I’ve really benefited from working with my new 5-star trainer, Isa! I recommend her highly! I like working out here at Fit4Life — the 24/7 access, friendly staff, easy-to-use equipment, and clean facilities make it a convenient and welcoming place to train.

My very first fitness challenge here turned into an eye-opener when AllProNutrition, who partnered with the gym, taught me about protein, Skeletal Muscle Mass, and body fat. Their guidance helped me achieve something I never expected — finishing as the top female in that challenge, even though I was the oldest competitor.

Now that I’m training with Isa, I see she’s a true game-changer for me. Isa brings not only her Psychology and Exercise Sports Science degree from Meredith University and NASM certification, but also a deep understanding of how to train safely and effectively. She’s the first five-star trainer I’ve had here — someone who knows all aspects of fitness. She’s kind but keeps me striving, helped me get comfortable with the machines so I can use them confidently on my own, and she takes special care to protect my back. That means everything to me.

When I signed up, I hadn’t realized I was enrolling in a yearly contract because I didn't read over the contract before signing. But it actually turned out to be a motivating factor — since I was committed for the year, it encouraged me to stay consistent and keep showing up. That’s when Isa became my trainer. I even gave the required 60-day notice that I wouldn’t renew, thinking I might take a break… but now that I’m working with Isa, I want to stay!

Overall, Fit4Life has great potential — and if you get the chance to work with Isa, you’ll be in excellent hands.

I have been to every gym in Wake County, and this is the best gym! Danielle is AMAZING! The vibe is amazing and not pretentious like lifetime. The machines are geat and new. The cardio is facing the parking lot so you will have plenty to look at. It’s a great chill gym.

signed up a while back but never used due to finding out how they treat queer people. before you sign anything know they wont refund you even if they say they will, they displayed a blue lives matter flag in the window knowing the political climate we're in, and theyre sales focused first and fitness second. spend money elsewhere or wisely.

I've been a member at Fit4Life's Raleigh location since 2022. While I was once a big fan, I've slowly watched the facility decline. The equipment and cleanliness used to be the highlights, but both have seriously gone downhill. It's honestly disgusting in there now. Half the time, the AC doesn’t work. You have to wipe down equipment before you use it, not after. The older machines and half racks are clearly worn out, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. (Happy to share pictures if you'd like.)

But the main reason I'm writing this is because of how poorly I’ve been treated by Fit4Life’s contract manager, Peak Payments. I’ll spare you the full story, but here’s what you really need to know about canceling and renewals…

Renewals & Ability to Cancel
- Membership agreements are automatically renewed unless a 60-day written notice of cancellation is provided to Peak Payment
- Initial Cancellation Window: There is a 3-6 day window (depending on who signs you up) during which you can cancel your membership outright. This cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Fit4Life location where you enrolled
- Death or Disability
- Relocation: If you relocate more than 8 miles from your current address and more than 25 miles from any comparable Fit4Life with 60 day written notice to Peak Payment
- Facility Relocation: If Fit4Life moves its facility more than 8 miles from its current location

I’m visiting my mother for the week, who lives nearby, and the manager accommodated me with a good rate for the week. He was very responsive, even texting me the relevant links to sign up, etc., on the weekend and early morning. The gym itself has everything I need and more, wasn’t crowded, with the equipment in excellent shape. Thank you, Fit4Life Raleigh!

I’ve been at Fit4Life for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The range of equipment available is impressive. They definitely ensure that there's something for everyone, no matter your fitness level.

What really stands out to me, though, is the sense of community here. The members are incredibly supportive and motivating, making every workout enjoyable. I've made some great friends during my time here, and the friendly atmosphere makes it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned athlete, you’re sure to feel welcome and encouraged.

If you're looking for a gym with fantastic equipment and an even better community, Fit4Life is the place to be! (There’s even member parties at the end of the month. Sometimes with live entertainment!🤩)

I joined the this gym when it was Fitness 19, and it was a real top-notch place. After working out at my home gym for about seven years, I rejoined Fit4life last September. I made the mistake of signing up for six months of personal training. So far I have gone through three trainers, and only completed about half of my sessions. I am having to follow up with the gym about the remaining sessions, as they have not contacted me. It’s very disappointing. The people who work at the front desk are fantastic and the people who work out at the gym are also super helpful. My only issue is with the Personal training sessions. While the facilities and price are good, I would definitely steer clear of the Personal training.

