Joined and started working out on July 2nd, 2025. Started at 262.5 pounds. As of November 12th, 2025 I am 237.1 pounds. Nico Tiberyan has been my trainer 3 days a week and is awesome. He cares about his clients and wants to see them succeed. He offers not only training but advise on healrhy habits and eating. Dre at the front was great getting me signed up and pairing me with Nico. Other staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I recommend 1000%.

I have not been in the gym in 5+ years. My life schedule has allowed me to rejoin the gym. I’m loving the fact that the gym is open 24hrs. This makes it convenient for me to utilize the facility on my own time. The gym is clean and have cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment. The staff has made this process so easy for me to get back on my healing journey. The moment I walked through the door I was received the warmest greetings. I was introduced to Dre and he has been nothing but supportive, helpful & knowledgeable about his craft. Thank you

I've been involved in Gym Business for over 30 years including different mgmt jobs in Golds gym and the Manager in Clayton Dee is what a Manager is all about. He trains very early in the morning and still stops to make sure members are happy and that the club is clean.I think more managers should be like this it keeps members coming back.

Good space and all the equipment you need, but the dark, drab lighting makes it feel less inviting. Weights are often re-racked incorrectly, and having multiple styles of the same plates (45s, 35s) makes finding the right ones a hassle. Price is fair, but the atmosphere and organization could be better.

This gym is way better than the new location off of white oak.
Well it doesnt knock it out the park but people have been complaining about the tvs not working since they opened up the establishment. The picture posted is from the new location. About 20 tvs there and not 1 of them working since they opened. TERRIBLE! the ac in that site hardly works on second level. It was a sauna almost a whole week upstairs. Fit4life company is loosing customers because of their complaints from the new location. Many customers dont know you can pay the 1 time fee and go to the location off of 70. The one off of 70 has a different vibe to it. Like a different culture. The gym goers there just feel different. They have been. Doing better job cleaning the place.
Keep up the good work in this location.

My late husband was a member of Golds gym. We cancelled the membership, yet they continued to charge us. When it was bought out by fit 4 Life they continued to charge me. Despite many calls to them with unfulfilled promises of rectifying the problem and no one ever returned my calls despite promising to have someone do so. Finally I had to go to my bank for refund, no where the amount they have taken from me and have them blocked. I do not feel that they handled this ethically and therefore would never trust them or recommend people to their business

Whatever you do don’t cancel your membership. They don’t tell you when you start going that the cancellations are done through a 3rd party that they can’t contact for some reason and said 3rd party will never approve your cancellation request so you continue to pay fit4life for months after you cancel. If you go in person to cancel they’ll tell you your membership is canceled and you don’t owe anything. Obviously not the case

It was great for about 6 months or more. Then it got overcrowded in my opinion & dirty. They don't put things in the best places & it needs new mats & kettlebells. Mats are torn up & you can't read the weight on the kettle bells. Things are "temporarily" out of order for over a month in most cases. Faucets are the worst. You have to keep pushing down the handle to rinse. Apparently it's some sort of water saver device. However I will say their employees are very friendly.

Gym is not maintained well at all. Men’s locker room is always terrible. The first time I showered, the curtain was nothing but mildewed. After I made a complaint, they replaced them. I shouldn’t have needed to do this if they were cleaning on a regular basis.

A few months later, I found some sort of worms crawling in the shower. Looked them up and it appears to be drain fly larvae, indicating unsanitary conditions.

Stopped by after not being in the area for some time. I was asst manager of the gold's gym prior to this. I'm glad that this facility got the much needed love and update. The place looks wonderful and the vision that I had seen, but was unable to get golds gym ownership on board with is remarkable. Great work. I know the members love it and they're very loyal when give. Great service. Best of luck and growth to Fit4Life.

They hide the price and lock-in terms until you sign-up, so I'll post it here for new joiners.

Currently (Jan 2025), the price is $39.99 / mo + $69 / yr on July 17th, 2025 with a 12 month agreement + $99 enrollment fee. This is $647.88 for the first year (minus taxes or fees).

