Kathy and Tim were very helpful with helping me find a great trainer! My trainer Mardavean has been great! I now go to the very often. I love it here and it’s a plus for me because it’s so close to my home and it’s open 24 hrs so I can hit the gym when I get back in town from work at 12am! Very clean and all staff are very helpful. I really enjoy Fit For Life 24. It’s a nice facility with a very welcoming vibe and one of the few gyms in the area that offers limited child care. They are also offer several group fitness classes included in the membership. They have a wide variety of equipment as well for those who prefer free weights like me. Overall I enjoy this facility. My only suggestion would be to extend the child care hours, if possible.

I’ve just recently joined Fit for Life and the convenience has been great. I like that I have the ability to come at “off hours”” should I need to. The equipment is very well-maintained and the gyms is very clean. No musty odors like in some gyms I’ve been in before. There are still several machines I want to try and work into my routine for some variety. Lots of choices and options. I’m older and coming back to the gym after years of being away and after an injury immobilized me for almost two years. This “old body” got really, really stiff. I’ve noticed a variety of ages and fitness levels so the environment wasn’t intimidating on my return to working out. Here’s to better health!

This place is a jewel. I loved it from the moment I walked into the door. They have my favorite upbeat Christian music playing. When I heard the music I had to fight back the tears because I knew I was in the right place. Brock was the pft who assisted me and he was most excellent. They have lots of good machines and a free weight area as well. They do group workouts weekday mornings and you rotate through stations. Great mix of people...all ages and at various stages of excercise programs which makes it feel very inclusive. Stays very clean and neat and the staff is always friendly and willing to help!

I went here for 9 months, initially signed up for a personal trainer for 6 months, everything was fine until I realized I was still being charged 160$ per month to my credit card 3 months after my contract. They refuse to refund my money and the owner is never available, I don't even know who he is. They use a third party for payment transactions called Paramount, make sure you ask them who they are before you sign anything here.