★ 1

Do NOT…I Repeat DO NOT join this gym and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT get talked into signing up for personal training. It is a joke! This company has the worst management!
I signed up with this gym through my health insurance company benefit & was informed I had to complete a 1 hour introductory meeting with a staff member.
Side note…With my insurance company benefit I am able to join multiple gyms and in fact joined another local gym at the same time and did not have to do an introductory meting at that gym.
I had the 1 hour meeting app & it ended up being a sales pitch for personal training sessions. I was interested in the personal training program & asked numerous times prior to signing the contract if they had personal trainers after 6 PM because I work 10 hour days & am not a morning person. I was told yes there were numerous trainers that would be able to accommodate my request of evening training sessions. In addition to the training sessions, nutrition was also supposed to be discussed as well as monthly weigh ins & measurements.
I signed the contract & before leaving that day I asked if I could schedule my training sessions & was told that someone would reach out to me. In fact after a week I had to reach back out to the training manager to let him know nobody had contacted me. I was finally contacted and was offered training sessions in the middle of the day. When I explained that that was not possible due to my work schedule, I was quickly told well I can’t help you. I’ll have to figure out who can. Another trainer reached out & established a schedule for two evenings a week. (This trainer would frequently cancel my training sessions with very little notice). About 1 1/2 months in the trainer abruptly left & I was without a trainer. a couple of weeks later A new trainer reached out & he only worked two days a week therefore I had no choice with my schedule.
About a month in to seeing this trainer he also abruptly left.
A few weeks go by & no one from this gym, including the personal training manager or the GM reached out to me as a paying customer to let me know any updates about a new trainer or to have the personal training manager complete my training sessions. I went in person to the gym and requested to speak to the GM and asked for a refund. I was told that a new trainer was starting in a couple of weeks and to give them another try and I agreed.
About two weeks later, a new trainer called me on the phone and we scheduled a visit for the following week. When I arrived at the gym for my scheduled appointment with a new trainer, I was told by the manager that the trainer never started. Again, no one from this Gym contacted me to let me know there was no trainer for the session. Again at this time I requested a refund and to cancel the remaining portion of my contract due to the business not rendering services as agreed upon. Greg (the manager) told me how to submit a request online - which I did. This in fact was only to the payment processing company. I contacted Greg numerous times throughout this process with very little resolve. The personal training manager at Raleigh called me one day and said “ i understand you’re not happy.” I said “you are correct. I am not happy.” His response was “ OK” & that was end of the conversation.
I asked Greg on numerous occasions to provide me with the number for the personal training manager of the entire company or have him call me & that did not happen either.
I was told they would put my payment on hold until they got a new trainer, but that I also was Only using their gym for the training sessions and I should “take better care of myself.” I politely told him I was a member of another gym as well so that had nothing to do with the issue of them not providing services i am paying for & requested a Refund yet again.

I am disputing the charges with my credit card company & received an email stating i had a balance due & to please pay my balance.

Hopefully This long winded review will get the attention of the owners!

Joining Fit4Life was one of the best decisions I’ve made! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this gym was different. They have multiple convenient locations between Spring Lake, Fayetteville, Cameron and Raleigh (and other locations)— perfect for someone like me who’s always on the move. The equipment is top-notch and always well-maintained, so I never have to worry about waiting or dealing with broken machines.

But what really sets Fit4Life apart is the welcoming staff and the incredible gym culture. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, whether you need advice on a workout or just a little motivation. The members are respectful and focused, which creates a positive and motivating atmosphere that keeps you coming back.