Paid in Full is $599 / yr (minus taxes and fees if applicable?). No enrollment fee

They also require at least 2 months written notice if you decide to cancel after the initial year, otherwise you'll be charged monthly until the 2 months is reached. This contract seems a little predatory compared to some other gyms in the area, so read through it all before you sign up.

Be careful do not use the Childcare option at this gym. I learned there was an issue of child neglect at this facility. There was a child left unattended and found in the restroom alone in the dark. Talk about horrifying find the young child and for the parents. Exercise caution when choosing to bring your child to this facility. I’m sure there are gyms with excellent childcare but I would recommend not using if you had the choice. For the gym staff I hope there is swift resolution and that the child to staff ratio is addressed, I would also look into why this child was left unsupervised. This is a nightmare situation I hope more than an apology was offered to the family.

They need to change the 80s radio, seriously. 80% of people when I'm there (4x a week) are millenials or gen Zs. I could use my headphones too but I don't want to do it all the time, and it can clash with my own music or conversations when it's loud. It bothers me that I get a last song syndrome - they're playing in my head. I like some oldies music but not everyday please. Other than that it's a good gym, staff are friendly. It's less crowded/easier in the mornings.

A great gym facility but the process to cancel is ridiculous. The third party company they use for billing is no help at all and makes it very difficult to cancel. I was told that I could cancel if I was moving (at sign up) only to find out that it’s a 60 day notice even if you have proof (after the fact). When you sign up you sign on a pad where you cannot see the agreement and they don’t tell you the policy’s outright and you wouldn’t know until it’s time to cancel. Then they will say “well it’s on the agreement you signed”.

Very easy to sign up and for them to take your money but very difficult to cancel and I see I’m not the only one .

I’ve sent the third party multiple forms of proof (they keep denying it. Asking for Lease, utility bill, bank statements, etc which is actually very unnecessary but I’ve sent bc it’s “required”) as well as notified the gym that I relocated. They don’t care they just want your money.

Also I was able to sign up both me and my bf together without him present no issues. But when it was time to cancel we have to send proof of relocation and cancellation request separate and he couldn’t do it for me (even though we live in the same house lol).

They do whatever they can to make it as hard as they can no matter what your circumstances are.

I've had nothing but a great experience here. The staff is great, big shout out to Bryer Rogers for being my personal trainer for over a year! He is very knowledgeable in everything fitness and tapers your workout plan to YOU. I recently dislocated my arm and Bryer did everything he could to push me while not staining my shoulder. Over the past few months he has increased my fitness plan directly to what my shoulder could handle. I'm so thankful for Bryer and Fit4Life team!

Going to a gym full  of people I didn't know was challenging for me, and I never would have done it if I hadn't met Bryer, my personal trainer.  He immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.  He created a fitness routine specifically tailored to my needs and worked with me every step of the way.  Over the last six months I've seen tremendous improvement!  I feel much better, and we have overcome the issues we identified on my initial visit.  My friends and family have all commented on my more defined muscles and ability to be more active.  I am so pleased, I have signed up for six additional months to further increase my health and wellness.

★ 1

Has everything you need
Doesn't get too crazy busy
Has child care
Fairly clean

Cons: big dudes often leave their stacks of weights out because they are used to mommy cleaning up after them.

EDIT:
You have to call a third party to cancel the membership when it is over and you also have to give a two month notice. I am going on 6 months after moving from the state and because they lost mt record of cancelation, I have to pay until July. So I wind up paying 8 extra months for both mine and my wife's memberships when we now live out of state. Its a good gym but after having to pay for it for almost a year when I am out of state, I lowered my rating to 1 star. Very disappointed they cannot just cancel the membership in-person. Also disappointed you need a two month notice like it is a lease to a house.

2nd Edit:
A team member reached out and basically said that I'm just stuck paying. I wound up paying about 11 months after my membership. Absurd. I feel like they could have just negated those extra fees and canceled my membership seeing as I haven't been in the state in so long but they made me pay or go to collections.

