What a great business and service to have in central Apex! Love this gym-
Nothing fancy but still up to date, clean, safe, fair pricing, open 24-7 and last but not least, the great, friendly and helpful staff. Seriously they are, with a free trial day too. I also love that they have a smith machine.
I was so impressed that i paid for the whole year. When you pay in full it doesn’t automatically roll over just fyi.
It’s been five months and all of the clientele ive seen are completely respectful to everyone’s space.
**And Also pay no attention to the complainers here about payments being stolen etc. These people just didn’t follow the rules so just ask about it be up front about your concerns when you sign up for monthly payments, i think they request the first and sixth month which is completely fair so you should have absolutely no problem if you listen lol. Ach has timed auto rolls so if you don’t let them know ahead of course it will charge you. So be organized and ahead of the game to save time if you have to stop or cancel your membership for some reason. They’ve been in business for a long time and that tells you something.
Anyway definitely check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been coming here regularly for a few months now, and it is been a fantastic experience. The fitness center is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of machines and weights to suit all workout styles. The staff and coach are warm, approachable, and always ready to assist. I appreciate that it is never too crowded, creating a calm and quiet environment to focus on training. The facility is spotless, has a convenient restroom on-site, and is fully air-conditioned, making workouts comfortable even on warm days. Truly a great place to exercise!

I've been going to this gym on and off for years. It's convenient because it's less than 10 minutes from my house, plus you can go 24/7. I don't think it's very expensive, probably because it's a small gym. I wish there was more room, but it provides all the basic equipment I need. The staff are all really nice, too.

As someone who is not a fan of gyms, I cannot say enough about how much I love this place—people and staff are friendly and respectful.

It took me a long time to get back to working out, let alone adopting it as a new lifestyle. I can honestly say I owe it to my trainer, Jack. Most trainers don’t listen to your journey, go through your history, dig into your diet etc. Jack has done all of these things in spades, and he truly knows the body…male and female!

He’s been nothing short of outstanding, providing personalized attention to body composition and pushing me (not killing me) to reach my fitness goals.

You can check out but you can never leave. It does not matter if you email, write, call, have their payment withdraws returned by your bank multiple times, they will continue to try to take your money. I have cancelled and payment returned 4 times because they find creative ways to run my card to get around blocks in place. Scandalous and absolutely no moral compass. I have yet another complaint in play with my back from where now they have tried to recoop their returned payments in one lump sum by running my card another way. They have done ach, point of sale single transaction to avoid getting caught. Sneaky underhanded gym mofia - that should be their name. RUN AWAY!

UPDATE: Management replied to the review that they would be in touch. Nothing so far. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP!!! I had a membership to the gym that was set to expire after a year without an auto renew. This was great, they called and I said no thank you because I am moving. My monthly enrollment stopped being charged BUT they started auto drafting my monthly training fee!! FOR 6 MONTHS after I stopped going to the gym. It was through my work account so I was not aware at first, then when I asked for a refund for the 6 months that I was not even a member they passed me from person to person, then said the check was on the way. No refund ever came. No check and absolutely no phone call from management after I left multiple messages! Basically they steal from you...would never join again and would not recommend you trust them with your billing information.

I am 82 and had taken a couple of falls when I decided to look for a trainer at this gym. Thomas is very patient and has a confident manner when he teaches. Great gym! Friendly staff and Professional trainers. You can just ask questions about a specific equipment or workout. The whole gym including the equipment and facilities are always kept clean. Be careful the advertisement. They claim it is a month to month no contract, no commitment. This is not honest way to run business, They will charge you whole year regardless. They do not have staff and or the customer service to terminate the subscription. They claim they have staff on site; but when I ask for termination, they said ok good luck. But in the other end, they charge you regardless. I would rather pay 50USD extra to a honest place.

Started off with the billing company hacking my debit card the day I signed up. Had to get a new card and paid each month in cash. Was told I was good to go after my six month membership ended. Harassed by calls and emails from Paramount. Was not sent documents I requested and instead kept getting my late fees jacked up and monthly membership charges. Finally was able to speak to Bronson Cline who started off helpful but then after I read some of the other bad reviews to him as requested got very patronizing with me so I hung up. Don’t waste your time or money with these people.

This has been my go-to gym for a couple of years now. I highly recommend the spin class with Chris. I have been doing personal training sessions with Thomas, and I cannot say enough good things about him. I am in my middle years, but I have been able to stay strong and even lose a few pounds bc of working out here. They keep the facilities clean and have antiseptic cleanser for each member to wipe down equipment after use (which, honestly, people should do even if there wasn't a pandemic). You are allowed to remove your mask if you wish while you are working out (a legal exception to the mask mandate). They are open after normal business hours with no personnel working, but a special member-card-swipe type of lock on the doors.

One of the few gyms I’ve ever had a membership to that makes you truly feel like part of a family as soon as I walk in the doors for my daily work out.