And let’s be real — Planet Fitness could NEVER match this level of quality and community! If you’re serious about fitness and want a gym where you’ll feel at home while pushing toward your goals, Fit4Life is the place to be. Highly recommend! 💪🏾

Hello, fellow gym partners,
I wanted to give an honest review about my experience at this establishment because I think it would do good to support others and be honest with the public. In this gym you are going to meet the most honest and stand up GM of any store or gym you can find! I say this confidently and his name is Greg, unlike most gyms or places where the staff represent their manger, this is backwards. I have had issues with certain staff in this area and when I had an opportunity to speak with Greg, he was compassionate, understanding and most importantly he is authentic! When I tell you, I had an issue he had no idea about and when it came to his attention. He will do everything in his power to resolve the issue or to help you find the answer. For future gym users, I would advise that if you have any issues, talk to Greg and I bet you, he will not let you down. I know a lot of people may see mix reviews but when I tell you whole heartily you won't regret going to this gym as long as Greg is the GM, what could go wrong? I would also love for you guys to see or meet Josh because he is also a praiseworthy man and staff for fit4life. He chose to do what is right despite what other's people actions were!! Maybe he should be a GM of a different store from how good he is! Greg and Josh do not know the amount of gratitude I will always have for changing my gym experience!

What other reason do you need to join an amazing gym run by phenomenal people?

Been coming here for a few months now and I’ll start off by saying that this isn’t a bad gym in the sense that the machines/dumbbells are all in good working condition and they have what you need to get a solid workout in. The staff have all bean really great no issue there.

Where I do have an issue is the lack of gym etiquette. I realize this is some what out of the gyms ability to control but in the entire time I’ve been here I’ve never seen any staff police or remind gym goers to rear rack weights or wipe down machines. The pictures I’ve posted are what it looks like the majority of the time. Another negative is the lack of airflow. There’s no A/C, so it feels like you’re working out in a sweat lodge.

All in all not a terrible place if it’s convenient.

If I could leave a negative 10 star review I absolutely would. The fine print when you sign up is at the busy front desk on a tiny credit card machine, but you better read all of it, even though you will be getting run over the entire time by people walking in and out. Do NOT believe the answers the staff give you (they are nice but everything we were told was incorrect) read everything before you sign up. I was told I could pause our personal training when my son was out of state for part of the summer, this was false, so I have paid for two months (almost $400) that was not used. Now, despite signing a six month contract I have been told that time limited contract will actually NOT end at the end of the agreed upon time, but we have to submit a written request. Another $200 taken from me for services we will not be able to use. After this, I asked if they expected the same written notice to end the one year contract for membership, and they do...but they are already trying to tell me that is two months past when I joined and they started charging me. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced, anywhere. If you join here you better be real sure you find out about every cent they will take from you before you sign anything.

Fit4Life doesn't let it's longer term members cancel their membership at the gym. They force month to month members in to this process that feels like it's from 1997 in order to cancel your membership. You need to use some obscure message feature to submit a ticket to some third party company in order to cancel your membership. I emailed them directly as a member of over two years who moved out of the area and they had no compassion. They refused to help in any capacity. I suggest when you cancel your membership, you should be ready to dispute charges on your credit card as this is an unfair practice that isn't consumer friendly. I wouldn't do business with a company like this again.

I am trying to write a new review for Fit4Life, since I took my old one down. I cannot thank the ownership of this company enough for making things right with me and my family. I have already deleted a previous review because of the issues I was dealing with with Peak Payments and Fit4Life. Peak Payments is a third party payment processing company. For whatever reason, whther on my part, the company's part or Peak's part, a lot was lost in translation with membership terms and with the cancellation process, leaving me completely frustrated.
I received a call from Shawn Slattery today, one of the owners, and I have gained a new respect for this gym and its owners. They made things completely right with me and I wanted everyone to know.
I was RIGHT about them in the first place, when they offered my family a fabulous facility during a very difficult time (pandemic) and were completely committed to providing the community and the people in it, their very best in a fitness facility including upgraded equipment, lots of smiles and 24 hour access. It's hard to compete with that in Raleigh.
Though I do not presently have a membership with them, I want to encourage others that Fit4Life can be the perfect place for you to reach your fitness goals. They were the gym I used before I won my pro card in 2021. Who knows???? I may be back. 🙂
Thanks Shawn and thank you Fit4Life. Best of Wishes for future success to you!

I see many others having the same issue with this gym regarding their contract policy. I canceled the PT contract right away and I was told that I just needed to pay the buyout fee and I could end it. I still have their third party payment service harassing me every day with calls, emails, and texts regarding payment. Just save yourself the hassle and don’t get into a contract if you’re not absolutely sure that you’re going to stick to the gym. You’ll end up paying a lot by the end of it. They truly don’t care about their customers as so many have complained and yet they have the same response.