My new gym, Anytime fittness has been amazing and I'd highly recommend them as an alternative.

Contract and cancellation policy is completely unfair to gym members, feels purposely misleading. Do not recommend signing up unless you plan to be a multi-year member. My wife has not been able to use in several months for health reasons and asked for help cancelling her policy, no assistance was provided. Once we discovered we had to give a written notice, it is then only considered a 60-day notice after requiring you are signed up for a year. The 60 day time period ended two days after final payment would’ve been required, instead of prorating the membership, they require you to pay for the entire month even after cancellation. 3rd party payment company used is not helpful in any fashion, beyond initial sign-up, everything is completely transactional.

Staff and gym members are really nice, easy access to the gym, the company that manages memberships and the membership contract is completely Misleading, Due to moving, I asked to cancel my membership, and I was still be billed, even after the buyout just because of a misleading covenant within the contract, Other than that, the gym is really good and has a lot of good vibes, Very clean, Very good equipments.

Update:
The gym manager Shawn connected with me regarding the billing issue, I really appreciate the professionalism he projected when discussing my issue, he was generous enough to work on my account and refunded the amounts that supposed to be paid!

Great gym, great location, awesome staff. I had zero strength training experience prior to signing up. All my prior workouts were cardio. I signed up for physical training with Braxton in February, and it has been the best decision I have made. It’s been 6 weeks, and so far, I have lost almost 10 inches throughout my body and lost 8 lbs. It’s an amazing feeling to see your body improve. Braxton is an amazing trainer. Thanks to him, I have learned proper technique, which is very important to help reduce injury. I highly recommend getting a physical trainer if you are where I was 6 weeks ago. DO NOT GO HERE! The general manager Mike Was VERY Verbally Abusive to me when I expressed my interest in cancelling personal training sessions. He proceeded to have what should have been a personal conversation at the front desk in front of employees and guests to hear. I was told you’re already 178 pounds and considerably overweight so if not now then when. I informed him that was not his place or decision to make! He then told me I was being closed minded by not allowing him to assign me another trainer and responded to say idk how your fiancée deal with you. There is No way for you to contact anyone with Corporate only their 3rd party payment processing company peak services which advise you that you would basically have to pay 25% of your plan in addition to 30 days in order to cancel contract! I normally don’t do reviews but I would hate for anyone to have to endure what I have. That is NO way to do business. I would have even considered being put with another trainer however after dealing with this kind of verbal abuse I REFUSE! This is NOT what anyone should have to deal with! My session with the new trainer was already overwhelming as is. Even my therapist agreed this is NOT good for my mental health! DO NOT GO HERE!

This facility is absolutely amazing & our personal trainer, Kyi, is top notch!

We've seen other trainers at different facilities and did not experience even close to the growth that we have with Kyi. He pushes us to be better, without pushing too hard. My husband and I have experienced more personal growth with Kyi in the past 4 months than ever before. He also makes himself available to us when we have other questions regarding supplements, in home workouts, nutrition, etc.

We look forward to our sessions with Kyi every week!

Worked out here while it was Golds Gym and I thought that the equipment was really nice, had everything I coulda wanted and was pretty well kept. Couldnt hurt to have a few more weigh clips, though ive never had too much of an issue finding a pair. But the Personal Training is why I'm writing this review.

Been working with Bryer, one of the personal trainers at F4L, and it's been a fun and educational program for the nearly a year that we've been working together! He doesn't hesitate to switch up the program that he's curated for me to fit what my body is feeling that day either. For instance just this week I was having some lower back pain and we swapped out one exercise for another that would help work that out instead of compounding it to something worse.
Super friendly as well, makes an effort to know his clients.

I'd definitely recommend the gym and Bryer to anyone who'd want help meeting their fitness goals.

I would like to start with my personal trainer “Kyi”, he helps me better my self with my posture, motivation, and provides me all the support I need. I feel like he knows my strengths and weaknesses, so he never pushes me past limits.

