We held our son's 5th birthday party this past weekend and from start to finish had an amazing experience!! We opted for the Blue package, basically everything prepped by eNeRGy Kidz, and it was the way to go! Shout out to Leanne Adams who responded to all of my queries promptly and the staff who were on hand to help with leading everything on the day. Every kid of all ages were engaged and had a blast!!

We love eNerRGy Kidz! My daughter is 8 years old and has been taking classes here since preschool. The staff are kind and professional, honor her sensitivities and feelings, and boost her self-esteem through dance and tumbling. We tried a number of summer camps in the past, and they were all too intense for her or exhausting. She is enrolled in Ninja and Gymnastics Camp here all summer, she comes home happy and tired but not beat down. If your child is sensitive like mine this is a great environment. We take classes during the school year too.

We recently had a bday party there. I Do Not recommend it and will never use them again for a party. One they literally rushed us through everything, and told us we couldn’t open gifts there. We showed up 15 minutes early hoping to set up for our party but unfortunately the party before was still there and when they finally left the space we only had about 5-8mins to set up our party. Our guests were already arriving. They also didn’t state in the email they sent me prior to party about the age limit of children allowed to participate. I went back and looked friends went on site to look themselves and no where did it state they had to be a 3yrs and 9mths to participate. They only way we knew was when parents went to fill out waiver it popped up when they were underage. This was very frustrating and unfair to my niece who is almost three she had to sit and watch the other kids play. This could’ve been avoided if we were told ahead of time one I wouldn’t have been bothered to book a party there where my guest couldn’t play. I even asked if my oldest daughter could stay with her and was told no bcuz no adults were allowed in the equipment but the 15yrs old left running the showing were fine to be on the equipment (my daughter is literally the same size as they were. The teenagers in charge of the children were not very energetic. Also they wanted to tell us how to run the party. Not a fan at all instead of letting parents serve their own children while they sat at table the teenagers had the kids line up so they could serve them and then ended up skipping over a small child and tried to not the adults serve themselves. When it was time for the cake they also wanted to tell me that they would have kids come to cake table to sing verses bringing the cake to the table where the bday girl and other kids were seated so we could sing Happy Birthday to my child. I spoke up and said no I will gladly carry the cake myself to the table and carry it back to cut again a teenager attempted to cut the cake serving children with huge slices of cake and not only that we ll know the first piece goes to bday child my child was almost last to get hers. I ended up taking over the cutting because the child trying too clearly didn’t have very much experience with cutting and serving children. Once cake was over they asked for payment and they literally started rushing us out the door. I have never felt so rushed and overwhelmed at a party that I paid for. I will not be going back and I certainly do not recommend anyone having a bite party there unless you like being rushed. Kids didn’t even get free time to play it was all instructional.

Beginner gymnastics were not good. If you go, you'll be ignored 90% of the time and feel pressured to rely on other students (that weren't helpful either) for instruction rather than the teachers that can barely do gymnastics. I found myself not even paying attention to the instructors since we did the same things all the time. You would think repeating the same things would help you get better at it, right? Not when the instructors ignore you and let you repeat your mistakes. I learned more from FREE YouTube videos than my instructors here at Energy Kidz.

I enrolled my 4yo here for the tumble tigers program after seeing all of the good reviews. When we arrived for my child’s first class there was no one visibly present in the facility so we sat and waited. The teachers opened the door to the gym area and waited for the kids to come in. There was no introduction or communication with the parents/kids when class started or when class ended. Not a good first impression for us and my child did not want to return to this facility. Very disappointing after looking forward to these classes for so long.

My son loves it here! He thinks Coach Mike is the best. They have so many options for your children from gymnastics to martial arts. My son does tumble and we look forward to moving to Rec next year. He also enjoys the summer camp! Everyone we have come into contact with here is super nice, and knowledgeable. The establishment is clean and affordable.

This place is like a kid's heaven. Kids are being active and learning all about physical functions. Plus it is great entertainment and exercise for kids. Great atmosphere. Seeing kids enjoy themselves brings delight and energy to myself. My son loves gymnastics.

We have participated in the toddler/preschool tumble gym program and have always been impressed and enjoyed our time. Recently we hosted a 4 year old birthday party at Energy Kidz and had the best time. Mike was fabulous with the kids - funny, energetic and on their level. I have nothing negative to say about the owners, coaches and employees at this gym. They have worked with us, accommodated my daughter's class changes and talked me through our options. We are very happy with the T&T program so far AND are about to begin the gymnastics girls program! Love the room in the waiting area and the free wifi!

My daughter has been going to eNeRGy Kidz for almost 2 years now and has really enjoyed it. She started out in gymanstics and has moved to the tumbling class. Prior to going to eNeRGy Kidz she was at another gymnastics program but the facility was way to small for the amount of students they had. It felt really, really cramped and hard to manage everytime we went. Scott runs a great progam and seems to do a great job training the instructors. There is tons of room for parents and their kids. He and his wife are "hands on" (The reason I say this is because at least one of them is present everytime I've been there) and welcome feedback. A lot of great programs, plenty of room and a attentive, accessible staff. I feel that my money is well spent. Keep up the great work Scott and team!

This is the nicest gymnastics facility I have ever been to. It's huge! They offer everything your kid could want. They offer recreational gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, competitive gymnastics, recreational trampoline and tumbling, competitive trampoline and tumbling, tumbling classes, karate, dance, and summer camps. The whole program is very organized. I have been to gyms where you have to share the floor with 4 other classes. But this gym makes sure everyone has plenty of space and it's not too crowded. This is seriously the best gym ever and I would recommend it to anyone.