Read your contract carefully they try to lock you in for a year then when you want to move they have a 60 days notice to even cancel(sorry no one in this world know exactly where they will be living 2 months before hand). You will have to pay the improvement fee even if you move away from gym. If you call support they tell you the same thing and will try to get you off the phone sending you the same number you just called. Gym is not even community friendly it’s a corporate overtake of the old gym. Depressing environment as well plus the layout is terrible and too small to fit everyone. Also don’t forget that they up the price of the membership every month then give you a “deal” by offering last month’s membership price for a month.

★ 1

Ugh, changing my review from 5 stars to one stars. This gym like many others have in annoying cancelling procedure. They use a 3rd party so for you to cancel you need to send a request through the app to do so. You have to do this with 60 DAY notice.

Also if its the day of or passed your bill day then the 60 day notice starts on your next bill day. I canceled my membership on May 6th and it wont be finalized til AUGUST 6TH. My contract is already over yet they have me doing this ridiculous procedure. Its taking a quarter of a year to remove me from their system.

Its so bizarre and I'm never returning but they don't care. Everyone has these same grievances. Its faster for me to change an employer then it is to change gyms.

I signed up for personal training about 4 months ago. I am a 68 year old man that has never lifted a weight his life. I thought it would be kind of neat to get some weight training. I listened to a spill from the head of PT. I thought I was signing up for 8 weeks at 2 times a week for 30 minutes per session. Shame on me for not reading the fine print but now I am being charged over $300 a month for the next few months. After complaining at the club I have been told that my membership would be canceled but it has not. Instead they third party out a harassment agency called Peak Management that has been bombarding me with emails and calls. Buyer beware

I have been a member for 1 year. I will say I love the gym and the staff. I give 1 star for predatory practices. Be warned. If you sign up for personal training they make it very difficult to stop. I have 11 months left in my membership and then I will never return to this gym. It is very unfortunate because I really like the gym but I can't do business with people who follow the same guide lines as loan sharks and cartoon mafia.

After some thought my previous remarks were made from an emotional response to finding out the training was done through a 3rd party. I was upset because this was not disclosed to me. I do not regret getting the training. I went to the gym for training. This is by far the best gym in the N. Raleigh area. I don't understand the need to use Peak Payment. Just look them up. Why would you want to associate with them? Why would allow them to tarnish your product? Does the money they steal really make it worth it? Without them this would be a 5 star gym. I will stick with this gym because they are the best I just won't have a personal trainer. Which is a big draw back because I need a trainer. And to the response below, I will be looking to speak with you at the gym. I would love to understand why.

Review of the gym itself without training:
This gym is super clean. It can get busy with a wide age range. But not to the point where I couldn't find an alternative station. The gym culture at Fit4Life is very welcoming. There are no gimmicks here because it doesn't need them. The people here are there to better themselves. The staff is very helpful and the equipment is maintained. It is open 24hrs a day which is very convenient and I like being able to take advantage of a 5am walk on the treadmill. Bottom line, join this gym, just avoid signing up for training.

Pros: all the equipment you’ll need, including a ton of squat racks. Never waited in a line here.

Minor cons: a few things that would make the experience more pleasant/seamless. (1) water fountain doesn’t have a dispenser for water bottles. First gym I’ve been to that doesn’t have this. Results in people manually twisting the fountain head to aim it into their bottle, then water gets all over the floor (not to mention I don’t love that everyone’s hands are near the mouthpiece). This is an easy fix yall, just please get a new fountain 😂😂 it’s also a slipping hazard when it gets bad! See attached pic - usually much worse than this

(2) no hooks on the bathroom stall doors. I’m assuming it’s an issue for both bathrooms. I definitely am not the only one that carries a gym bag with me. Also an easy fix - please add hooks!!

Otherwise this gym rocks and everyone here is super welcoming and friendly (both employees and gym-goers). Keep up the great work!!

Update from 2/27/24

This gym continues to improve its facilities and overall experience for gym members - this was absolutely correlated with Tevin taking the lead as a general manager. I see improvements each time I come in; the staff looks happier, the front desk is more organized, the gym is more clean, there’s more personal training sessions going on…. Keep Tevin steering the ship and this will easily be one of the best gyms in Raleigh! 🎉🎉

My Experience With Fit4Life.