As for the gym, I always feel welcomed by the staff. There are plenty of equipment availability and types of equipment. What really motivates me to go the gym is the WERQ classes that are offered. That is biggest reason I prepare in the morning to go, if they were not offered I think most likely I would have stopped going like previous New Year’s resolutions. A bonus is the kid zone that is offered. My kids bug me they want to go al the the time so it’s a win/win situation for me. I would like to thank the staff for putting up with my kids, never heard a single complaint.

Long post but heartfelt.

I joined Fit4Life in Jan of 2022. When I joined, I was overweight and I was determined to get control of my health so I signed up for personal training. I always had issues with sticking with going to the gym and losing weight. I wanted to in my mind and heart, but I just didn't have the discipline to actually do it. Now, when I signed up for PT, I'll admit, I wasn't happy that I had to make a commitment for 12 months. But, honestly, it ended up being the best decision I ever made. I needed the discipline and I needed the accountability so I did a step down training plan, which I'd recommend for everyone who needs help developing discipline. I started with 5 days for 3 months, then 4 days for three months, then 3 days per week for 3 months, and finished with 6 sessions per month for the final 3 months. After the year, I continued to do the 6 sessions per month for a few more months. Yes, it was expensive, but it was completely worth it. And if you think about it......would you rather spend the money with doctors and big pharma because you didn't take care of yourself or on your health so you can live longer and be a happier person? Because you're gonna spend that money anyways....whether it be for your health or for "sick" care.

During that year, for one reason or another.....you know......because life happens, I was able to roll my trainings over to the next month so when I was able to get back to it each time, I was really able to train at least 3-4 days each week for the remainder of the year when I didn't have to be out.

Now, I'll admit, I've had some hiccups with my trainers in the beginning. I think I went through about 3 or 4 trainers before I got with Ivoree, due to one reason or another. And I had my frustrations with it as well as I'd get to know one trainer and then they'd leave....that was the most frustrating part and it was like I had to start over with a new trainer so I felt like it put me behind a little each time. I did, however learn a lot from each trainer that I am able to utilize now. So, I guess it wasn't all that bad. Lol. But I expressed my frustrations with Braxton and he was understanding and we always came to an agreement.

During the course of that year.....2022, I learned the art of discipline and nutrition. Not to give up....I couldn't.....I was paying for personal training so I couldn't quit ...I HAD to do it! Best decision of my life because I got a hold of my health and fitness! That year laid the foundation to where I am now. The last trainer I had, Ivoree, really propelled me forward in my fitness and health journey. I'm the type that needs someone pushing me and telling me what to do....or at least I was when I started training. I put the work in (which you gotta be willing to do) and with Ivoree....he pushed me and I got a lot stronger and started to actually develop muscle and lose fat. (And no, I don't look like a man because I have muscle. Lol) While I trained with him, I was also working on my nutrition because if you wanna lose weight, you gotta change your food habits. To get me started on my health journey, I did the 5 and 1 program for about 4 months developed portion control. Then I switched over to Flex Pro meals which helped me lose more weight. I still do these for my lunches at work.

From when I started working with Ivoree in November of 2022 to the about April of 2023, I lost about 20 lbs. And I really owe it to all of the trainers I had during my PT year as to where I am today. I was able to lose another 20 lbs once I stopped training with Ivoree because I had learned the art of discipline and was able to continue on my journey. I've lost a total of 40 lbs now and I'm working on losing another 20 lbs, which I will because of the knowledge I gained over that year. Thank you to my past trainers and mostly Ivoree for helping me to lay the foundation for my health and wellness. And my mental health as well as physical health have greatly improved as well. I'm much happier and not in pain like I used to be when I was overweight.

I have been a member at fit4life for about 8 months and have had the same trainer for that span. When I first started coming to the gym, despite having a pretty solid knowledge and exposure to gyms/fitness spaces, I was still feeling a little self-conscious about getting reacquainted after a fairly lengthy "dead period". I signed up for the personal training program, having never tried personal training before, and fortunately was assigned to Ivoree.

