength and cardio. I have noticeably increased my overall strength over the past few months that I have been attending her twice weekly classes. The workouts are dynamic and never get redundant. Jodi encourages me to push myself while also offering modifications for any injuries. Her new location at the Masonic Lodge is fantastic, too!

I was introduced to Jodi in June 2024 having never done strength training classes before. Within weeks I felt stronger and transitioned to group boot camp classes.