My experience was disappointing. The salesperson failed to disclose important details until after our discussion. Essentially, you’re signing a 12-month contract with a 60-day cancellation notice, meaning I’d still be obligated for two additional months after intending to cancel. I neglected to inquire about personal trainer rates and certifications, which was a missed opportunity. The lack of proper communication from the salesperson soured the experience. While disappointing, it’s important to acknowledge that it’s part of their job. Without proper understanding, one could end up shelling out over $500 in the first year due to hidden fees. Always read the fine print. I won’t be returning.

On the positive side, the facility appeared clean and well-maintained. However, the social atmosphere didn’t quite match the promise, with most members focused on their workouts. The equipment was impressive, including a sled, and they offer a kid zone and 24/7 access.

In conclusion, based on my experience and observations, I wouldn’t personally commit to their services. However, don’t let my experience deter you from pursuing your fitness goals. Just be sure to thoroughly understand any agreements before signing, and avoid unexpected costs. Remember, these businesses are focused on making money, so be savvy. Walking a mile a day is free and beneficial. You’re investing in the benefits, not just the product itself.

Update:
After asking the salesperson to remove my account and delete all of my information, I’ve stilled received promotional emails from them. They said they’ve deleted my account and etc, but they really haven’t.

Read the lowest reviews first to know the truth. Terrible business practices. A year after cancellation THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME. DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THIS PLACE EVER. There is a very disrespectful manager named MIKE at the Leesville location who has denied me access while I was actively paying my membership fees. I'm just a middle aged mom who was trying to stop my membership. My son never skips a day at this gym and today he was there with his gym buddy. They were laughing and joking with another member when Mike insisted that they leave right away without finishing their workout. Holy guacamole this guy Mike has issues. You can't charge people for their membership and deny them access. I can only imagine the dread he shares all day. It's unfortunate because I love all things fitness.

Pros: *The gym is always clean
* There is a tone of lower body exercise machines, like glute kickback and glute bridge, other than the conventional leg press, hack squat and etc.
* The hours are convenient and staff is friendly.
Cons: * Cold: This is the major one in my opinion. They keep it so cold in there! They keep at 65° when the ideal should be from 68 to 72. Come on y'all! some people workout at 6 am! 🤣 It's already hard enough getting out of bed and coming to the gym with this weather 🥶
* Mirros: I wish they had a full body mirror at the women's bathroom and in front of treadmills.

Other than it would a 5 star in my opinion!

If I could extend more than 5 stars to Fit4life, I would do so without hesitation. The owner of Fit4life has been an unequivocal blessing in my life. Approximately four years ago, while working for a nutrition store and grappling with an eating disorder, I aspired to enhance my well-being through improved nutrition and fitness.

Simultaneously, I reached out to Fit4life to speak with the owner, Josh. Driven and eager to transform my life, I shared some financial concerns and my desire to embark on a fitness journey. In an incredibly generous gesture, Josh granted me a period of complimentary gym access, with a mutual understanding that we would reassess membership after this trial period. He explained that commitment often solidifies after six weeks of consistent workouts.

Fast forward six months, and I had gained 30lbs in muscle mass through a combination of nutrition and weightlifting. Investing in my Fit4life membership has proven invaluable—it has genuinely changed my life for the better. I am eternally grateful for Josh's selfless and kind gesture, a pivotal opportunity that set me on a transformative path.

Four years later, I rarely miss a day in the gym. To those reading this, consider it a sign to invest in a membership of a lifetime at Fit4life. We are more than a gym; we are a family. Through Fit4life, I've encountered remarkable individuals who share the same wellness goals. Overcome your fears and anxieties; step out of your comfort zone. You will never regret the decision.

I cherish my Fit4life family!

This review is not for the facility or equipment. This is for the membership services.
The contract duration, whatever be it, is useless as you are made to sign a non-optional auto renewal clause. Which translates to even if the contract is expired you still need to provide a 60 day notice i.e. pay for two more months which is a long notice period, you can quit your job with two weeks notice but not your gym

My friend found a cockroach underneath their machine and they make it tricky to cancel. They will just tell you to wait until the end of your membership. Watch the contract too because my buddy wants to cancel but it’s a 2 year contract! There are high schoolers who just sit on every equipment and is hard to get a workout in. The staff don’t do anything when the high schoolers goof around.