Ivoree has been a major factor in my gym successes and consistency. He has been attentive, encouraging, and personable from the start, and is incredibly knowledgable not just about the movement aspects of fitness but also the mind-body connection, nutrition and the body in general. He is big on pushing his clients into their stretch zone (i've also witnessed his work with others), and often shows us strength we can't even see in ourselves sometimes. This has been a great first training experience for sure and I'd recommend the training program to anyone looking to get serious about the health and fitness journey.

In August of 2022 I really wanted to get back to working out on a regular basis. I felt hiring a personal trainer was necessary to achieve personal and developmental goals. I also wanted to develop good habits and form in order to limiting injuries. I've never had a personal trainer before, so it was something new to me. I was connected with Bryer Rogers. I kept an open mind going into it and knew it was a marathon, and not a sprint. Bryer was very attentive to my skill level and understanding my personal growth goals. His approach was taking it slow and building a foundation. Fast forward almost a year and half later and I continue training with Bryer. Why? I've gotten wonderful results. Bryer is passionate about improving and changing the lives of people he works with. He's consistent when developing new training programs, he listens to my concerns, coaches me on my form whether we have a scheduled training or not, and asks me what new exercises I want to incorporate into my trainings. Bryer's energy is infectious and easily drawn to, which is what I was looking for during this new journey. I can't thank Bryer enough for his dedication and reinvigorating my attitude to training and reshaping my mind and body. If you are looking to transform yourself, ask for Bryer.

Looking for a Gym in Clayton that’s 24/7? Look no further as Fit4Life is your only option. This establishment, formerly Gold's Gym, ceased operations following the pandemic, not directly due to Covid but due to the urgent need for renovations. Fit4Life subsequently acquired the gym, and although the initial promise seemed high from the brochures, the reality has fallen short. Priced at $40 per month, it lacks updates, amenities such as tanning or sauna, massage chairs, and falls behind in terms of overall quality compared to similarly priced or even lower-priced gyms in the area. The hope is for a substantial remodel, improved facilities, and a more competitive pricing strategy to align with the community's expectations for a modern fitness facility in Clayton.

However, there are notable issues – small and unsanitary bathrooms with persistent supply shortages, broken and worn-down lockers, and subpar shower conditions that could pose health risks. The only positive aspect is the 24/7 accessibility and redlight feature, but the additional $15 charge for it seems unreasonable when other gyms offer it as a standard inclusion.

Furthermore, the gym falls short on several standard amenities commonly found in fitness facilities. Original outdated equipment from the previous gym persists, lacking modern features such as a smoothie bar, essential proteins, health supplements, and specific muscle-targeting machines like seated bicep and tricep machines, as well as seated or upright stationary bikes. While they do provide childcare services, I cannot comment on that aspect.

There are over 30 TV monitors from 2006 for entertainment, reflecting a dated approach. The gym offers a small open group fitness area for older individuals or Zumba enthusiasts, along with a cramped cycling room in the back. Notably, the only impeccably clean restrooms are two private bathrooms designated for employees, contrasting with the less-maintained ones provided for members who pay a premium for facility access.

Change is anticipated with the influx of new residents from Raleigh, yet it seems that meaningful improvements may hinge on addressing concerns about the town's leadership and their seemingly backward approach. Until there's a shift in mindset towards encouraging amenities and sustaining growth, Fit4Life's current practices may persist. A competitive market, possibly introduced by another gym, could drive the necessary changes or potentially lead to closure if improvements aren't implemented.

EDIT: Had to reduce stars to 4. Unfortunately 2 days ago we went to the gym and witnessed an uncomfortable interaction between one of the personal trainers (I believe her name is Denisha) and a member. The member was using an insane weight on a very difficult machine. Of course he was grunting and making noise, possibly excessive... but what made that UNCOMFORTABLE was when Denisha took it upon herself to go up to the man and yell something along the lines of "ARE YOU SERIOUS" at him. This was just excessive. We felt so bad for the man that my partner went over to him and complimented him working hard. It is incredibly upsetting that people like Denisha can be employed in gyms where the whole purpose is to work harder and be better. If she felt offended by his noise making, there is no doubt in my mind this could have been handled MUCH better. Absolute shame.

