Great place to work out! The classes are fantastic. They are smaller classes, which it allows it to be more like personal training! There is a variety of classes to choose from! Recommend checking it out!

Pure Body Fitness is second to none when it comes to personal training. I have been training with Adi for about 8 months now and he is absolutely fantastic! He has helped me so much, to the point now that I can make it through the day without feeling exhausted, which I never thought could be possible.
He is committed and accommodating and makes sure that I get the most out of every workout. The workouts are totally personalized and he motivates me and makes me excited to come in and workout. He has exceeded my expectations and I feel very fortunate to be able to train with him. The facility is great. It is never too crowded and it's private which I really like.
Adi is very welcoming and professional, as well as clearly very educated and knowledgeable, as are all of the trainers. I genuinely like all of the trainers at Pure Body Fitness and truly enjoy training here. Absolutely the best personal training studio and the best personal trainers in the Triangle, hands down. They are very dedicated and really care about their clients.

I initially joined Pure Body Fitness to try out all the group classes. I was especially impressed with Mike’s bodysculpt bootcamp, because it was an intense whole body workout (sculpt plus cardio). Although it is a group class, I received personal attention, and the instructor made sure that everyone was challenged to their individual maximal potential. Mike will not let anyone quit or get left behind, and you get a much better workout than you would with an instructor who lets you work at your own pace.
After taking the group class for a few months, I wanted to work out more frequently so signed up for one on one personal training and exercised three times per week (group class + personal training). The results were amazing, and I just re-signed for more sessions.
In just over two months, I put on quite a bit of muscle and went from 19% to 13% body fat and I look and feel much better. Although my goal was not to lose weight, I lost 5 pounds and my body fat has decreased consistently. I lost an incredible amount abdominal fat, and I can for the first time in my life see the upper part of my six pack!

I would give most instructors and classes 4 stars. The reason for the 3 stars is because: when I had a groupon with this gym for 1 month, I was constantly bothered to get a gym membership here. When I first arrived, I was immediately shown membership options and told if I wanted their special of $1 down I could do so that day. I hadn't even taken a class yet. I was then called 3 separate occasions, emailed twice, and also had to have a sit down meeting with the manager to go over prices when I did not ask to do so. I told her that I would let her know if I was interested in joining. The next day I got a voicemail saying that she would like to speak to me again, so please call back or she will talk to me at the class I was scheduled to attend that night. I did not attend the last few days of my groupon and just cancelled my classes because I was not interested in being cornered. It was starting to get uncomfortable for me. I understand that groupons are used by gyms to hopefully gain members, but heads up management: if people like your gym and the price is right, they will join. You don't have to be pushy. As far as the classes, there are so many great choices such as TRX, hot yoga, bootcamp, and Les Mills offerings. The locker room while small is very nice and has showers and amentities. Lastly, I took a class with one instructor who was very rude to a lot of the participants but really picked on two young girls in particular. She actually asked them loudly "Do you know what side is your right and which side is your left? I said LEFT." after they (and all of us really) were struggling to keep up with a routine. I was mortified for them.

Absolutely love the trainers and Pure Body Fitness. My personal training experience with them was 100% what I expected and wanted. I reached all my goals and fully plan on having "check-in" months to follow up on my fitness goals.

I would first like to start off by saying, the instructors at Pure Body are AMAZING. I first got started doing a bootcamp in January, and shortly thereafter, decided to become a contracted member. All the classes were intense, but the instructors definitely gave great modifications, if you needed them. I lost a little over 10 lbs by the end of the bootcamp, and dropped 4 pant sizes!
The reason for a 3-star review comes mainly from my personal experiences with management. I won't go into any details, as I'm sure they are reading this, and are aware of some of these situations. I hope in the future they are able to quickly resolve some of the issues that members have in a more professional manner than I've been exposed to.

Pure Body is a great place to workout. The classes and instructors are wonderful. The facility is clean and well maintained. I do wish they offered more aerobic classes and classes on the weekends.

I have been a member of this studio for over a year now. Since I started they have incrementally increased the prices and decreased the classes offered. Now PB is asking me for 150/month (month-by-month) or a one year contract at 100/month to stay plus a yearly fee for building maintenance and up-keep. Shouldn't they budget that into the 150/month dues?! They have gutted the entire hot yoga program, which is the primary reason I go to this studio and now they have replaced all of my favorite instructors with a whole new group and changed all of the classes around. The management here sucks. They rip you off. Do not go to this studio. Save your time and money. Find something better to do with your time.

I really enjoy the time I'm spending in Pure Body Fitness Studios. Since I've joined I've already lost 20 pounds and I continue to loose weight. The personal trainers are really professional and helped me to direct my focus on what really matters - my body! I'm really loving the energy I have now every morning and I already forgot about the times when I was waking up tired... Thank you!

Very friendly staff, nice facilities, and excellent variety of classes. I get bored with the same workout all the time so this was just what I was looking for. They offer a lot of evening and weekend classes too so I can fit it into my schedule.
Carol and Chelsea are great Zumba teachers, Jannicka makes weight lifting fun, and Kim gives you some tough love in Ballet Fitness. :) Oh and spinning is really tough but Natalie manages to make it entertaining.
I've really noticed a difference in the last few months that I've been getting slimmer and toned up and I only hit up 3 classes a week. All around this place gets two thumbs up!!
