I was manipulated into signing up for an annual membership. Much of the equipment needs to be replaced. There isn't enough equipment. The layout is poorly designed. The team isn't customer service focused.

For the love of God please do not sign up to this gym. If you call and say you wanna join a pick up fast if you call and say you want to cancel, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. On top of that, they have a cancellation fee that is exaggerated, especially right now where humans can barely afford food. They offer doing a contract in so many other ones in this area to not contract! I should’ve spoke with O2. Please sign up for O2 or even one life that’s open soon in this area.! This gym is garbage. It thinks it’s dirty and they charge people and steal!

The staff and gym-goers are super friendly and respectful, which really makes a difference. Tamah is awesome, makes you feel welcome when you come in to workout
The equipment selection is good, alot of machines, free weights, and variations for every muscle group. Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or functional fitness, there’s something here for everyone. Everything is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