Great gym! Awesome equipment, mostly kind staff. The only problem I've ever had with staff was today with a self-absorbed fitness instructor named "Felicia." Mind you there were maybe 3 people in her class including her. My boyfriend wanted to go get a step up box for me to comfortably use a machine and what did she tell him? "Don't come in here." I totally respect her 3 person class but instead of having that sort of attitude for no reason she could've asked him if he needed something instead of blatantly TELLING him not to come in. MIND YOU: this is a completely open studio with no door so how she expected paying gym members to instinctively know to "stay out" is beyond me. When I asked one of the employees about needing something from the room, he was kind enough to go in there and even stated the instructors don't like when people go in there. Again, totally understandable but being she's an instructor she should have at least some form of common courtesy. Maybe her lack of courtesy explains her lack of class attendance. In her lackluster attempt to create a "welcoming" environment for her 2 class attendees, she created an unwelcoming environment for other paying patrons.

I wanted to love this gym but it honestly feels like a scheme.DONT DO IT!!!!!! They fight to not let you out of here. They call you constantly to schedule trainings but they don’t give you all the information when you sign up. It’s almost like they are just trying to see how many ppl they can get to sign up regardless of anything. I will say they are a money hungry company with no regard to the people who sign up. If you try to call and talk to someone they will just try to schedule you more trainings and tell you everything they didn’t say is in the contract we emailed. I had no idea I even signed up for a year contract. That was not told to me over the phone. The sign up process took all of 6 minutes. I moved and had to submit my doc over 3 times just to still be informed that I’m going to be charged for another 30/60 days. I BEG YOU DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!!!!!! Go sign up for ClassPass or something this is definitely not the place to be. They recently started enforcing scanning in during normal hours when staff is on. One of the staff members was extremely rude and refused to use my phone number to scan me in. He said verbatim it's not my job to scan you in. I thought to myself that the bathrooms are always disgusting, it smells like a petting zoo, The paper is always overflowing from the trash, and the paper towel machine never has paper towels, so what exactly do they actually do there? I've been going to this gym long before any of the current staff has actually worked here. And it's insulting how they actually treat people. Needless to say, I'll be looking into another gym soon.

The gym itself is okay. I do not recommend the Personal training. I had been going to this gym for a year before they got me to sign up for PT, and the PT killed this gym for me. Seems like no one who works there can actually help you themselves and they do not really care. So, instead of getting help in person, you have to email someone through the app. It is impossible to get anything done this way. I was scammed.

I believe they use the FMS system to manipulate people into thinking that they need Personal training.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Has cost me $370 so far when I only used the gym 2 times and asked to cancel after 1 week. So hard to cancel and they don't care about you at all.

The people seemed nice at first when I came to sign up. I was interested in their childcare and fitness classes. However, they didn't tell me upfront that childcare is strictly limited to 1 hour 15 minutes and on my first day coming to take a fitness class they scheduled me for a PT assessment directly after, so I was there for almost 2 hours. The staff got mad at me for using the childcare too long and acted resentful and hostile as they informed me of their rule for the first time. I told them I didn't know and asked why had they scheduled me for almost 2 hours at the gym when they knew there was a limit for the childcare. On my second visit to the gym, I did not overuse the childcare, but they again reminded me of their childcare limit as if they expected me to abuse it - they never informed me initially and I did not know until the first time they told me, so it's not like I was trying to overuse it. These interactions made me very uncomfortable and wary of coming to the gym or using the childcare.

I had also wanted to try out a class before signing up and the day I came to sign up I arrived 30 minutes before one of their classes. The sign up process took about an hour though and I missed the class, so I never got to try one out before signing up.

