I can't say enough good things about Kara and her training knowledge and skills. I have benefited from her common sense, vast knowledge and experience with boot camps, her one-on-one weight training/coaching, to her small group weight training. When I first started with her, my goals centered around building muscle and speed to support long distance running. Attending her boot camps and challenges helped me grow in both areas. And now, years later, with my body changing (thanks to perimenopause) I'm relearning the importance of weight training and intentional movement with my body. I may not be running long distances anymore, but I feel better in my body than I have in years. I know that I owe so much of that to Kara for her knowledge, support, and creative workouts. Our small group workouts are the highlights of my week, and as long as Kara is coaching, I will keep coming back again and again so that I can mentally and physically live my best life.

Coach Kara is AWESOME! She provides her clients with amazing workouts that push our bodies beyond what we think our bodies are capable of, but always keeps safety at the forefront. I love FitKraft Training and Nutrition. I have used both of these services. Kara was able to teach me all about macros and the importance of protein and her workouts never fail to make me sore! From arms to legs to glutes to abs she works every muscle! If you have been looking to get out of the gym scene this is the perfect alternative for you! 5/5 stars for Kara Kraft.

I look forward to starting my mornings with Kara's workouts. She brings the energy to class and is very encouraging! Whether there are just a few that show up to brave a cold morning - or a group of 20, she always comes prepared with a good workout! Her mix of strength along with cardio are just what I need - on my own, I am not good about doing any strength training. I enjoy going for the workouts, music, community, and even her jokes! It has been 6 years, and this has been a great experience as compared to working out at an indoor gym. Whether you like morning or evening workouts, you should give it a try!

Without Kara I would be a T Rex with strong legs but spindly arms. I love to run but hate everything else. Kara makes me more well rounded with a solid mix of weights, stretching and cardio. She always keeps it fun with a variety of workouts, great dad jokes and music. I love that she offers early morning classes you can get in before work and always starts and ends on time. If you're burnt out on a traditional gym or still trying to find a workout you can stick to definitely give her a try!

Coach Kara leads group fitness classes for all fitness levels that are challenging, fun, and ever-changing. All you have to do is show up and she will push you to YOUR limits. Fun and functional are the best ways to describe a workout with Kara! I love that every week I get a perfect combination of weight training, interval training and agility work in my FKT classes. No two classes are the same, which keeps my mind and my muscles engaged. Kara seamlessly accommodates clients of all abilities by offering a variety of modifications.
