Only 5 stars????? Need so many more than that. Well I have only honestly experienced Monica's Zumba classes. Which are addicting I might add...They indeed are a workout. Intense and precise on purpose movements that address every area of the body. Fun and interactive as well. Fit for the Purpose Zumba provides a safe no judgement zone for exercise and training. However beyond her physical qualities I am aware that Monica also has a line of "Fit for the Purpose" brand accessories designed to assist you in becoming your healthiest you. I am excited to looking further into what Monica has to offer. Monica is kind and professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I believe her concern and care for your well being is genuine. I purchased the elderberry syrup and the seamoss with turmeric and cinnamon a few days ago after literally being sick since September 3rd.
No matter what I did or took the congestion and mucus would not go away. As time went on things seem to get worse. Even to the point where my kids were starting to display the same symptoms I was having.
Tested for Covid and the flu, both came back negative. I blew my nose and coughed so much that blood started coming out with the mucus and it seemed really hard to stay hydrated.

Saw a post that Monica had recently posted mixing the elderberry and seamoss together and decided to place an order.

Now I’m no stranger to seamoss and its benefits I’ve taken it in the past and elderberry I’ve read up on but never took it.

However it’s been Only 3 days since I’ve been taken the elderberry and seamoss and when I tell you things have cleared up quite nicely please believe me.

I can finally breathe, there’s no more rattling in my chest. Literally 10 to 20 minutes after taking the very first dosage (which was around 5 pm Saturday after it was delivered)the mucus began to come up and clear out with ease and with no signs of blood. Within 24 hours my energy was back up and hydration is going as planned.

If you haven’t tried the elderberry & seamoss, you are definitely missing out. It is definitely beneficial. Some ppl think that seamoss is nasty but to me it really has no taste if you get the plain seamoss & take it as you take the elderberry you want even notice. She does have flavored seamoss as well but I prefer the plain. I haven’t been sick since taking. Coach Monica’s personality is everything as well, she answers any questions you have professionally & she has your order ready within no time for pickup. I love porch pickup, easy, quick & sufficient. She will always have my support. ❤️