Just got a membership here today and worked out. A lot of really interesting pieces for anyone that likes to lift on machines. Had absolutely no pain on the Pendulum Squat machine, and the belt squat and cybex hack squat also were such high quality. Love that they use mostly Hammer Strength instead of Life Fitness’s normal brand of equipment you can really feel the difference. Not to mention a large selection of cardio including arc trainers and enough power squat racks for everyone. The entire back of the gym is just power squat racks. I use to train at Crunch and Planet Fitness in the area and this gym’s equipment are miles ahead better. A bit of a hidden gem in the RDU area for a strength and hypertrophy specific gym

Raleigh Leesville Road gym is the best gym I have belonged to in the 30+ years I have been going to gyms. I have been there consistently 3 times a week for over 8 months, gained a ton of mobility and strength, and really enjoyed myself. Shout out to personal trainer Daniel for transforming me from an aging couch potato to having the confidence to get back into running, hiking, and swimming. He is a truly gifted trainer and motivator. The gym is sparkling clean, plays great music, is inclusive in the TV choices, and has every type of equipment you could want. No matter who you are or where you are in your fitness journey, you will find someone like you, and someone who will inspire you. Great energy from the staff and the other members!

Average gym. Unsupervised teenagers with shirts off. Slamming weights. They make it tricky to cancel. Read the fine print. Cancelling in person face to face does not work. I’m so glad I joined this gym. I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I arrived for my tour. Malik was great when he showed me around! Every person I’ve talked to at the counter has been genuine and friendly. Mike, the manager, knows everyone’s name which I find super impressive. The machine selection is amazing - they have everything I wanted and check all the important boxes. I didn’t care about a sauna or massage chairs or whatever else, I just wanted a good environment with great machines and that’s what I found here! They offer a free FMS assessment and have great trainers from what I can tell so far. I went when it was peak busy hours, and still had an easy time getting access to what I needed without having to wait around. I highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re looking to join a new gym!

I hate going to this gym daily.
Cons
* UPDATE *
1. I tried to cancel my gym membership after my contract ended. Why do I have to give a 60 day notice to end my membership? I'm ending a gym membership not resigning a lease. My apartment requires a 60-90 day notice to renew or end leasing during my contract. Why does a simple gym membership AFTER my contract ends require a notice at all. Gyms with these anti-consumer terms in there contracts should be AVOIDED.
2. Music is too loud. If you have your headphones/ear buds on full blast you can tune it out but whoever changes the volume DAILY wants you to hear the latest pop hits. After lifting for a 5+ years with volume set to 11, I get random ringing in my ear that I try to mitagte by lowering my headphone volume. Hearing Cardi B/Dua Lipa/etc is nice but not over my playlist. This quality of life really makes me dislike the gym. The food lion beside them have the correct volume settings or whatever.
3. Alot of high schoolers. Alot of them are nice and decent teenagers. But the few minority is concerning as they do not have the basic capacity to match shapes and size. That being said, it is common problem around other gyms in Raleigh and easy to blame them.

Pro
1. Up to date gym. Won't have trouble finding a squat rack that's for sure. Also it has alot of nice-new machines and free weights. The plates feel cheap but 45lbs is 45lbs.
2. Very nice staff and people. Staff is really helpful and pricing is very affordable.

It is true they use to offer t-shirts for good reviews but honestly it's a good gym. If you sign, make sure you add the termination date MINUS 60 DAYS (~2 months) to your calendar.

I have been going to this gym for several years and I must say it has gone downhill since Fit4life took over from Josh. The machines are not new, several are usually broken, have broken cupholders, don't track your pulse or calories accurately, or are missing parts. The bathrooms often smell bad, and they only recently did a deep clean, which should really be done every month. They make it very difficult to cancel your membership and the staff never answered my question about transferring my membership to a family member. They also play the music way too loud during the weekdays, to the point where I can hear it through my headphones. Also the manager was rude.

John's solid program has me back in the Gym at least 3-5 times per week. Mike, Alison and all of the staff treat me like a buddy too.