Additionally, I took a spin class and the stationary bikes are old, cheap, and in disrepair. I sat on one bike, which had a seat too tall, so I tried to adjust the seat, but the controls were jammed and it wouldn't budge. Tried on two other bikes which also had jammed seat adjustment. Finally I got a fourth bike's seat to move down and was able to use it, but it was missing a digital monitor so I wasn't able to keep track of any stats, speed, distance or anything while riding. The spin workout was okay, but the difficulties with the machines made it less enjoyable.
I tried some other fitness classes, but since I am postpartum and breastfeeding, I can't jump or jog so the dance-style workouts weren't a great fit for me.

After 1 week I decided the gym was not a good fit for me and I asked to cancel my membership. The gym staff referred me to their third party payment company and said I have to go through them. The payment company informed me that if I wanted to cancel I'd have to do so within 3 days of signing up, which I missed, so now I can't. They require 60 days notice of cancellation, which starts the day you pay their hefty $150 cancellation fee, and the contract is not terminated during that notice period, so they continue to charge any monthly fees and facility improvement fees during that time. To sign up they required I pay a $70 sign up fee. On 12/30 they charged me $40 for monthly fee. On 1/3/2024 I paid the $150 cancellation fee. On 1/17/2023 they charged me $70 facility improvement fee. And they plan to charge me $40 again on 1/30.2024. So all in all I will be out $370 from this for going to the gym only 2 times and being treated rudely.

I begged the payment company and the gym to let me out of the contract and let me cancel immediately since it was not a good fit for me, but they will not budge. The contract does not even mention the buyout or $150 fee and does not state explicitly that monthly fees and the facility improvement fee must be paid during the cancellation notice. I suppose that is just interpretation on their part and supposed to be inferred. They do not care one ounce about the people they deal with and will nickel and dime you as much as possible. A friendly warning - stay away!

I wanted to get back in shape, but going to this gym is the biggest mistake I've ever made.

Be Aware!!!!!

Wish I could give negative star not even zero. I can see I am not the only victim.
Gym is kinda okay but it’s the customer service and payment service which is the worst.
I initially joined gym just because of 2 in 1 membership offer but this whole year they kept charging for 2 accounts(me and my sister) and when I talked to them they argue about me not reading contract carefully. The day I signed in they clearly stated that I am in 2 in 1 account. But they made 2 different accounts with two 2 in 1 deal. Why would 1 person go to gym and signed up for 4 accounts? They only worry about their money. Also, If you want to cancel your gym membership make sure you move to different place and have proof of it and cancel 3 months ahead, coz they won’t let you go easy.

Also I live in Oklahoma for my college and when I brought that point to cancel my gym they said, ‘if you had joined college before you joined gym, you can’t cancel it’.
Seriously??? From there you can imagine to what level they go to get your money!!!
Total Scam!!!

I love this gym so much. The staff is a group of nice people who treat you with a friendly disposition right when you walk into the building. They’re more than happy to assist you with any gym concerns, such as providing personal training information, locating and/or lending workout tools, and ensuring the machines are cleaned when they have time.

Best gym in town. Facilities are always clean, gym staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym is very spacious and there are always plenty of weights, machines to do all the exercises. I would very much recommend anyone looking for a gym in the area to try it out.

Predatory payment company. I waited the required 12 months to cancel my contract. Cancelled the way they requested. With a few more steps, and I'm still getting billed. I cancelled and reissued my credit card and they still are able to take payments.

We are now heading into month 9 of me paying for a service I'm not using. I gave them the first 7 months as it was my bad for committing to the year. But as more months go by...seriously? Do I just pay then forever now? How is this legal?

PREDATORY PAYMENT COMPANY!!! Peak Payment will continue to take payments after you wait 12 months for your contract to end! Will continue to take payments after you cancel in the way they requested in person and online. Will continue to take payments after you cancel, reissue and lock your card! You can't stop them from taking your money even when you stopped going over 8 months ago and cancelled several different ways and called several people. NEVER EVER GIVE THIS GYM YOUR $$ INFORMATION

Do NOT go here unless they have gotten rid of Peak Payment Solutions. Peak Payment Solutions are a bunch of crooks and Fit4Life passes all payment issues off to them.
